Genuinely the worst experience I've had almost anywhere, bordering illegal. For context, this place isn't a regular pick-n-pull, you have to find the car, take pictures of the parts you want, and hope to God you are getting everything you pay for. This is already a stupid way to do business. In essence, the issue is that these are awful terrible people looking to rip off anyone they can. We had to wait nearly a week to get everything we had already paid for, as they tried to weasel their way out of giving us all of our items, at every single step of the way. To start, once we found the car an hour later in the giant mess, we told them the parts we needed and the guy there quoted us a price so HILARIOUS I genuinely laughed in his face. After I was done laughing, they dropped the price a few hundred dollars. Should have been my first sign to leave but my nephew needed these parts ASAP. My nephew was paying for these items and was okay with the price, so we (over)paid $700 and left. They told us to come back tomorrow for the parts. Fine. The next day, I come to collect the items for my nephew, as he was unavailable at the time. I don't discover until I'm already on the other side of town that we are missing 2 whole items. One of them an exhaust manifold. Now I have to go back and waste time and gas to get the missing items. This is the 2nd of 3 separate trips I have to take to this godforsaken place. Once we arrive with my nephew, the front desk person tried to play dumb, saying we didn't order those things, which is already off to a HORRENDOUS start. Thankfully we took photos of the original price breakdown and had the receipt (written in chickenscratch) to prove we bought these items. Absolutely wild. And THEN, he starts blaming US somehow for not getting all of the items! HUH??? And that's not all. He then proceeds to explain that the person grabbing the parts, simply didn't take them out....as if that's an explanation or reason for not giving us what we paid for already. He just kept stating "Well he just didn't grab it then." as if that was a reason. The amount of mental hoops and explanations this dude went through in 20mins to try to justify not giving us our items is DISGUSTING. Clearly this person wasn't going to help us. This is also closing time, and we see mechanics leaving. So we stop one and he was very helpful. HE ended up giving us the exhaust manifold we paid for, as it was sitting right there waiting for us. Suspicious how easy that was... Clearly they were hoping we'd just give up. Even still, we are missing ANOTHER item and at this point, I'm ready to file a police report for theft. The worker at the front desk seems disappointed we circumvented him to get our items. So we told him that we need our last missing part or a refund, otherwise we are filing a police report for theft. SOMEHOW, suddenly, their memory kicked and they knew what part we were talking and that it will be ready Monday morning. This is Friday end of day, and now we have to wait until MONDAY to get the item we paid for, days ago. Unsurprisingly, Monday comes and they don't have it. Another "it will be ready tomorrow". I tell them: "If it is not ready tomorrow morning at 8am, I am filing a police report then and there." To my surprise, we finally received the items we paid for, after nearly a week and a few fights later. I don't know how these people at the front desk look themselves in the mirror everyday. The amount of deception and full-blown lying to my face is abhorrent and borderline illegal. I will absolutely will be reporting this company to the BBB and CA Licensing board. Funny how suddenly now they know exactly what we ordered after threatening legal action. I shouldn't have to fight and threaten a business to get what we had already paid for. This is the worst experience I've ever had anywhere, and I hope you don't make the mistake of giving these awful shady people your money.

Wow if there was ever a time when you could say "you get what you pay for" but both what you get and what you pay are outrageous, the time would be now. This is clearly a scam more than a respectable business and I would highly advise any sane person to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Use ebay to get your parts instead! First off, these people wanted to charge an outrageous amount for just a few parts for an old celica belonging to my nephew. After my husband laughed in their face they lowered the price but it's honestly still very high. We paid it and said well at least we will get the parts fast since they assured him the parts would be ready for pickup the following afternoon. The following day my husband picked the parts up for my nephew and brought them to him so he could install them on the car. Well it turns out THEY DIDN'T GIVE HIM ALL THE PARTS!! They intentionally left out the radiator, coolant housing, and headlight brackets. After calling them out on this, they said "oops, we can give you the radiator and coolant housing today but you will need to come back on Monday for the headlight brackets". Well guess what day it is? It's nearly closing time on Monday and now that we were gonna head there to pick up the headlight brackets, they are saying "come back tomorrow morning". So these trolls are literally trying to see how long they can hold off on taking out a handful of screws just so they can make a little extra change by ripping my nephew off. This is such poor customer service and I am honestly considering filing a police report at this point for breach of contract since we have a receipt in writing that includes the parts that were paid for and yet this supposed business is trying to pull a fast one on us. So shameful. Please stay away from this place.

Terrible customer service, gave me the wrong transmission and it was also in god awful condition, didn’t offer money back or exchange only a horrible attitude. I wouldn’t come here if your looking for important parts!

These people will rip you off with ridiculous prices for things you can buy brand new for cheaper prices. I called about an engine coolant temperature sensor connector and was quoted $40 from AAA and I just ordered it online from somewhere brand new for $11.40. It would have taken 5 seconds to cut the connector off so why they would even try to charge $40!!!!!!!

They look at you and make up the price. If you are not a regular customer from the local shop, they price gauge like no other. They wanted $30 for a rearview mirror for 08 Toyota Corolla. I can buy a new one on Amazon for half the price.

Horrible place! I reported them to the BBB. They tell you one price over the phone and than another in person. They kept trying to up the prices on the phone you hear one guy say a price and than another guy in the background trying to raise it. Went in person and witness them upselling a car part that was needed and another customer behind said “ I called and you told me 100$ and this guy is getting the same thing I asked for but for 70$ “. Don’t come here, they are very unprofessional and will charge you more than what they quoted you.

Not friendly at all. I called about a Toyota part but when I arrived a white hair and beard guy just said they don’t have it. Didn’t even let me walk in to check the cars. Just really super negative atitude saying NO NO NO I guess they don’t want small $$$ money business But only sell big part where it will bring more for their pocket. Just my experience not saying you shouldn’t come. I’ll not come back.

Horrible, I went there to get an oil pan and it was over priced and bent. Therefore, my car had the same issue and I went to Simi Valley Dealership and got the oil pan brand new and way cheaper than what they charged me. Unbelievable I paid more $$$$$ for a used oil pan than getting it from the dealership.

Absolute horrible experience. Responded to an ad on a car being parted out. Called in. Requested them to check to see if they had the part in stock. They confirmed over the phone. I drove 1.5 hours to their location, from Bakersfield. Then waited 2 hrs in their dirty lobby. Just to be told they don’t have the part they confirmed they already had this morning. Very bad experience. 0/5 stars!

Terrible service. I asked if I could go back and see the part I was going to buy before I bought it and they refused. They wouldn’t even tell me the color of the car/part, expected me to pay 65 dollars for a mirror without knowing if it was the right color or even the condition. Don’t go here, it’s a waste of time

Good service, polite and they will try to make sure you are satisfied!! Although they didn't have the Tire Rim I was looking for..I did observe great customer service . I will recommend this company to my friends and relatives. They will be my first choice If i Ever Need used car parts again...

After sitting for 30 minutes while my grandson looked for the needed vehicle he found out it didn't exist. Meanwhile a Budweiser sat on the counter when we came in and soon one of the employees pick it up and began to drink it. The place was filthy and the employees had NO integrity. One of the worst places I have been to and yet claim to be AAA recommended. When was the last time someone from that organization was there?

Went and bought some things and wasn't right but upon returning them I was able to get a swap on the correct items easily no hassle no bs and was attended promptly when my items were ready for pick up definitely returning when/if they get more Sunfire/cavalier parts!!!!

These dudes are legit. So far I've bought a motor and transmission from them. Motor has lasted at least 100k so far. Transmission is being installed. Willing to work with you, so far they have done me right. Which is why I continue to spend my hard earned money with them. 100% recommend if you need almost any part for your ride!

These gentleman are friendly and I'm always leaving laughing at one of them. My goto man is CoCo! There knowledgeable about makes, models, and interchangeable parts if needed....by the vechiles year. 95% of the time they have what I'm looking for. If any problems with the part , they will make sure you leave satisfied if within the parts warranty. $$$ very. most of the time their better than there competitors.....

Despite having 4 employees at the service desk, no one bothers to greet you. And when they do they may just as soon shift to a different task without even telling you. 10 minute waits are a long ammount of time to be just sitting in reception. The worst part though, is if you ask for a part that's still in a car, they wont get it if it just rained recently. Understandable if it's an engine component maybe. A part that's inside the car cabin that had max 4 screws to remove? Kind of hard to believe it's impossible for them to grab it.

I went to this place to see the price of some items. The owner found the prices for all the items I needed. I didn't want to buy some of the pieces because I found it cheaper somewhere else so the owner started complaining that I wasted his time and to leave his store very rudely unprofessional service especially from the owner you would expect better. I will never go there again

TERRIBLE experience!! Went in for a couple of struts for my SC 400. Went to pick them up and found that they gave me LS 400 struts. When I told him his mistake he blamed me as if I told him the wrong car. Total BS. They charged me more money to get the correct parts. After I got the right part I found out they are blown and no good. No cash refund so I'm stuck with trash after spending $150 Let this be your LAST resort. Another comment suggested they don't like white people, it definatley felt like that to me.

Please read before you go to this place, i needed the 3 right rear control arms on a nissan and made the mistake of telling them on the phone they are the only ones who i found that have them and i need them today, well they said $15 each over the phone so i drove the 80 miles and when i got there they said $40 each, i told them they said $15 over the phone and they said well go get them somewhere else then. I even showed them auto zones website where they were $30 each brand new and he said well see if they have them in stock "witch he new they didn't because i told them over the phone. Well i bought them because i needed them that day but it is a scam of a business. Not to mention the workers are smoking in the room next to the waiting room and it smells horrible. There going to scam the wrong guy someday and its not going to turn out good for them

As soon as he picked up the phone they asked me to hold and they didn't press hold button so I heard their whole conversation. The guy was cussing at his co-worker and they were just chatting while I was on "hold" for 15 minutes listening to everything. They weren't helping other customers or anything and if they were that's horrible language to use with a customer. He finally spoke to me, I told him what I was looking for and he immediately said no we don't have that. What could've been a 30 second call took 15 minutes and horrible service. Don't ever work with these people.

This was the worst service, not to mention it took hours just to find out they didn't have what I needed. Staff member was very rude, not sure why because I was very nice and understanding. Will NEVER recommend to anyone!!!
