If I could rate this 10 stars, I would! This is probably the only tow company that I’ll go with from now on. I called and they arrived in less than 10 minutes and gave me a really good price for my tow! Their customer service is AMAZING!!
I was very pleased with Countrywide Towing! The man was very friendly and helpful! He arrived earlier than the scheduled time,which was greatly appreciated! The battery jump was successful and I was on my way!
During lunch hour, my rear passenger tire blew out and I had to call roadside assistance. Countrywide Towing was able to come out and change my tire. They stood in communication until they arrived and even put air in my other tires. I’m a single mom and Countrywide helped me tremendously. I highly recommend their services.
Country wide towing was very professional from the call to get service to the very end. The service technician was very knowledgeable of my vehicle and was able to help me so I didn’t even have to tow it.
I Thought that I had a dead battery. Turns out that my battery was actually loose somehow! I would have never known that, if it was not for Tim! He was really amazing. He went above and beyond he even tightened my battery for me. He was really awesome with my son as well. So glad that he was the one who came out to help.

Joseph the technician was great. Countrywide sent the technician within an hour of my calling. Joseph changed the battery in no time and I was able to make it to my event on time. Joseph has been the technician a few times now for different calls and he always does an amazing job. Thank you.

Joseph came out to my house to get my Ford Transit T350HD started due to a dead battery. He was there within 15 mins from making the call - I still got to work on time! Thank you!
Contacted Triple A because my vehicle had broken down in the more rural side of Lancaster and this company countrywide towing got sent out and immediately after triple A confirmed the company the driver called me and confirmed my location and said he would be there in 20 minutes and he was, he got there loaded our vehicle and we were on our way to our destination. The driver was super nice and very knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 service.
Here's some photos of what happened to my car after the ETA passed that Countrywide towing was supposed to arrive after being dispatched by AAA. All my vehicle needed was a jumpstart. But due to POSSIBLE bad weather in the area they weren't going to come out. They cancelled and never told us. And AAA never notified us either. We found out about the cancellation after CHP contacted AAA when I called to report the accident. Had we not been hit who knows how long we would have had to sit on the side of the road in the vehicle that won't turn on, in the snow, and with limited food and water. This company is worthless!!!!! And if we should have to pay for anything out of pocket as a result of the accident we will definitely pass the bill on to Countrywide Towing for NEVER showing up and NEVER contacting us to cancel!
