I called in an order for bearings that AI need to get my car back on the road, but instead of ordering the set for 35.99 they ordered 4 individual pairs @ 35.99 each! Now I have no car to pick up the parts that I ordered elsewhere,which show up tomorrow, one more day unable to work, too. This mishap hurt. How, seriously, how? I'ma ceptable.

Hours incorrect as of 12.01.25. They were NOT open at 10p as indicated. Car needed a part at 915p, closed. Made a 35 minute drive each way for no reason.

Even though this O’Reilly is at a temporary location, it’s not far from the permanent store and absolutely worth the visit. I usually go to AutoZone, but this time I decided to give O’Reilly a try — and it was the best choice I’ve made! I have a BMW, so parts aren’t always cheap or easy to find. I needed several special-order parts, and to my surprise, they had everything in my hands either the same day or by the next morning. The entire team was fantastic, but I want to give a special shoutout to Aiden, Allison, Alfredo, and Justin — they were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me out. Great energy, genuine care, and excellent customer service. This will definitely be my go-to parts store from now on!

Location is important; however, it is the customer service team that sets apart the Placerville O'Reilly Auto Parts store from the competition. The team is fast but not rushed, deeply knowledgeable but not arrogant, witty but not disrespectful. I was in & out with time to spare, I arrived with concerns, and I left with a better understanding on how to fix the issue and of course quality parts. HUGE THANKS to Justin Turnbull for sharing his expertise and help my truck keep on rollin’.

It would be nice if this store let people know that they're "temporarily" closed! Cuz it sucks to drive 30 minutes just to find out that I have to go to the Pollack Pines store...another 15 minutes away. But it beats having to deal with AutoZone though!

Decent place and not at the top of the group who overcharge. It would be nice to see some different detailing products/ better microfiber cloths and the pads for the Meguiars DA drill attatchment ( really surprising that only one of the main auto parts stores carries them, not surprising they charge about as much as the last available doner liver!!!) and and better quality LED headlight/tail/ and reverse bulbs. The Sylvania are a pretty generic ,sad, poor quality bunch. They need to fix the website as well because it doesn't do what you want ot to and it is impossible to pull up your rewards to redeem them buuutt they aren't the only ones doing this these days I have noticed

As always a great experience these guys and gals always go beyond to make sure you get what you need the first time as it should be ! Not going to say anything but the competitor has really started falling short for quite some time now .

Didn't have to wait long and they had info re the rear drum shoes other auto part stores didn't even suggest; namely, two possible sizes for my 96 Dodge van. O'Reilly had the 12" in stock, but couldn't tell me if they could be adapted to fit if 11" was OE. Turned out there is a difference in configuration, so had to return the 12" for refund, done with no hassle.

I want to thank the store manager in Placerville for not letting my daughter pick up my windshield wiper blades and saving me a trip from Garden Valley to get them. After canceling the order and going to Amazon I found I could get the same or similar wiper blades to fit my wife's car for under $17 compared to O'Reilly's price of over $70. So once again store manager, thank you for the great customer service!

On line order was confirmed to be picked up (estimated) at 6pm on Thursday, no parts, no record of order when I went to the store. Email on Friday saying the order was canceled by the store. There's a hole in the system and it's affected my project dramatically. Poor performance by either Oreilly's system or parts inventory management.

One of their employees quoted me on two rv batteries and when i went to purchase them the price was 50.00 more than my quote i talked to the manager Jason and he said they would live up to the quote i told him he didn't have to ghst i understand people make mistakes but he insisted i receive the quoted price so i bought them. Thats the kind of manager that makes you return to do business i won't forhet what he did for me.

The best auto parts store in town. Fun fact—they get 7 deliveries per day, so if you order a part or tool, oftentimes you can get it the next day.

I will try never to shop that store again. I purchased a rearview mirror adhesive from them and extra special care to apply it according to instructions. It never adhered even for a split second. I returned to geta refund and they said I couldn't get one because I opened and used it. I worked in an auto parts store for years and saw many dissatisfied customers get satisfactory returns. The stores would get reimbursed from their suppliers. They were probably just too lazy to go through the motions. Then I was ridiculed on the way out with teehee snickers.

Told me I had to wear a mask to shop there... I have no problem not spending money on overpriced detailing products from you... Especially when so many great new detailing companies now willingly sell direct to consumer at much better prices… Since you corporations want to dictate our lives now, go get in the stupid politicians ears and end the stupidity, The masks people wear are useless. I don't want to waste my time appeasing you idiots.

(RIC employer) My husband went to pick up $500. Worth of parts he paid for two days prior. My husband forgot where he put the receipt in the car so he figured he would just give his phone number and they can go from there. RIC was behind the counter talking to my husband like he was dirt. He told him I don't believe you paid anything. He said give mw $5 and you can get the parts. So let me get this right so because he didn't have his paper and you don't believe him but the proof is sitting right in front of your face you will not give him what he paid for unless he pays you $5. My husband came back to the car and found his paper went back in and RIC yelled at him told him he's real lucky bc he wasn't gonna give him any parts. RIC has no customer service skills. This happens all the time with RIC he yells and threatens customers all the time. How can you treat people this way and still have a job?

I saw "Ric" yell at a customer and threaten not to help them just because their mask wasn't up to his standards. There were maybe 3 people in the store and plenty of social distancing between them. Either the store needs to educate themselves or maybe provide masks but that's no way to treat customers. Sounds like O'Reily's is too corporate to be educated and I'll take my business elsewhere.. happily...

Always super nice and helpful! Went there after my battery died and they tested my battery and installed the new battery for free. All I had to pay for was the battery itself. Super knowledgeable staff, quick and efficient! I always go to O'Reilly's for all my auto parts needs

I've been to plenty of auto parts stores and I can honestly say that the employees I met this evening were actually happy to be of service to any customer that walked in. Thanks for pointing out where the Rain-X products were and if I was absolutely sure if I didn't need any wiper blades on this rainy day. They were willing to install those free of charge! Thanks again guys!

On this date at approximately 5:15 pm, I met up with the most rude customer service person. This female counter worker did not acknowledge my entry into the store, ask me if I needed help looking for a accessory, (no one else in the store), did not listen to me when I gave her my car information and had to repeat it on her terms, and then shorted me my change. When I informed her about the shortage, she reached into the change drawer and threw the change on the counter in front of me. I picked up my change and said to her, I hope you have an awesome night. She just looked at me and said nothing. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

This place is great! The staff is very friendly and willing to help you out. Yesterday, when I went to go leave the gym, my car would not start. I did not have any jumpers with me. I walked to this store as it was on the other side of the shopping center. When I walked in, I was immediately welcomed and asked if I needed any help. When I told the lady what was wrong, she said no problem and grabbed a reader and walked all the way out to my car in 100+ degrees. She even walked back and brought back a jumper kit to get me started again. Then she did a diagnostic test to help me find out if it was just a dead battery or if it was my alternator. Luckily it was just my battery and she worked with me to get a new one! I would absolutely recommend this place for anything car-related. They are very eager to help in any situation.

Great customer service. Best parts time turnaround on orders by far, they even get parts ordered from warehouse on Saturdays to you on Sunday. Better hours for the working folks too. P.S. these guys are pretty good at vehicle diagnosis, but if you're going to work on your vehicle you should know what you're doing. Never rely on others knowledge base, and if you need practice go to the junkyard and take stuff apart.

I went in just for a headlamp and was ready to look it up my self. But the staff offered to look it up for me. Then he suggested different brands and explained the differences. I was happily surprised by the service and felt I left with great value.
