I’ve taken my car to OK Auto Collision Center more than once, and every time has been a solid experience. The staff is easy to talk to and straight with you about what needs to be done. No pressure, no upselling, just honest explanations and good work. They’ve helped me sort through unexpected issues without turning it into a headache, which I really appreciate. It’s not easy finding an auto shop you trust, but this is one I’m comfortable coming back to.

OK Auto is the most reliable auto repair shop I think. I had my two cars repaired here, x5 and model 3. Very good service! And the repair quality of the car is very good! As shown in the picture, it is exactly the same as the new car. The boss is very honest.

I recommend this shop as your repair. I have been repair my car this shop for 3 years. My car is 2020 Honda accord, I needed to repair my bumper by myself. The estimate is valuable and reasonable because I was asked for two or three body shop. I also asked the estimate with the other body shop. The finally, I chose it since they nice and patient to explain and answer my questions. I will bring my vehicle to this shop again if I have problems. Also I will prefer it to my friends.

A little story share to public: My friend and me came here 3 time totally since the past 7 years, 7 years ago we choose OK Auto becasue their price was reasonable and they were super honest to the customer, absulutley no misleadings, that was how we saw the awesome work they have done for us in the first time. After then, I was comfortably just choose OK Auto for any of fixings, and of course I told all my Chinese friends that this store is one best outstanding ship for auto body shop. But, today, I just got my car, I just want to AGAIN, show you the best work they made. 3 pictures from what they received my car, fixing my car and cleaned my car waiting for me to pickup. Ok Auto Collision Center has the best service, Jimmy and Sean are super professional and friendly. I was first so afraid on their quality, because of the price is lower than the market, but after a week, I realized I was totally wrong! I can’t even tell my car has been repaired. Sean and Jimmy fixed my Toyota twice when I can accident. one is on the front wheel (totally broken, I cannot drive), another one is my trunk (totally broken, I cannot open). Their technician are good and efficient, customer service is nice. I will recommend my friends go to their shop if their car has any problems.

This is my the fourth time had service with them . I would like to say Jimmy and their team never made me disappoint . This time I had broken my car by my own . The broken parts include hook , bumper, left side lamp , and side cover . They were damaged and shpe changed. For insurance, I only have liability, so I had to pay everything in my pocket. It happened during two holidays , so there no car rental place could offer me a good deal . After I told my situation, Jimmy was really thoughtful. He offered me a best deal for a car rental with a SUV that it contain over 6 pices luggages to pick up my parents from airport . (I was concerning about the car size beginning. ) In order to save money, at first we decided to only do the most basic color of the car body, skip the color transition, and there would be a little color difference look in the car body. Jimmy also noticed me this at the beginning. However, when I finally picked up the car, it still showed me an unexpected surprise. They still made the color transition for me without extra charge, so the color effect of the whole car body was perfect. When I finally picked up the car, I saw that Jimmy had confirmed the whole car once again, so I was assured to drive away. I think this is a fully responsible service termination for Jimmy and his team to both new and old customers. I had oil change and car maintenance with Longo Toyota since I bought my car with them . But their services were getting worse than worse , and charged replacement more and more . No more showed you what's wrong with parts need to replacement when you request , just asked to pay. I was totally done with longo . Since then I had oil change place with Jimmy's team . They did charge one time oil change for 10,000 miles, then free check after 5000 miles for full service . One thing I would like share here , that is last year when I ran over a seemingly cone shaped highway maintenance warning staff in the middle of the freeway at night. As a result, I had to stop and check the bottom of my car. When I didn't know what to do, I called Jimmy and asked him . When I was sure the car would run, jummy instructed me to turn on the flash lights and drive slowly to get off freeway , then safe to home . ( this was my first time happened on freeway)The next day, I drove to his auto place to check if I had run into any other parts. His worker checked for me and found nothing serious. They just scraped off the bottom of the baffle and lost a screw. His workers helped me set it up and told me it was time to go. I also asked if there is any charge? They told me it was free. I wanted to tip the workers, and they refused. I was really surprised and happy to meet Jimmy and his team . It's worth to recommend. Thanks Jimmy and your team .

I went to this garage before, it`s a really good, worth to go. My car was hit, my friend suggested me to there, it`s low price but great quality. They don’t like other garage to cheat customer, they are very patient and nice, answering any question and also give the best solution to solve the problem. My budget was less, they replace two new metal plates and do the lacquer. When I picked my car, it seemed like a new car. Really recommend to go
