I had a problem with the power steering pump in my 1962 Chevy Impala. They were able to fix the problem in a short time and at a reasonable price. Thank you for the great customer service as well.
Excellent Steering Feel – Feels Like New Again!
I recently purchased a reconditioned steering gear box for my 2005 Chevrolet Express 2500 from Master Steering, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The original unit had developed some serious fluid leaking. After doing some research and comparing prices, I opted for a reconditioned part rather than new due to budget. I took my steering gear box with the pitman arm to them; they gave me a reconditioned gear box and the installed my pitman arm in the right position on the gearbox. They even gave me the pipe sealing O-rings for free. The shop included a 1-year warranty, which gave me peace of mind. I’d highly recommend going the reconditioned route if you're trying to keep your truck on the road without breaking the bank. Thanks Alfredo.
I came about a month ago to buy a rack and pinion for my G35. From day one, the rack had issues. The owner Alfredo gave me 3 different racks and all had the same issue. His “mechanic” replaced one and left half my bolts loose. He does not want to own up to his product being trash and just give me a refund. I bought a new one elsewhere and it has zero issues. He has now blocked my number and will be receiving a small claim court case in the mail lol. Stay far away from this crook.
Quality of rebuild of rack and pinion is not the issue. The installation of said unit is. It appears that when the reservoir was being topped off, they either grossly overflowed or spilled fluid all over the front left engine compartment. Price was also misquoted and an additional $100 was offered for an alignment. Doubtful that I will have them do anymore installations. This was a first and last time. Have left off many components in the past for rebuild and had minimal returns.
Forward to begin customer service top notch quality of work incredible I had my power steering rebuilt and power steering and brake supply in Whittier but they chose to go the lazy way and just paint my unit and give it back to me brought it here to master steering and oh boy he opened up my unit right in front of me to show me that the bearings were shot and at the rebuilder didn't do anything to my unit 10 minutes later I'm walking out with the unit that was not only clean and look nice but works just as great my power steering is able to turn with one finger thank you guys again I would recommend your shop to anybody!!! Well only if you want quality service and good for your wallet lol.

Nice people, unfortunately they are not very careful with their work and installed the pinion in my steering rack 90 degrees off. That was a fun thing to find out after installing it. They fixed it for free but it’s still a huge inconvenience when you have to do the labor twice and have your truck down twice as long, use more fluid etc.
Master Steering replaced the rack and pinion on my Acura TL. They offered a better price than the competition i'm guessing it is because they specialize in steering.
Got my 1989 Land Cruiser Gearbox rebuilt in 1 day! They replaced broken parts, cleaned it up, etc. They did an absolutely AWESOME job, very happy with their customer service and work. Thanks to Alfred and the team over there I’m back enjoying my hobby
Needed a rebuilt '99 Civic EX power steering rack but was looking for a custom build with faster Integra pinion. I supplied a used 96 Integra power steering rack to them and they promptly removed the pinion and rebuilt it into a Civic steering rack in one day.
Boot bellows vent hose was clocked a little different than stock, which caused the hose to pinch no matter how I installed it; I asked for a length of hose so I could later reroute it myself over the chassis crossmember and they graciously complied.
Everything else about the rebuilt rack was great, and the faster steering is a lot nicer too. Will look forward to next time I need a steering rack rebuilt, and would highly recommend Master Steering.
P.S. please note that Google Maps shows opening hours 8am, but they currently open at 9am -- they returned my call at 8:30am to let me know and prevented me from wasting my trip as I was getting ready to leave.
