If I could give 1000 stars I would. I needed help with headlight bulbs after I couldn't do it myself. I went back and had the most positive experience with lily. She came out and installed the bulbs for me!! But the lights were still off so she suggested fuses so I bought those and she came out to pull those out for me also. Even though they didn't come loose she really tried to get them out plus it was kinda hot and she just remained so sweet and helpful the entire time!! I hope her manager knows what a great job he did in hiring such an amazing employee. Thank you!!!
I love this store employees are friendly and honest and because of their expertise and took suggestions I saved 466.00 dollars that was a quote but all I needed to do is replace a hose that was the original 21.00 dollars from buying the a hose at O'Reilly I will always go there. Thanks 😊

O'Reilly's has done it again! Such a great crew working here. Corey, the Manager, is incredibly helpful, understanding, and has exemplary customer service- not just to me, but everyone who came in the door. After listening to the problems at hand, he gave great local recommendations and helped me feel confident in moving forward with the necessary steps to get my starter replaced. I am beyond grateful for the calmness and kindness I received during what could have been a terribly stressful situation.
This is definitely the spot to stop for any auto store needs in the Kern River Valley. Seriously, top-notch folks!
On a recent trip to California from Michigan our brakes began to smell hot as we came down the mountains into Lake Isabella. We stopped at O'Reilly's to ask for help. It was nearly closing time, but a staff member named Chris took a real interest in our dilemma. (I imagined that we'd be spending a long weekend and a lot of money getting new brakes in Lake Isabella.) But Chris called several of his friends to see if any of them could do a brake job that night. He had no luck, but offered to take a look at our van. He checked our fluid level and the discs and said, "Your brakes are fine. Have you been using your low gear coming over the mountains." We hadn't been. Chris saved the day, the weekend and our trip.

Watched them send a homeless person out on a bike with no brakes, because he couldn’t afford the $20 Allen wrench kit to tighten them. Every other Oreillys I’ve been to (and I’ve been to a lot of them while traveling) would’ve found a way to tighten his brakes, considering it is a safety issue that’s extremely easy to resolve. I was going to loan him the wrench he needed but another customer beat me to it.
Great prices, Most always have your parts in stock. Very helpful people behind the counter offering suggestions about things you might need during your repair.
They r very quick and so good to me when I come in there.I'm a beginner when fixing a vehicle and they r very good at helping me get the right.parts and answering my questions for me to understand,i used to dread going to auto parts places cause i was unsure what to ask or say but they never let me down thank you O'Reillys .I look forward to going there for all my parts and questions
