Isaac helped me identify a problem I was having with my Acura ILX interior lights. He suspected it was a auto switch setting but just to be sure I bought the replacement bulb. Once installed it was still not working. I searched my manual and located the auto switch located on the ceiling front panel. Isaac was right and saved me from hunting for the right fuse etc. Thank for employing customer oriented people like Isaac!
Excellent customer service at this store! I arrived in a panic for replacement wiper blades as my family and I were about to leave for a trip and noticed our wiper blades were completely shot. Isaac, the store associate, helped me immediately with identifying the correct blades, and even helped me install them. He then noticed my car battery sounded off when starting the car. I asked if he could test it and sure enough, it was already failing. He helped me replace the battery as well - all while providing thorough customer service at very reasonable prices. Grateful for the store - Isaac's assistance - and the convenience. I'll certainly come here again for all auto needs!
Great experience here. Isaac was very helpful and knowledgeable when I came in looking for an oil change kit. Will definitely be coming here next time I need car parts.

Didn’t want to help me check my oil, but was willing to sell oil How would I know if I even need oil? So I’m supposed to guess and just go back in and return it if I don’t need it
Issac and Anthony helped me get a new battery and they also made sure they would install it for me after I purchased it. They gave me the best experience possible and for that I’m forever grateful. I will continue to come to this AutoZone due to them always being willing to lend a helpful hand.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this AutoZone due to the lack of customer service and respect displayed by the store manager, Isaac. I came in with a simple request: I needed a small stock piece of plastic for Honda wipers that was preventing my Bosch windshield wiper from closing properly. I even had the exact part in my hand to show him, as well as a clear reference from my other wiper.
Instead of assisting me, Isaac attempted to convince me that I was confused about what I needed, rather than actually listening to what I was saying. His dismissive attitude and lack of effort to help made the interaction frustrating and unnecessary. A store manager should be someone who leads by example, but unfortunately, Isaac showed little respect and professionalism.
On the other hand, I want to acknowledge Mario, an employee who went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He was patient, respectful, and demonstrated genuine care not only with me but also with the customer before me. I truly appreciate his professionalism and willingness to help.
If it weren’t for Mario, my experience would have been entirely negative. AutoZone should consider putting people like him in leadership positions instead of those who fail to respect and assist customers.

Marcus was awesome. He came with energy and a smile to help me check my batter & looked at it immediately knowing the bolts were tight.
He not only did it right in front of me, but cared to share the knowledge I need to relax about my car if I ever have this problem again.

A few weeks ago I came to this location needing to redeem the warranty on a dead battery. I had to have AAA jump my car in the first place just to get the store and was down bad with needing to take out the battery, coordinate an battery installation, then actually get the car a mechanic that would swap out the batteries, etc. Three associates—no, ANGELS—at this location were able to communicate clearly, set my expectations, and successfully helped me coordinate swapping the battery out all in under 45 mins. The names of these AutoZone heroes are Isaac, Marco, and Matthew. Thank you! I hope AutoZone corporate recognizes your team’s hard work, fantastic customer service, and commitment to excellence. This is the kind of service that you can only hope for from a Hallmark movie.
I went over the other week to have a battery checked and charged. The man at the counter “tested” it and said it was no good and wouldn’t charge it because of that. He then tried to sell me a new battery for $200 but that’s out of my budget at the moment. I had a portable charger at home that I didn’t want to use because it takes a long time but I tried it out on the battery anyway and it’s perfectly fine. I don’t think I’ll be going over there again if they just want to sell you something and not actually help. It’s a bummer too because I live right across the street.
Zero customer service. They over charged me at the register, when I pointed out that the price on the shelf was less. They said we would have to do a refund and then charge you again with a discount. After the refund they said they can't do anything. I'm done with them. Place was dead and I'm sure it won't last with that lack of service. Went to OReilly's, they were nice, had want I needed.
Did you know that WD-40 is not supposed to be used for squeaky hinges on cars? I certainly didn't; found out here that you're supposed to use Lithium grease - and it worked like a charm. Really helpful staff here.
I am very grateful to Eric, he was amazing! My car would not start he checked it out and took care of everything he made sure I was safe! I can’t thank him enough of how amazing he is! He fast and knowledgeable! I will definitely be coming here for my car issues.
Isaac SAVED the day. I was traveling for work when my battery wouldn’t turn on. Stuck at a gas station -Isaac talked me through every step and truly saved the day. I wish I lived closer so we could give them our business consistently. If you live in the area, Isaac and the AutoZone family here are INCREDIBLE. I can’t say thank you enough.
I came in because my battery was under warranty and needed replacement and while they don’t offer that service the manager Isaac and team member Eric went out of their way to help me out and replace it for you. Service was wonderful and I highly recommend this business!
omggg, i love coming to autozone. The beautiful girl at the counter I believe her name was Jackie helped me find everything i needed. The guys over the counter Issac and Daniel were great as well. 5+ starsss to this location.
My accord wouldn’t start this morning so after I got a jump, I called This autozone on my way in and Luisa was able to calm me down, she was able to find out what model I drive (I don’t know), and when I got in, she tried to get someone to help me switch the battery out. Marco installed my battery, he was super nice making conversation with me while he worked. Marco tried to cheer me up, I’m having a tough week. It’s cool that there are still businesses out there that have compassionate, considerate people. Thank you Luisa and Marco.

The store manager welcomed and helped me to get the best battery for my car. He was knowledgeable of course, but kind enough to carefully explain the different kinds and costs. He then replaced the battery for me as well. I was very please with the service and definitely my destination for any car related stuff.
Today I was attended by the BEST team at Auto Zone. They went above and beyond to service my car and made sure I was taken care of. Every encounter with each employee was phenomenal. Christina initially helped me and explained everything car wise in terms that I could understand. The Store Manager Marcos is super friendly and attentive. He was thorough with my particular battery situation and was able to help me pick the proper jumper cable box that I needed and explained how it works. Richard, Christina, and Daniel made sure that nothing was wrong with my car before leaving the parking lot. Thank you for making my day. By far this is the BEST Autozone I have ever been to…Richard helped me find an alternator for my Acura and offered assistance on how to install it. When I brought back the core, I was greeted by Marco and Cristina. They were very kind, considerate and helpful!
I explained how I was here last night to purchase my alternator and that Richard was extremely helpful! It just so happened that Richard was here and he was able to exchange my battery since my alternator drained my battery.
Richard explained what he was doing as he was changing my battery. After it was installed, he checked to make sure my car started and said if I have any problems to let him know and he’d would help me.
I’m so grateful to have found such an Amazing group of people who love their job and love helping others… I will Definitely be Back!
