After a quick phone call, their driver Lalo came where I was fast. He was efficient and very nice. Did the job quickly, and they gave me a fair price for my vehicle. 10/10 recommend.

Rojo Auto was awesome to work with. I tried to get rid of my junk car using Peddle but their tow company never showed up to the appointment. I scrambled and searched Google to find someone who might be able to pick up my car same-day and found Rojo Auto. After a quick phone call they arrived within an hour! The whole process was easy and the driver, Lalo, was great. He texted me to let me know he was 30 min away and arrived on time. We had the whole thing taken care of in like 10 minutes and they paid cash for the car. Can’t recommend enough!

Well, they didnt honor the price they gave me over the phone!!!! And the driver told Lalo my engine was missing parts or something like that!! It has ALL the parts there. Anyway, i feel they didnt tell the truth and really i wanted a couple hundred more them what i was told , BUT what made me more mad was i didnt even get what they told me i was going to get. Its my fault , should of told him , sorry i wont accept it, and not have it towed, but i needed it gone by sunday ( 2/23 ) I hope Lalo does the right thing and sends me the rest of it , THAT WOULD BE THE RIGHT thing to do !!!! And i know my car has lots of parts to be sold !!!!! And i would only give 1 Star but gave 3 :(

Bait and switch, you call and they ask if we have a clear title. They ask the year and make and then said that they could only offer the minimum amount of money. Rojo representative provided the price at three hundred dollars. I said OK and they said they will check with their tow driver and have him call when they can be their to pick up the vehicle. Rojo call back and then says a representative will be out to look at the vehicle. once here the person bends down looks under the car, not low enough to say that there is an after market catalytic converter in it and after market do not have the platinum in them. The van is being junked, it runs, it is a forth vehicle, we have the title, registration fees have been paid and we decided since it is older with high mileage we did not want to spend any extra money if it needed repairs. Beware that they will play the bait and switch. When I called the number back it went to the person outside I left in the street. Not to the lady that answered the phone, so I could not talk to the owner. The representative called someone to get information related to an offer that he could make yet I was not interested.
