Have lots on the shelf and offered to have about anything auto related for me in a couple of hours. Knowledgeable and nice people here. Offered other good solutions to help me with an unusual car problem.

I went Saturday morning to buy a water pump. The lady that helped me asked if I was a AAA member because I can get a discount. She said without me asking for a discount.! That is 💯 customer service. I had my granddaughter with me, without her asking a gentleman let her know she can take all the popcorn 🍿 she likes as long is ok with me. Also 💯 customer service. All in all before even asking for anything they were able to go above and beyond without asking that merits 1000% customer service!

They don’t do returns on their own products. Staff is lazy and can’t be bothered to pick up a phone or look into an issue very incompetent personnel. Went in to return a set of doorman rear leaf spring shackles. Which by the way are not oem specific they claim to be. Top bolt too large of a diameter to fit. I ordered online and chose store pick up at this brea location. So understandably I went to the store I picked up from for my return. To my surprise they wouldn’t do it. Something about not being a real coorporate Napa and that they are independently owned and they don’t want to pay the restocking fee “Napa” would charge them….20% they claim. The problem was how rude the personnel was. They were mad for some reason. Like they received the wrong part or something. These guys couldn’t be bothered to pick up a phone and or look into the situation they said they simply couldn’t do it. Such lousy personnel. Looked up the term of service and it clearly says to go to any Napa store for and online purchase store pick up. Not at this location I guess. This was my first time shopping at Napa in a long time only because I was in a pinch. But never again. Stick to the O’reilys and Auto Zones. Much better speedy service.

I’ve been driving semi trucks for 4 years locally and cross country and today I had a load of batteries to deliver to this facility. In my 4 years of driving the gentleman at this store were the nicest people I’ve ever ran across when delivering a load. I first called to get some clarification on where to pull in and back up at because it’s a regular Napa store, small parking lot, and there is no dock and the guy that answered the phone was so nice and then put me on hold to get someone else to give better help and he was also very friendly and helpful and gave very accurate directions. Once I got there that same kindness was shown with everyone I spoke to and I wanted to leave a review because there are many times us truck drivers get to a delivery and the warehouse staff are rude and impatient for no reason so the kindness, friendliness, (and snacks) of this staff is very much appreciated!

Steve is the absolute man when it comes to customer service. I called multiple parts stores to find a difficult part and no one helped me track down and find the product, all they wanted to do was get me off the phone. When I called and spoke to Steve, he was not able find the part but instead of telling me I was out of luck, he did some research while I was on the phone. He then referred me to a local auto mechanic, Star Automotive, that was able to get the part for my buggy. Thanks to Steve, this Napa has gained a new lifelong client for all my vehicles.

Very patient nice people here. Did a bit of searching and cross-referencing but found my part. Others couldn't get anywhere. They had my part in about 4 Hours for me. Very good service at a reasonable price. I appreciate Karen's efforts to get my part. Give them a try!

I purchased a set of wheel bearing hub assembly from them installed them, and the wheel bearing hub assembly fell apart. Totaling the front axel of my vehicle. When I called them, they said they would exchange them. They just had to send them to the manufacturer for authorization. And said they would special order me a set of Timken front bearings and that they would refund me for the broken bearings once the manufacturer authorized it So I purchased a second set of bearings from them and told them I would be back Saturday to do the exchange I went in on Saturday. The manager said he was going to honor what he wrote on the receipt. And said the owner would not return them them You can see on the receipt on August 8. They said they would refund them pending manufacturer inspection And they wouldn’t even take them back they send them to the manufacturer Would not recommend shopping at the store it’s privately owned Duane is a great salesman and he’ll lie to you. He’ll tell you whatever he can to sell you another part and get you out of the store. He’ll write it on your receipt for you But then won’t honor it

If you've been around a while working on your cars, you know back in the day, this is going to be what you remember an auto parts store looks like. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Best place for Auto parts you can go to. They helped me out so much, requesting at the last hour of the day to have a part brought in from a local vendor. They're amazing, the manager is fantastic, & the guy & gal who helped me are the best around. I highly recommend coming to this NAPA, over autozone forsure, as the service is top tier. It was mark who helped me!

I purchased an alternator here, which left me stranded in the desert. To get off the trail, I had a friend drive me up a replacement, this happens, I get it. I brought the alternator back with my proof of purchase (it wasn’t even a week old) , it was tested and it failed. I asked for a refund but was denied by the owner. He wanted PROOF that I replaced the alternator from somebody else, not giving me the benefit of the doubt. Never have I had a vendor require a receipt from another vendor to prove that I am not a liar. I have been a customer at this NAPA for over 40 years, service has always been great but as of today, I will not be coming back to this NAPA ever again. I am offended and very disappointed. Bye guys.

One of the last remaining knowledgeable, legit auto parts stores! They carry a huge selection of parts and tools to get the job done. Way better than any AutoZone or O'Reilly's. Better parts too. Great staff working there. Highly recommended!

This location stole $157.29 by charging me and not giving the item I supposedly received in person. They made false reports to my bank claiming that I was in possession of the item. I since January of 2023 I have still not received my refund nor have I received the product. They refuse to refund me and don't even offer to give me the parts that I ordered. Not even Corporate can help me out because they do nothing every time I call. As of September 23 of 2023 they have still not refunded me and now completely ignore me.

I come here when I need certain parts to avoid online stuff I know I'm getting the right fit sometimes online part ain't a fit, staff is very nice, courteous & helpful it's a nice place.

The last honest Auto parts store in town. Always knowledgeable staff, and well stocked with quality parts. I started coming here to fix up my first car in 1980 42 years later still a loyal customer. When I open my auto repair business in 2005 Jacksons Napa was the first wholesale account I opened, the quality and expertise never goes out of style here.

NAPA sold me the wrong starter. No big deal, I went right back the same day and got the right one. Then they sold me a bad starter. Tried to return it in less than 24hrs. They wouldn't let me return it. I checked the starter and it was faulty. I then took it to Comunity Tire in Brea to make sure it wasn't a different issue because the starter was just purchased. Community Tires found it to be a bad starter as well. NAPA states it works, but still won't take it back. I even brought in the paperwork in from Community tire to show them, but they didn't care. Update* Called number provided. NAPA is willing to replace the the bad starter but not refund it. I let them know I got it fixed with a working starter already and now have a useless NAPA part that I don't want. They stated that's there store policy, no refunds for electrical items. Thanked customer service for there time, but my issue is still not resolved.

Went there many times and was happy about service. Last week went for a taillight bulb and no one was wearing a mask. Will not shop there again. Will find another location that follows guidelines.

They are friendly and big into racing and they have a great selection of parts for almost any vehicle if they don't have it they don't make it knowledgeable in all types of vehicles also AAA discounts.

The staff here provide excellent customer service and the huge supply of parts means that you won't be waiting all day for what you need. As a customer they made me feel like my business mattered. I would recommend this parts store to everyone!

I give this 5 stars in all areas. The service is stellar, they will do anything to make you happy, I actually had a battery installed on the premises. This is a great place to get car batteries. The same battery for my car was a hundred bucks at Walmart for 1 year warranty. Here at Napa, the battery was $42 and it's good for 5 and 1/2 years. It's a no-brainer, I'm bringing all my cars here for batteries. They also have a popcorn machine with Frank's hot sauce seasoning and a coffee machine with different flavors.

I am super excited and enthusiastic in writing a review for this auto parts store. I have been to many of these stores and have been disappointed. But this store carries what you need when no one else has they do will gladly shop here again. And I live far from this place. I bought snow chains.

My daughter's car battery needed replacement. Napa replaced the battery for her and got her in and out quickly so she could make it to class on time. I soooo appreciate the customer care they provided her. She said the gentleman that helped her was very kind and explained how to replace the battery to her. Thank you.

These guys are really nice to deal with and I try to support brick and mortar auto parts stores but I’m still waiting for a basic part to arrive three weeks after I ordered and was promised it would come in from out of state in a 3-5 days. No apology or explanation, so I’m out. Online store will have it in my mailbox in two days. Try to keep up, NAPA.

Great customer service and big selection of auto, truck and trailer parts

Best auto store I've ever been to. They stock Redline fluids and VP racing fuel and there's always 5-6 knowledgeable older gentlemen there ready to help. AutoZone and those shoddy places are for the shadetree mechanic masses, this however is a real shop for real auto enthusiasts and racers.

The service was unprofessional they told me that the parts i bought will be in the store that same day around 1:30 P.M. instead i told the guy that i would come the next day to pick the part up. When i arrived the next day the employee told me that they only had one part of my order and if i waited about an hour o so they will go get the part. Told them i could not wait and would come back later. This made me angry because they made me loose my time and gas going back and forth, and at the end not even saying i am sorry for the inconvenience we put you thru. Very arrogant employees

If I could give them zero stars I would. Rude, rude, rude people. If you're a female without a lot of car knowledge stay away from this place. I spent $45 on the wrong part. Took it back the same day and they refused to give me a refund because it was"installed". I bought the wrong part, nothing was installed and I'm out $45. These people are as shady as they come!!

One of the few real auto parts stores left in north OC. Good stock of regular parts and the NAPA network for those not in stock. Helpful folks on the phone, and you can talk to the owner should the need ever arise.
