Walmart is my first stop every time I come to America — it’s like a shopping museum, but with better snacks! I always head straight to the Oreo section first — priorities, right? Somehow I end up leaving with way more than I planned. Pure adventure in every aisle!
This store absolutely deserves five stars. From the moment I walked in, the place felt organized, welcoming, and easy to navigate. The staff actually cared enough to help instead of just pointing at random aisles. Prices were fair, shelves were stocked, and the vibe made shopping feel less like a chore and more like a quick win. You can tell whoever runs this place takes pride in it. I’ll definitely be coming back...p.s the Lady with the colored hair in the toy section is The best,and deserves a raise and a $20gift card everyday for being awesome
ON OCTOBER 11,2025 @10:48PM. I had a deeply upsetting experience at this Walmart. While shopping, I was falsely accused of stealing by staff/security without any evidence or justification. I was treated with suspicion and disrespect, and the situation was handled in a way that felt more like harassment than a genuine concern for store policy. No apology was given after it was clear I had done nothing wrong. The entire encounter was humiliating and made me feel like I was being profiled rather than treated like a valued customer. Walmart needs to train its employees better on how to approach these situations with professionalism and basic human decency. Everyone deserves to shop without fear of being wrongfully targeted. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly urge management to review its practices and the behavior of its staff. Walmart claims to value diversity and inclusion, but my experience says otherwise. No one deserves to be targeted or made to feel less than simply because of their race. I’m sharing this so that others are aware and so Walmart leadership can take real steps to address these kinds of incidents. This is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this location.
Terrible service. Some of the employees have really bad attitudes. It took for ever to get items that are locked down. Lines were so long due to slow and/ or inexperienced cashiers. I really had to practice my patience at this Walmart. NEVER AGAIN.
I won't lie, this store isnt the best, the bathroom were really nasty, there was alot of inventory everywhere so it makes everything really cramped but the workers here are so so so nice. A'mon who was working in self checkout at 10/4/25 at 10:35pm was super helpful, my lotions didnt want to scan and he was immediately on it , it really made my night so thank you A'mon
I don’t usually have issues with employees here, but the internet vendors are out of control. They hunt people down in the aisles, and it feels pushy and borderline harassment. If you ignore them or say no, they get an attitude. Honestly, no one is coming to Walmart to buy internet—it’s just annoying. Walmart really needs to get rid of these aggressive sales reps because it makes shopping here unpleasant.
Bertha in the Vision Center provided excellent service / repair for my sunglasses. She’s a very genuine woman that truly cares about the customer and their satisfaction. I fully recommend Bertha and her excellence.
Dont ever bother looking for pokemon products here the good products never hit the shelfs, The vendor and employees always back door all of the products a couple of us have watched them do it, they're so shameless about it now. Every once in a while they do bring out battle deck boxes and those loose card blisters that nobody ever wants or buys.
Walmart has good prices and a wide selection, and I was able to find what I needed pretty easily. The store was clean and organized, and checkout was fairly smooth. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the employees don’t always make the experience as pleasant as it could be, which takes away a little from the overall shopping trip.
I usually come here early mornings with no complaints. However; as I stood on the aisle looking at the Ninja knives trying to make my decision… here comes one of your employees speeding through with an empty pallet jack. She was going so fast and before I knew it she hit my cart. The Nina knives fell out of my basket, and boom there was my decision. I put the $150 knives back and walked off.! She could have said excuse me to begin with. Please if you are going to have several pallet jacks speeding through the store during your business hours, make sure they are considerate of your customers.
Walmart doesn't seem to care much and same thing with most employees.
Except for Yanessa who was friendly and very helpful in finding clothing that fit my daughter!
Well, it's Walmart! It's not Trader Joe's where you might unexpectedly find something interesting or a friendly service. It's a place where you find cheap essentials. Where you spend 20 mins to locate someone who works there. If you find them, they may not be in a mood to help you.
Half the things will be locked and you wait forever pressing that button not knowing if it works or when someone will show up.
If they ever show up, you will save a few dollars.
This is hands down the worst Walmart. They give you the crappiest bags at pickup—they tear at the slightest tug. Then there's always some issue with your order. The staff member runs off to "handle it" and never comes back, leaving me short on items.
A lot of the products were locked behind glass, and I needed help, so I pressed the button and asked for assistance, but no one came. I waited for 35 minutes, and still no one showed up, so I felt it was a complete waste of time and left. They just display the items but clearly have no intention of selling them. This is the worst store.
They allow too many pet dogs to enter the store. Some owners don’t clean up after their pets. I have seen on two separate occasion a dog lifting their behind legs and peeing in food. Pets that aren’t service animals shouldn’t be allowed inside any store. Leave them at home or take them somewhere suited for them.
I have been to bad stores before but this one tops them. What is the point of allpwing us into the store if everything is locked behind glass? Just make the store pick up only.
I went to buy a mens belt and toy for my kid.
Belts were behind glass and totally disorganized. Repeatedely pushed button until quite some time later a woman came up and opened the glass. I said it may take a bit to find what I wanted jokingly. She said lock the glass when you finish and walked away. I guess I profile as safe.
Found a belt in the mess and locked up then went to toys and waited over ten minutes for someone to grace me with their time to open yet another case. She gave attitide when I took more than 5 seconds to sort the mess to find what I wanted.
Needless to say, going to amazon next time.
Today I went to buy Hawaiian Punch Orange Bang. Only had 1 on the shelf. The restock lady that was in the area said there was 22 of that flavor in stock. Of course no one volunteered to go check the back. One would think the store would keep shelves stocked being weather so hot. I don't understand why this Walmart is the only store that sells this particular flavor. All the Walmarts should sell the same thing so customers don't have to travel all these different places. Shelves should be checked during the day to see if items need to be restocked. More items on shelves means more profit for the company.
I checked out at self checkout and Ryon was excellent in performing his jop duties. He communicated well, who helped all that needed assistance and he did it with a nice pleasant attitude. He exuded professionalism and patience wheilr dealing with us, the customer. I commend this young man on a job well done.
We had an emergency clothing shopping....Our suitcases got lost so we went to Walmart. Terrible experience ! T shirts are dirty. Socks and other underwear is behind lockers. You can't even check the material unless calling someone to open the glass door. Than you feel pressured by the person who standing right beside you !
On the picture is a $11 nail clippers !!! From behind the glass goes in to this plastic box and the cashier opens it and give it to you !
Why are the innocent products are behind the bars and not the criminals ???
This location is an absolute circus, and almost everything is locked up. Getting an employee to unlock something is a game of patience, and typically their keys don’t work.
Unless you need something “right now,” you’d be better off just ordering from Amazon.
This location is wild, and a big experience for an out of towner.
Have everything i usually need. Prices are usually nice to me for things such as cat food, cotton clothing, pants, resuable water bottles, etc. Staff is also usually posotive and talkative unless they are busy with something else that isn't service related.
Lady at the return station at 9:00 p.m on July 27, 2025 didn't want to exchange my purchased item. I bought a creme that came in box and once i opened it at home I saw it was empty. She tried to have me pay for someone else's item which they stole. Luckily I asked someone else and she was able to help me out. I know people steal but I was not asking for a refund, i wanted an exchange. I wanted my purchased item. They wanted to keep hard earned $17.00 in exchange for an empty box. Horrible customer service.
It was my first time there and it will be my last. The lay out was awful. I was visiting from Las Vegas NV and we have gone to most of them and the cashier was lazy and rude. We had to put the groceries right next to him if he wouldn't ring them up. Heaven forbid if he had to reach a little! I was on the mobility scooter and I had to get my young granddaughter to come and move the items to make it convenient for him.
This was my first time visiting this store and will never return. We were in line (my elderly mother on a walker, myself who is awaiting shoulder replacement surgery, and my young daughter) at the 20 items and less line and had our stuff on the table to the register. As my turn came up next, I smiled at the employee by the name of Tony, and he returned my smile with a rude glare. He refused to start ringing; he just glared at me. I was so confused with what was going on, and I looked back at the line, and the lady behind me looked at me just as confused. I finally asked if everything was okay, and he responded rudely, “It would be nice if you could move your stuff closer to me”. I was completely thrown off because it was heavy items but was very much in reach of him grabbing. I told him to hold on while I call over my young daughter (who put the items on the register) back over to push the items closer to him because we are unable to lift or push due to physical limitations. He glared and still waited for her to come over to push everything over a foot. I didn’t disrespect him or say anything in the moment, but I can say we NEVER had this problem in Las Vegas, where I’m from. As from other reviews, this is an ongoing problem with this store. But a grown man that felt comfortable watching a young teen girl scooting over groceries that he could have easily done is an embarrassment not only to him as a man but as a representation of your store.
Had an appointment for tires and had me wait for 30 minutes. Even came early to drop off car. Worst customer service ever. Asked several times for help and all they would not come.
I would not recommend for tires or for an oil change. Forget it. Had me standing in the sun waiting for 30 min.
Went here on a typical busy Sunday afternoon. Found what I needed. The worker who was helping at the watches/accessories section was super awesome! Cashiers and person checking the receipts were cool too. Thank you!
You can find pretty much everything you need, but the store often feels disorganized. It’s great for bargains, but expect long checkout lines and sometimes unhelpful staff. Good for bulk shopping, but not ideal for a quick trip.
Customer service has 1 person employed and a massive line out the door. 0 regard for the needs of positive and productive members of society. Lacks all professionalism.
I tried calling for curbside pickup, but the voicemail was full. I waited an hour for someone to help, but no one came. I even walked inside the store, but I couldn’t pick up my order. I waited outside, but no one showed up. I tried canceling my order, but an error message said I couldn’t cancel it. I’m really frustrated with this location. It’s hard to get any help from the associates.
