Arrived on time, polite, friendly and fair prices. Two guys, Roy and Leo, disassembled and hauled off an old shed from our backyard in less than two hours. Would definitely recommend and would use again if I ever have a need! Thumbs up for JunkKing.

Had an 8:00am to 10:00am window. Got a call at 8:03am letting me know they were 10 minutes away. 8:15am they arrived and gave me a price. I agreed and by 8:45am everything was loaded on the truck and they were off to the next stop (after having to come back for a dolly lol). I thought they were only going to be doing the quote and we would need to schedule a different time. So having everything taken care of in less than an hour was a wonderful surprise.
I wish I would have wrote down the guys names to shout them out. They were friendly, worked quickly and efficiently, and made it a painless experience. They made it look effortless the way they climbed around the truck like a spider monkey tetris-ing everything into the most compact spot.
I only had one minor hiccup in the entire process. I submitted the appointment online, and got a call a day or two later to confirm the appointment info. During that confirmation I asked how big the vehicle they would show up in would be (since parking at my apartment complex is tough for large trucks). She said that they would only be doing the quote so they would be showing up in a normal pickup truck. But when they arrived they were in the full size truck ready to take everything. It all worked out in the end, but something to keep in mind. She also had me relist all the items over the phone so not sure if the box on the website where you enter a description of everything is actually used or not.
I will definitely be using Junk King L.A. South Bay for any future junk removal needs I have!
This organization was great! Their scheduler got me in on the day I needed. Their team texted eta several times . The guys were so nice and the estimate only option is really appreciated but I definitely went with them to take my “junk”. 5+ stars!!!
Although, I was thinking the pick up was going to happen when I booked them online, they came out first trip of the following morning. The crew was great! Really appreciated they even had some time and room for additional items that came up last minute.
Excellent job done by the men from Junk King. It was from first contact, items hauled away and clean up after garage was cleared. I recommend Junk King highly for a job very well done.

Oscar and Chris (? I am sorry, I forgot to write down their names) were assigned to my request for a truck and workers to pick up furniture, coolers, luggage, a BBQ and other items taking up space in my garage plus 5 piles of pavers left by a construction company. They kept me posted that they were running late. They arrived the same day as promised. They loaded it all onto the truck faster than I hoped, especially in our humid, hot weather. They worked well together, they were courteous to me and efficient in how they loaded the truck. Their initial estimate for service was close to spot on. I called Junk King Wednesday and they were able to easily get me in on Friday. They had very good communication the entire time. I only had a few items, but they were larger items including a couch with an internal bed. They quoted me a more than fair price and were in and out very quickly. Would absolutely recommend Junk King's services if you are in the South Bay area!
Junk King answered the call right away. No need to leave a message. Two Service Techs came out within 45 minutes, gave me a quote and hauled away my three piece sectional couch. The entire transaction took only one hour!! Everyone was polite, friendly and gave me options re: service. I will call again.
Had a great experience with Junk King. Standout is definitely the friendly, knowledgable, and efficient pickup staff. They had everything loaded, including a fridge, mattress, and other bulky items that I had collected in the garage, in <20min. Good communication and flexibility from the owner/coordinator; was easy to schedule a pickup even a couple days in advance.
General word of advice: I wasn’t familiar with the price of junk pickup beforehand and was a bit surprised at the quoted cost once the movers arrived (though the Junk King folks 100% did what they could to help me out, and for the quality of service it was worth it). Just recommend doing your research there so you know what to expect based on the size of your load.
When I made my appointment they wanted to come between 8:00 and 10:00 the following morning but I told them I would not be up. Yet the following morning their driver called and woke me up as he wanted to come right then and there because they were in the area. I live two miles from this business so I assume one of their employees is always in the area. Two men were sent out as one just stood there and watched The guy carrying my TV used it to push open the screen door and tear the he door. I contacted the office and they asked me to send a picture and the next thing I know the driver was calling me asking me to send him a picture too, so I did both. For hours I continued to hear from the driver and got weird emails from the office but we finally agreed on a price to fix the door that was days ago and I'm still waiting yet I have received three requests to give them a review. The movers and the guy I made the appointment with would very nice though.
Quick response, quick action on the job. All great. The guys in the tools are 5 stars. The sales/ marketing are 3 stars. Told them i was planning, not ready to commit due to dependencies on other third parties. The number of calls and follow up got ridiculous. You guys need to pump the brakes - was close to blocking the number. 4 stars overall as an average
My brother in law was no longer able to run his business after he had a stroke. We reached out to Junk King to remove several boxes with expired food items from his apartment. They arrived on time within the 2 hour window we provided and gave us a reasonable quote. Very professional and great customer service!
It took 5 guys to remove our grand piano. Instead of taking the legs off they carefully layed the grand piano on its side and maneuvered it through the opening and finally the entry door. It took about 5 mins. I was pleased that the floor was intact but sad I couldn’t find a better home.
