Brandon the manager at autozone was amazing not only did he show professionalism but he was also very knowledgeable about the parts I was looking for and helped me with any questions I had. I would return to this location again because Brandon and the staff here provided quality customer service.

I highly do not recommend this location. The level of customer service is extremely disappointing. The staff showed little to no concern for customers and did not seem to care about doing their jobs properly.It was frustrating to deal with employees who were unhelpful and uninterested in resolving issues. This kind of attitude reflects poorly on the entire store.Overall, a very negative experience. I would suggest going to a different location where customers are actually treated with respect.

Very disappointing experience at AutoZone Store #10081 in Cerritos, CA. My father visited this location with all the required documents as a registered dealer customer, including valid identification and account details. Despite this, the staff refused to properly assist him and showed a clear lack of professionalism and respect. To make matters worse, he was charged regular customer pricing instead of the dealer pricing he is entitled to. This is not just a small mistake — it shows poor training and lack of attention to customer accounts and policies. Overall, the service was unprofessional, unhelpful, and unacceptable. This location seriously needs better staff training and supervision. I do not recommend this store based on this experience

Super helpful staff

My experience at autozone was probably one of the better ones ive had in a long time. I gave a call to the store looking for certain tools I needed at the time. Without hesitation the employee who goes by flo (florencio) guided me and helped me find what I needed quick and explained what everything is used for in a professional manner. Dude seriously needs to be recognized and maybe given some kind of promotion or raise ????

Florencio is a literal godsend! I drove in with a new-to-me old car and a really rough idle. He was amazing and patient as he figured out what I needed. Not just that, but he worked with me to find an affordable solution. No upsells, no stress, a lot of friendly service from both Flo and Michael, who helped out when I had to return a part and switch to a new bolt for my battery. Ask for either of them: this is exactly the kind of competent, friendly, reliable service that everybody dreams about. I just recommended this AutoZone to my neighbor. A+ service, price, and selection!

FLO the employee is amazing! He help me find everything I needed. He was more than helpful and patient. He even provided recomendations that gave me the peice of mind that I was getting better parts than I had originaly planned. If I was a tattoo guy, his portrait would be over my heart.

Got there looking to purchase a can of spray paint for some engine parts and one of the employees tells me sorry the employee that has the only key to open the cage where the paints are being stored called out today. ??
