Horrible experience!! Worst company ive ever come into contact with. Bill shouldn't be interacting with people at all. His wife Melissa is very nice but hes the opposite. Complicated situation but the way Bill handled this transaction was absolutely wrong. Especially in a small town where we all depend on each other. If I could give them a negative star review thats what they'd get. Horrible !! Hope you dont come in contact with them

IT IS NOT YOUR PLACE TO LECTURE ME ON MY DMV ISSUES. YOU PROVIDE A SERVICE. PER CHP YOU HAVE DISCRETION FOR YOUR TOW FEES. AND THE ONLY REASON I WAS IMPOUNDED IS THAT I WAS IN A ROCKSLIDE AND ACTIVE ROCKS WERE FALLING AND I HAD TO ABONDON MY VEHICLE. I LEFT MY PURSE,KEYS AND PHONE. THE CANYON WAS SHUT DOWN AFTER THIS EVENT. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND YOUR COMPANY WAS A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH
Outrageous price. Forced me to pay almost $900 dollars to get my car back. Did a great job of destroying the car and sticking a nail in a tire for no apparent reason..
I'm upset this towing company would illegally tow my trailer off private property And doing damage to it and then sticking it in gully off of Columbus in bodfish .

This guy was the biggest blessing. I did a repair on my front wheel hub, after repair was finished I go to reverse and since my brake fluid wasn’t properly going through my brakes weren’t working and I ended up reversing off a 40 degree cliff. Every towing company gave me a quote of 1000-1500 dollars. Plus they didn’t ensure that my vehicle would come out with damage but this guy gave me the lowest cost of 500 and my vehicle came out without a scratch. This guy is the man and saved me so much money and worry. If I could give him more then 5 stars I would.
This company doesn't answer phones during business hours. So I drove to their storage yard(which is a dump). Took me 40 mins to get there and nobody is anywhere to get to help me. How can u operate a business like this and still get customers? I guess it's the police impounds that keep the business alive.
To begin this review,these people don't follow any safety precautions what so ever.I don't understand why they talk down to everyone they come in contact with. There very rude, selfish,and have no empathy for the people they sày there committed to help. The guy. Bii is very unprofessional and seemed to be hitting on my wife every chance he çhad. My car has scratches and smàll dents that I'm positive weren't there before this wreaking ball of a company came to help me

Absolutely amazing service. Car blew transmission while we were on vacation in Lake Isabella. They came to tow our car and even got us back to our Air Bnb to get all of our stuff. Got us safely back to Bakersfield and didnt charge us an arm and a leg. Super personable and just great people. 5 out of 5 would definitely recommend
I mean what can I say the people over there doing their jobs but nobody likes a tow yard lol I can tell you that much especially when your vehicle is in that tired. But the people were very responsive and responsible
Last weekend, on a Saturday, I went with my son-in-law to retrieve his truck that had broken down on the side of the road the day before. Once we got there, his truck was gone. We found that it had been towed by Highway Patrol to B&M Towing. The owner, Bill, was very kind. He came on his day off, with his family, to allow us to get the truck out, rather than having to wait until Monday. He didn’t charge us a gate fee. He went above and beyond. We chatted for a while afterwards. I learned that they have a heart and compassion for the community.
Great Customer service and such a great help and very very reasonably priced will definitely use again. Driver was so friendly and so helpful, it's hard to find good people like this!! If you need a tow call B&M
I have to give this tow company five stars I wish there were 10 to be given! We came to the kern river and we're stuck, because our fifth wheels leveling system failed us and we couldn't get the fifth wheel on our truck. When AAA failed us b&m towing was here within the hour, and Jacked up our fifth wheel and we were able to put it on our truck. This Co is family owned and operated are very professional and they're super nice guys! Thanks for saving us thousands of dollars and more headaches!! I highly recommend this business.

Bill was very polite and worked quickly to get our car unlocked when we had left the keys inside. We called a bunch of other places and B&M was the only company that would come out to our location. They came within the hour and had fair prices. Thank You!
Labor Day weekend we blew out two tires in the Dome Wilderness, literally hours from any civilization. Bill from B&M was extremely communicative along the way. He kept me updated and genuinely tried to make my situation as painless as it could be with two blown tires in the middle of nowhere. He squeezed in our tow as soon as he was able during a very busy weekend and took it the two hours to Lake Isabella. He also kept our car safe in his lot for 12 days while we waited for tires. Then he towed the car again to the tire place so we would be able to pick it up that day. Bill went above and beyond with exceptional customer service. I hope I don't have to use B&M again, but I would certainly trust them to do the job again!
Got stuck driving around in the sand in the dry lake bed of Lake Isabella on a Friday evening. Called B&M at 7:51pm; less than an hour and $420 later, Bill had me out and back on the road. Thanks guys 👍
