During the last rainstorm, someone backed into my car and left the scene. C&C Collision was outstanding throughout the entire process. Hillel handled the insurance coordination seamlessly and repaired my vehicle to look like new. Everything was effortless on my end—they even picked up and delivered the car. The full-service experience was excellent, and I would absolutely work with them again.

C&C collision took care of painting my bumper for my Honda S2000. I received great communication from Hillel throughout the process. The end result was a beautifully painted and color matched bumper and front lip that came out exactly how I wanted.

Updated review in February 2025: Shortly after I picked up my newly fixed truck, it was rear-ended again. I took it right back to Nathan and Rett. They were again, awesome to work. They were in constant communication with me about my vehicle and really went out of their way to help me when I had issues with the rental car company - WAY above and beyond. And my truck looked better than before the accident. This shop is great. Nathan and Rett are great. If you need a body shop, definitely go here. Original Review from August 2024: My vehicle was hit while it was parked on the side of a residential road. I looked on google and yelp to find a place to take it to. I read really good reviews about a place in Pasadena but something about the amount of 5 star reviews and the way they were written sounded like people were given something in return for the reviews. I found C & C, also saw great reviews but they all seemed super genuine so decided to try this place out and I am SO GLAD I did. My insurance company was not being very helpful since I was not at fault and I was dealing with the other party's insurance. I really wanted to find a place that: 1. did good work, but 2. could help guide me through this process. C & C was 5 - star on both of these points. I first spoke with Tatiane over the phone who walked me through the general process. And then met with Nathan. He was super honest with me and gave me the heads up the insurance company might total it because my vehicle is quite old. He walked me through the process in detail. All the reviews mentioning the great communication are spot on. They kept me in the loop at every step and honestly went WELL above and beyond what I was expecting. Car stuff always makes me nervous. But again, Nathan was very up front and kept in contact and put in extra effort to get the parts for my truck. Once the work really started, Rhett was the one that kept me updated. I was able to come by and see the work being done. Again, they were very transparent and just really good guys. It really meant a lot to me the care and time they put into getting my vehicle back to me as good, if not better, than it was before the accident. I highly recommend this shop.

I learn about c&c collison through my cousin, their customer service is great, it’s far beyond my expectation. Whether you’re speaking to Nathan, Rett or Tati they all know about your car , the stages that is going to happen, has happened , which part is being order etc ( they all pick up the phone ). They returned my car in great shape and i even got a car wash 😂! C&C also are ontop of insurance when they’re handling your case, which is great. They use OEM parts only ( if that’s something you’re wonder). - They have an enterprise right around the corner that C&C will call them once they finish taking photos/ paper work & it’s right down the street! I drove 38 miles from Santa Ana Alhambra, no regrets !

Rett was patient, knowledgeable and helpful! We came here because we heard random squeak from running over a hole on the freeway, Rett helped us secure the loose bumper.

Once again C&C shows why they're the best in the business. I just got rear ended in my brand new Hyundai Ionic and there was no question where I insisted to have the car towed after the accident .The car ended up being a total loss but I had not a single worry if C&C would have ended up doing the repair. THEY'RE THAT GOOD! Nathon showed me around the shop the other day when I went in to get the belongings out of my car and WOW the cars they were working on were impressive. But the real difference is the staff. Nathan and Tatiane were incredible to deal with. Friendly, super knowledgeable and just on top of things! Had an excellent experience with C&C. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Tatiana, the front office manager, helped us understand how to work more effectively with our ineffective insurance company. Nathan, the owner and manager, went out of his way to help us understand the repair process and how each repair would make our vehicle safe and like new. Fantastic experience, brought my Porsche 997.2 in for a specialist door seal job that my regular garage couldn’t do and Nathan and his team knocked it out of the park. Great customer service and high attention to detail, will definitely recommend.

I got a surprised that this place offer great auto body work. Rett is so friendly, he will explain HOW they will help you to fix your car damage body, they show me their work efficiency, each staffs work hard and take care their customer. They will give you a good quote, front desk receptionist is so nice too, I recommend you to go to this place for auto body work, if it's a couple hours work, there's place around you can have meal, you will feel time flies. Last week, they help me to install one of the best Catalyst Converter Protection aluminum plate that prevent thief to steal it. If you want to have this type of protector, contact them. You need a appointment first or quote. 🚘 🚙 🚚 🙏

I had a great experience at C&C Collision I definitely recommend these guys to anyone. I was looking for a shop to take care of some repairs on my car. I met with Edgar and Brett, and they took care of my claim A to Z. Great customer service! Working with them was so straightforward and easy. Will come back again!

Got an estimate on a damaged bumper back in May, sent it to an adjuster and waited over a month for the claims adjuster to contact the shop. Adjuster contacts me saying the shop negotiated a new price. I call to confirm the new price for the job to learn that, actually my paint color is too complex or they can't source the paint or something or other, and they can't do the job after all. What a waste of time!

I went to C&C Collision after hearing raving reviews of them on the f80post forums. My BMW M4 was impacted driving from Florida to California after an object flew out from a guy's truck on the I-10 in Texas. Edgar, my primary contact at C&C, assured me that he would diagnose my vehicle carefully and accurately to identify all parts that were damaged. Environment (A+): The office at C&C Collision was spotless. The lounge reminded me of one of the fancy dental offices. That's saying a lot for a auto body shop! Customer Service (A+): The front desk representative and Edgar were very cordial and responsive. Edgar even gave me a tour of the place, which was a great experience. Edgar remained in touch with me via text and got to me within an hour--always. COVID compliant? All the staff wore masks. Thumbs up for safety. Enterprise/Auto Insurance Partnership (A+) - Extensive. They had a great relationship with the local Enterprise car shop which was a huge plus. In addition, they worked exceptionally well with my insurance company. My car was completed in 2 weeks with all the damage that was assessed and it looked immaculate. The paint job was spot on and near perfect to OEM. I would go back again and again! Thank you C&C!

This review has long been overdue however I would like to give my thanks to the professional and friendly service from Edith & Edgar. I got rear ended for the first time on the 60 freeway while going to work on my 2015 Mazda 3 GT. It was a good crack on the top bumper. After i looked up locations in the San Gabriel/Alhambra area, I remember C & C Collision when they were in Pasadena as my friend got services from them years ago. I looked them up and paid a visit to find out more information. The location is tucked within an industrial area of Alhambra between Mission and Main. These guys did a good job in repairs and mostly use OEM parts! They are definitely within the upper echelon of repairs but they know what they are doing. Thanks for taking care of my car guys!

When you need your repairs done right without compromise. This is the shop to go to. With there outstanding staff by your side it puts everything at ease. Original new parts is the way to go from fit to finish they are 10/10. I have done some repairs at other places and I regret it. So trust me when I say come here big or small Collison there measuring equipment will show the extent of the damages and repair. Thank you once again you guys are number 1. Bo

Paint is one of those things that you really need a trustworthy shop for. Expensive doesn't necessarily mean good nowadays, which is why I couldn't be happier that I went to C&C. Nathan took the time to explain exactly what they would do and helped me select the best plan of action for my car. He kept me updated throughout the entire paint process and even took the time to replace some trim pieces I didn't even know were damaged. The car was flawless when I picked it up and I would have been just as happy at 3 times the price. I can't recommend highly enough.

I was recommended by the forums to check the place out on several occasions, by different people that all seem to know the shop, or the work they do. Came here and the place was neat, clean, free drinks and television. They were so willing to work with me, it made everything so easy. They sent me updates constantly and when the work was done, i totally forgotten i was in an accident. The work felt great and detailed (somehow..), and they were extremely fast.

The kind of body shop that you would take your car to if money were not an object (the phrase makes little sense but it conveys the idea well). This isn't to say that they are outrageously expensive - it's just to say that while they are no budget shop they do their work well and treat their customers, even the guys with cheap import cars, as if they came in driving a Bentley. I've had two jobs done there (accidents where I wasn't at fault) and will be going there soon (another accident where I wasn't at fault). Nicolette in particular is both highly competent and incredible gregarious. At a time when one is rather distressed, she makes the entire process seem much easier.

Best place ever. I just left a review on Yelp. But I like these guys so much I am posting my first ever google review on them. If you love your car, go to them. They are extremely knowledgeable and hard working.

C & C is THE body shop to go to for the best quality work. After knowing Nicolette, Rett, and Nathan for years, our family still drives from all over to have ours cars worked on here. The finished product speaks for itself, examine the cars they've worked on and you will see.

Nicollet is amazing and everyone in the shop. The owners are great and they make you feel so welcome. I would recommend this shop to anyone. I used to work at Enterprise rent a car; I can speak first hand on their quality of work. Every single person was also pleased about their experience that when I need it my car to be fixed, I drove all the way from Torrance to Alhambra. Please, please, don’t think twice about taking your vehicle. They also update you on the status of your vehicle via text and you can reply back. I am really impressed with level of professionalism Nathan and Ret provide to their customers. I went to hike at Eaton Canyon once and not paying attention went on top of the bush and scratch the hell out of my bumper in the parking lot. Reviewing ratings on yelp came across C&C collision center. It seems LAcarGUY is only certified by Toyota collision center. But man they have loads of pissed of reviews. I ended up fixing my car with help of Nathan from C&C Collision once which was totally hassle free, quick and outstanding job. If you ever will decide to trust these guys and give them a chance to provide their collision repair services to you. Trust me! You will be very quickly surrounded with care and the fact that this body shop that actually listens to you. They will advise you not to their benefit if it is not worth it to waste a lot of money for any unneeded repairs. They will give you options and will leave it up to you which option will financially fit with your budget and necessities. Front desk and all initial conversations are done with the help of sweetest lady I have ever talked to, Nicolette. And then these guys come out (Nathan or Ret) They take pictures, talk to the insurance and set you up with rent a car in such a quick way, that I was worried I am not prepared for their pace taking care of the business and rushed to my car to get my stuff together so I could jump on rent a car right away, because it was already coming. Guess what, recently I went back to them for another repair. After investigating my car, Nathan actually convinced me to not waste my money, and told me my car's bumper is not damaged inside and it is not worth wasting my money I was about to pay. I can't believe this! Is C&C collision more concerned about my financial damage or their own prosperity? To sum up, after meeting this decent body shop employees I am so happy that you still can encounter such a pleasant customer service without any rip off or sky rocketed prices. They are reasonably priced, courteous and very professional. Keep it up Nathan and Ret! C&C is one of the best body shops in Los Angeles. They do an excellent job and will work with you to make sure that you are satisfied. Top notch work and customer service. Call and ask for Rett or Nathan and they will take care of you.

The very best! Friendly, communicative, honest, they do more than agreed. My Allstate appraisal came in under a proper repair. C&C acted as liaison, got an adjuster to come out and see that the task required reconditioned bumpers. They agreed (kudos to Allstate too). When I picked up my Lexus I had two like-new looking bumpers and a new tail pipe end. C&C also buffed the entire car to a sparkle.
