This used to be a good location with a nice layout in the store. The remodel has absolutely killed the vibe and made the store feel cramped. I don't think I will be doing much shopping here in the future It's that bad

I keep calling to ask about parts because I live 20 minutes away. Even though they close in two hours, they refused to answer my call; they keep answering and hanging up immediately. This is very unprofessional, and I do not think this is how a Napa Auto Parts store should behave, especially when a customer is looking for the right part for their vehicle.

This auto parts store has an inconsistent cash policy—some days they accept it, others they don’t. I prefer shopping where legal tender is always welcome. It’s frustrating and feels like a waste of time, especially when there are plenty of other reliable options out there

Checking their website for a floor jack I found Gearwrench 3.5 ton advertised on sale but to check for availability. I went to the store to inquire and was first laughed at by the clerk telling me Gearwrench didn't make floor jacks. I showed him on the Napa website which should the item number. He looked it up in his computer and responded they didn't have any available. I guess I know where I won't be returning. Thanks for your response. As a life long time county resident I believe in shopping locally but after my experience I ordered the jack and stands from a big box store that instantly confirmed availability and provided a anticipated free delivery date. I see no need to contact you further.

There's a pretty knowledgeable group of employees working the counters. And the manager lady is pretty awesome too. Randy is my go to man here. They all make getting the right parts pretty easy.

This is my go to store. Been going here for years. Larry always goes above and beyond. I appreciate his willingness to help me get what ever I need. Customer service seems to be hard to find these days, but Larry is a 10/10!

Went in for wiper blades. Staff replaced the old with new. Professional & respectful staff. Took less than 20 minutes from time I arrived to time wiper blades were replaced. Cost approximately $35. Very satisfied. I'd return for more business needs.

Napa brand filters were double the cost of OEM filters. Decided not to buy anything from Napa. Very nice store but a little too expensive for me.

This is definitely one of my go-to locations for auto parts and auto related concerns- I had to replace my battery a short time ago and employee Vince was an absolute shining star while visiting here. Not only was he incredibly pleasant and understanding, he helped make what was overall a concerning situation almost pleasant, going above and beyond to help and make the experience as easy going as it could be, Vince had a fantastic attitude, personality, and knowledge of what to do while here, he was overall a shining light during my visit here.

NAPA does have the most knowledgeable group of fellas behind their counters the downside of this is they must conduct on-going product training for these guys and pay for it with the highly marked up prices seen on the shelves

I desperately need wipers last Sunday. The plastic on my wipers was stuck to my windshield and peeling off. Your service technician Larry Rucker was my first responder. He found the right wipers, then proceeded to install them for me because i had no idea what i was doing. After that, he rang me up for the purchase and I paid for them. Great parts store! The counter staff is always friendly and helpful. If what you desire is not in stock, they'll do their best to get it for you quickity-quick. I greatly appreciate these folks.

Shout out to Jeff, proud employee #77...A premium battery I purchased at this Napa store a year ago failed. I brought it back and it tested badly, but Jeff replaced it for me... I will continue utilizing this well stocked store and recommend it to everyone I know that needs premium auto parts!!!

They are always pretty busy but find a way to provide customer support. I drove a foreign car and they are always able to help me get parts I need.

Shout out to Zack. I was in quite a pickle during a snow storm. After purchasing some chains from him I came out to my car to find out I had a flat tire. He was very friendly and offered to help patch it but it ended up being too big of a hole so he offered me a cup of coffee while I waited for AAA. Great customer service. Thank you Zack.

Super helpful. Sure, you could save a buck getting it from Amazon but would it really be the right part? These folks know their stuff and aren't condescending if you don't.

The employees were super helpful and knowledgeable helping me find the correct fuel pump relay for my car. And the price was $20 less than auto zone and o'Reilly.

I worked for a shop in placerville and got a battery at the end of summer and the battery left me stranded, so I had aaa put in a new battery I called Napa to return the battery and was told there is no record of my purchase so I do not trust Napa because they cheat honestly and can’t take care of the people that make their business! Very unsatisfactory in my professional opinion! Jennifer would not take this matter seriously, unprofessional people for sure Just wanted to add that I called the store and let them know about my review that I posted and no one called or responded to my bad review. These are the people that for over a year have talked with me and sold me thousands of dollars in parts.! Over a junk battery that they don’t want to stand behind the store and it’s people show how unprofessional they are!

This location is convenient. The staff is polite. The store is clean and organized. I would recommend you get a couple of friendly and inviting staff members.

As always, terrific service. For an auto novice like me, they're always extremely helpful. They have a good selection and a clean store. The price was right and service was prompt. Jeff helped me figure out my new purchase before leaving the store. I've never gone wrong in this or any Riebe's store. Will definitely be back!

I was out getting supplys to do a tune up on my Chevy. I wasn't sure exactly what supplies to get. One of the staff members took the time to go out to my truck and look for me, making sure I was getting the right parts. That's service .

Jeff was so helpful! My windshield wiper broke off in the middle of a rain storm. This was the closest auto parts store that we could get to. Jeff came out in the pouring rain and made sure the wiper fit on correctly. Very thankful for him!

This store is the most dependable parts shop in town. If my car has a minor issue such as windshield wipers or a new battery I go here. The staff is always helpful and I dont fet talked down to just because I am a woman.
