When I leave a message it takes days before they call back if they call back. Very polite and professional when you talk to them. They do know what they are talking about.

I went to this dealership recently , I had only a check engine light . Had bought this car with warranty , when I got there, Aisleen told Me I had no warranty and would have to pay over 2k. I was shocked I had to pay so much for a car I had for only 2months. I told them I would think about it. When I picked up my car that same day I noticed the airbag light had came on. It made steering harder and I was not able to use the buttons on the steering wheel. I paid $200 for a diagnostic fee, I ended up bringing my car to Hawthorne Volkswagen I only paid $150 , and I was told I had warranty on my car and I wouldn’t have to pay !

1 start is to many to give to the service department at Cerritos VW. I have been awaiting a part for my car since November 2018. It is now the end of April 2020 and no part or update have been provided. I have left several messages to include the service department manager, several service advisors, general service department voicemail, phone operators, and even the evening sales crew. I have made a few in person attempts at finding a resolution and nothing has come if it. I wish this was my only sub par experience at this location but I have received poor customer service from this place more time then I'd like to count in the last year. The owner and operator of VW Cerritos should really look into the lack of productivity and less then stellar customer service being provided.
