I needed a replacement battery because my battery was weak after 4 years of use. I found this business through a post on FB marketplace. They gave me the hours and asked me to let them know my arrival time. Got there and they had receipt and battery ready for me. Helped me swap it out. I had my 10mm wrenches with me. They used the battery tester on my old battery and replacement battery to show me the specifications. I got an AGM battery for $45 and 1 year warranty, which is fantastic. Smooth transaction on a rainy day. If you're on a budget, I recommend this place.

To your unprofessional comment the purpose of ratings is to show everyone's experience good or bad. If you want to call it only to vent, it's incorrect. Is to show you , you lack keeping things professional instead you're feelings got hurt and instead of stopping your comment at "we are busy and can't reach everyone at a timely manner" you want to use the word vent for your lack of business ethics towards me. Always remember that's why we have ratings to correct errors and better our selfs and and business. Don't let your feelings get in the way of professionalism work on it.
Charlie was very helpful in trying to diagnose my battery. I was originally scheduled to have my battery replaced. He tested my current battery and he recommended to keep it since it has a lot of life left. Appreciate the honesty.
Charlie was great at LG battery!!! I brought in my lead acid battery today and upgraded to an AGM battery, these prices are fantastic!!! Whenever I need a battery in the future now I know where to come to!!! Thanks Charlie!!!!
