When I made my appointment they wanted to come between 8:00 and 10:00 the following morning but I told them I would not be up. Yet the following morning their driver called and woke me up as he wanted to come right then and there because they were in the area. I live two miles from this business so I assume one of their employees is always in the area. Two men were sent out as one just stood there and watched The guy carrying my TV used it to push open the screen door and tear the he door. I contacted the office and they asked me to send a picture and the next thing I know the driver was calling me asking me to send him a picture too, so I did both. For hours I continued to hear from the driver and got weird emails from the office but we finally agreed on a price to fix the door that was days ago and I'm still waiting yet I have received three requests to give them a review. The movers and the guy I made the appointment with would very nice though.
Quick response, quick action on the job. All great. The guys in the tools are 5 stars. The sales/ marketing are 3 stars. Told them i was planning, not ready to commit due to dependencies on other third parties. The number of calls and follow up got ridiculous. You guys need to pump the brakes - was close to blocking the number. 4 stars overall as an average
Great job! The booking process through text was super easy. Not only did they come same day, they had a cancellation so showed up early. Sent enough guys to do the job and they took it all. Definitely recommend.

I don’t understand why Junk King doesn’t fix broken front windshields on its trucks. Both interactions I had with Junk King, involving two different trucks, had shattered windshields which it seems pose a safety risk for its employees.
I was very pleased with the service and reasonable price. The guys were respectful, kind, and professional. This is this first pass through the house. I will be scheduling them again after the movers are done and the house is listed for sale. It depends on what the buyer wants to keep. Junk King will get the rest, including lots of tools. I hope that some of the furniture (good solid wood, not IKEA cardboard) and tools can be accepted by a charity organization and routed to a family in need. Those hit hard by the So Cal wildfires lost everything. These are useful things to help them rebuild their lives.

Decided to do some spring cleaning and had random junk I needed gone that I couldn’t discard by myself. I found Junk King after doing some googling and I’m so happy that I did! The removers came within the booking window I chose and removed all my junk so quickly! They were professional, kind, and effective! They also gave me a lovely discount since it was my first time and that I didn’t have many heavy items. Will 100% book them again when I replace my old couch and desk! It took 5 guys to remove our grand piano. Instead of taking the legs off they carefully layed the grand piano on its side and maneuvered it through the opening and finally the entry door. It took about 5 mins. I was pleased that the floor was intact but sad I couldn’t find a better home.

They came early but we were not home. They waited for us. We got a very good deal for taking our old 3 seaters couch. We pay only $129 for first time customer. The 2 staff who picked up or couch are very nice and professional. Smooth transaction. Finished in 5 minutes. Highly recommended.
