This Napa is excellent! They provide excellent knowledgeable and friendly service. They are highly recommended. UK unlike the Ace Hardware store nearby. The owner is rude and I personally witnessed his nasty attitude towards customers I had to check him today. The place is understaffed. He should perhaps retire ,but it seems many workers come and go. For excellent customer service GO TO NAPA. If they dont have it go to Lowes, Home Depot, or Walmart. Better prices than this Individually owned home depot franchise.

They got the parts I needed which were rather exotic which is really nice. The people are nice in the shop the only thing which is not so nice is that the store always looks closed from the outside even if its open.
I called for a part at 7am. They had 1 of 2 and the other will be in at 10am. No problem I said. They call me back and said the part won't be in until 12:30. So I arrived at 1:30pm and they didn't have neither part nor they didn't call me to tell me. I drove from Baldwin Park to Torrance CA. Almost 40.iles. BS.
This is my favorite auto parts store. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to dig through their catalogs to find the part you need. If they don't have a part, they can get it from their sister store a few hours away.
I entered from the parking lot through the wrong door, no problem. The guy working in the back room showed me where the retail area was. They had the part I needed and had more than one option. I had just had my oil changed at a local place that charged $29 for an air filter. Napa had the filter starting at $6.99

I order a part on line when I got to the store they gave me a different story about my part and had to pay double of what my part actually cost me on line.
