Haven't been in years due to this particular area being a bit rougher than other Walmarts. Went to go check out and there was only one register open and self check out. Got in the massive self checkout line and waited 10 mins and moving up only 3 spots. Left my stuff and walked out. All though there is security circleing the parking lot there's still a lot of homeless transients.

My name is Jaouad. Today, I went to this Walmart store to return an item that operates with gas. At the beginning, two female employees and a supervisor refused to accept my return. They told me that this Walmart does not take any items with gas “by law” and suggested that I go to another Walmart instead.
I explained that if it were truly a law, then no Walmart location would be able to accept it, so sending me to another store did not make sense. I asked them to show me the official policy, especially since I had already received a return code after purchasing the item online. Walmart instructed me to drop it off at any store, which required me to drive about 50 minutes from Culver City.
They brought the policy and claimed it stated the item could not be returned. I asked to read it myself, and we reviewed it together. The policy clearly said that items that use gas can be returned as long as they are completely drained and empty. My item was fully drained before I brought it in.
At that point, they seemed surprised. Instead of accepting the return, they opened the item and said they could still smell gas and refused it. I responded that of course it may have a gas smell, since it previously contained gas not lemonade or coke, and the policy only requires it to be empty, not odorless.
After that, they began speaking to me in an offensive manner in front of other customers. I felt humiliated and experienced what I believe was discrimination and possibly racism. I don’t know if it was because I was with my mother wearing a hijab, my accent, or something else, but the treatment was unacceptable. One employee even gestured with her hands as if telling me to leave by showing the exit door.
On my way to the parking lot, another customer followed me and told me she had witnessed everything. She apologized for what I experienced and mentioned that Walmart is known for these kinds of behaviors. She also shared that she had personally experienced similar humiliation in the past.
I have never had such an experience in any store before. Walmart should seriously consider how employees are trained especially in this store and how customers are treated, especially in situations like this.Feb 01, 2026 -
I am still in absolute total shock while writing this but I’m going to have to say that this Walmart is by far one of the best Walmarts I have ever been to in the country. It is always bustling with the local shoppers whom many are shopping as couples or families. I have also noticed sons who must be shopping for their mom or grandma. It’s a pleasure to see such a diverse community to have such a collective spirit. This morning I was even greeted with a “good morning Sir” by a sweet lady and her daughter while in the parking lot! Like what!? Where am I!? How cool is that!? I’ve also have picked up on that Management is constantly checking up on their Walmart coworkers and sending out positive vibes like “today is going to be a good day!” Now that’s what I’m talkin’ about! This definitely a community of people that go above and beyond to help bless each others lives.

I was minding my own business.I was looking to shop some things for my younger son and I see these two little gentlemen's getting accused for trying to open stuff from what I was hearing it was some toy cars.These gentlemen's where getting kicked out as I hear because opining stuff.I don't get why security dosent do his job right never ever in my life have I seen this!!!!!this Walmart has horrible security.I also visited this Walmart one time the dark male guy was robbing snacks and security wasn't there but when I check he was on his phone.. WOW!!!! horrible security fire him.Those little gentlemen's where just trying to get stuff security kicked them out.HORRIBLE never in my life seen security this bad those poor kids didn't do nothing but they had to get out these kids should sue the security for false acusement HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! this date was also on 1/17/26

Went here twice First time Somebody was robbing and security was no where to be seen when I walked around more I seen him standing in one spot on his phone!!!! Second time I came He was doing the same thing!!!!! Unbelievable Security guy is a dark skinny male. Definitely not coming back neither do I recommend it NOT SAFE

I live in another state and this location is close to where my family and I will be staying while in town. I have called this store several times over the course of days to order a birthday cake, for the beginning of Feb, no one answers in the bakery department. I called today around 2 pm and a lady answered, however she was distracted with a conversation that was happening in the background. Why even answer the phone? Never said hello, just picked up while in another conversation. I kept saying hello, can you hear me before finally hanging up. I have called back several times since then, no answer. I even took it a step further to see if another supposed pick up so that they could possibly get some one in the bakery and no one is picking up in no department, not even when I press zero is customer service picking. This is very unacceptable and bad for business.

This store truly deserves zero stars, but unfortunately I had to give one just to leave a review. There is an employee who frequently sits outside the store, she refused to give me her name but stated she works for Walmart so the only way I can describe her is by her very colorful hair. Each time I am at the store and she is outside she makes racial remarks. I shop at this location often, and on multiple occasions I have felt racially profiled by this same employee. As I was there today she asked me for help with something I was unable to provide her with and she again started to make racial slurs. It shouldn’t matter if I’m Hispanic or white This behavior is completely unacceptable and makes the shopping experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. A store that serves the public should ensure all customers are treated with respect, regardless of race. Management needs to address this issue immediately.

Worst Walmart ever been to wow
Not organized at alll prices are always off of what they say they are it’s horrible they over charged me so much and the manager was saying a lot of nothing I could not see in paper even when I asked her to let me see where it says I cannot return an item I was clearly allowed to online in person ridiculous! Nikki was her name not one bit of help I’m sure she thought the items was used but I just couldn’t drive the far distance it is for me any day of week so this is why I took longer than expected to return the items damn shame that they change their policies without posting anything up to make customers aware like the receipt gift card they gave mei couldn’t use it unless I downloaded the app and added it to the app! Came here to get some clothes for college and idk if it was because it was new years day or what but it was chaotic. Poor old lady that help me was having trouble with her phone to unlock the belts, the pants , the shirts, and she cut me off and was like "ok now I gotta go I'm on break I'll send someone else to help you" I understood... But then after all that the line was like 40 min long. That's why I gave it 3 starts but at the end of the day me and my boy got everything taken care of and my guy decided to pay for the couple on front of us asking for nothing in return. God bless you

This location is ok, can get crowded at times especially during the holidays. Since they have scan and go now it definitely helps since you don't have to wait in line. Also lots of things are locked up so you have to wait for a employee to open the door and that can take some time as well.

My grandson desperately wanted a particular Spiderman toy for his birthday that very weekend. I was as informed by employee to purchase online as it was 2x the price in store and they don’t price match their own app prices. Picked up 2hours later for half the price.

Walmart has good prices and a wide selection, and I was able to find what I needed pretty easily. The store was clean and organized, and checkout was fairly smooth. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the employees don’t always make the experience as pleasant as it could be, which takes away a little from the overall shopping trip.

This Walmart is very convenient and usually has everything I need in one stop. Prices are fair, the store is well-stocked, and checkout is generally quick. Staff have been helpful when I’ve needed assistance, and the location is easy to get in and out of. Overall, a solid Walmart experience.

Absolutely horrible and disgusting wait in line!! Waited hours to check out with hundreds waiting to check out. All express lanes were closed! Management knows better. Corporate needs to be aware, especially knowing the Christmas rush!

Clean and organized.
Prices went up a little but still much affordable than other markets.
I'd give it a 5 stars but there is a negative that I'm sure I'm not the only one that is complaining about, and that is......them cheap ssss paper bags used to carry your groceries in. They are as thin as toilet paper,and the darned things tared up right there in their own parking lot while putting your stuff in your car's trunk. The couple that made it that far, will tared up when you unload or take your stuff/groceries out of the trunk. And worse, we get charged for these crap bags. Another observation, the customer have to do their own bagging, what is up with that?
Give us a break will you?

We are out of the area, my wife forgot her scopolamine patches for our cruise. The pharmacist Jason was amazing. Within 10 minutes we had our patches and were on the road! Thank you Jason, love the attitude!

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service my wife and I received at your Walmart location on Saturday, November 29, 2025. Unfortunately, this experience has been the worst I have encountered at any Walmart store.
My wife placed an online order for pickup, and upon arrival, we parked in designated pickup spot number 8, located in front of the mechanic shop. The Walmart app notified us that our order was ready. However, after waiting 30 minutes with no update, I approached an associate to inquire about the delay. The employee briefly stated that our order would be brought out shortly.
After another 10 minutes passed, I asked a different associate for assistance. This employee informed me that an item from our order was missing but claimed the order would be out “any moment.” At no point did anyone offer an apology or communicate clearly about the delay or the issue with the order.
As we were leaving due to the excessive wait, I called the phone number provided for pickup. I spoke with a male employee who asked us to return, assuring us that our order would be brought out immediately. However, when we returned and called the number again, no one answered. We waited an additional 10 minutes, yet still received no assistance.
The overall customer service at this location was unacceptable. The staff seemed unprofessional, unhelpful, and inattentive to customers’ needs. This experience reflects extremely poor management and a lack of basic courtesy. I strongly advise anyone visiting this store to be prepared for significant delays and limited assistance from associates.
I hope that this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve staff communication, customer service, and the efficiency of the pickup process. No customer should have to experience this level of frustration for a simple online order pickup.Nov 30, 2025 -
Either on my way to work or during my lunch break, I am able to purchase water bottles (Aquafina, Crystal Geiser, Nestle PureLife, Proud Source, and other brands), cookies (Oreo cookies, Chips Ahoy), crackers, and other items! A great variety and selection. Room for improvement would be to have more customer service associates staffing the lines, so that there wouldn't be too many long waiting lines!

I usually come here early mornings with no complaints. However; as I stood on the aisle looking at the Ninja knives trying to make my decision… here comes one of your employees speeding through with an empty pallet jack. She was going so fast and before I knew it she hit my cart. The Nina knives fell out of my basket, and boom there was my decision. I put the $150 knives back and walked off.! She could have said excuse me to begin with. Please if you are going to have several pallet jacks speeding through the store during your business hours, make sure they are considerate of your customers.
My review this morning is solely based on Rochelle in babies. As I was walking by she said “Goodmorning” I was SHICKED.! You just don’t get that anymore, especially at Walmart. I certainly appreciated that. I went back and thanked her. She was such a pleasure.Nov 09, 2025 -

My experience at this Walmart was mixed. On the positive side, the store had a wide variety of products in stock, and I was able to find everything from groceries to office supplies in one trip. The prices were great, and the self-checkout option made it convenient to get in and out quickly. However, I did notice that several aisles were cluttered with restocking carts, which made it difficult to move around with a shopping cart. Additionally, when I needed help finding an item, it took a while to locate an associate. Once I did, they were polite and able to help me right away. Overall, this Walmart provides good value for the money, but improving store organization and staff availability would make the shopping experience even better.

This store absolutely deserves five stars. From the moment I walked in, the place felt organized, welcoming, and easy to navigate. The staff actually cared enough to help instead of just pointing at random aisles. Prices were fair, shelves were stocked, and the vibe made shopping feel less like a chore and more like a quick win. You can tell whoever runs this place takes pride in it. I’ll definitely be coming back...p.s the Lady with the colored hair in the toy section is The best,and deserves a raise and a $20gift card everyday for being awesome

ON OCTOBER 11,2025 @10:48PM. I had a deeply upsetting experience at this Walmart. While shopping, I was falsely accused of stealing by staff/security without any evidence or justification. I was treated with suspicion and disrespect, and the situation was handled in a way that felt more like harassment than a genuine concern for store policy. No apology was given after it was clear I had done nothing wrong. The entire encounter was humiliating and made me feel like I was being profiled rather than treated like a valued customer. Walmart needs to train its employees better on how to approach these situations with professionalism and basic human decency. Everyone deserves to shop without fear of being wrongfully targeted. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly urge management to review its practices and the behavior of its staff. Walmart claims to value diversity and inclusion, but my experience says otherwise. No one deserves to be targeted or made to feel less than simply because of their race. I’m sharing this so that others are aware and so Walmart leadership can take real steps to address these kinds of incidents. This is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this location.
