If I could rate them a -0 I would. What a joke. I imagine they are only used to dealing with diligent individuals and not people who have other issues they are attempting to proactively resolve. Everyone kept saying "is your car repossessed, is your car repossessed" not it's not, it's legit totaled, and no one could answer ANY, I mean NOT ONE PERSON OF THE 6 PHONE CALLS I MADE...could answer any questions professionally.
Worst service and ability to send,/receive documents i have ever experienced in my life. Im not even sure if the extreme miscommunication and meger paperwork logistics is on purpose or maybe they use ms dos and dial up internet in 2026.
I posted earlier and it did not show up, however, my car was removed from my driveway causing about $4400 plus in damages. Jeff was contacted after me speaking with Brian in reference to the property damage, I sent videos of them removing the vehicle as well as dropping a 2026 to the ground and reloading. jeff saw all the videos that I saw, as well as the PD saw, but he wanted estimates, I got them, and he wanted to play on my intelligence Lol Lol, asking me to take $300.00. I said no and advised him not to insult my Intelligence. I made him a less expensive offer, and advised him if we cannot agree, I will have an Attorney Sue them for damages, Attorney Fees, and whatever is deemed necessary. He has not returned my call nor responded back to me. respectfully, due to the holidays, I will give him a little more time, oh, I forgot to add that I rate them a ZERO. Jeff, I usually don't speak this, but Everything that look like it's going in your favor will not always prosper. I wish the news stations could follow you guys as you are destroying property and Vehicles.
Been on the phone trying to reach someone to talk about getting my possessions which is over $2k of equipment I have and they don’t answer their phone and make you wait on hold for over a hour? I would definitely give them a zero! I’ve already contacted my lawyer and most likely going to sue them if they don’t give me my equipment back.
This place has the absolute worse service all of the woman that work in the office were soo nice but this place damage my car and towed it for no reason. When I addressed the issue with my car they said it was like that NO IT WASNT when getting on the freeway my car is shaking out of control and I never had problems before…This place does not care about peoples property they removed things from my car and didn’t put them items on the list they never intend on giving people back their cars the first thing they ask you when you called about your car is are you calling for your property no I’m calling about getting my car… Anyone getting they car back make sure they show you a pic of your car before it’s put on the truck . They showed me pics of my car after they damage it the only reason they have one star is cause I couldn’t put zero stars..
Unprofessional and unorganized . Make you go through obstacles to get your car . Having to fax and email payment receipt and still Won't release car . Asked to speak to management but wasn't there . Asked for managers name and was given only a nick name J.p. . Gave a p.o box address instead of an actual address for a wire transfer . Which my bank would not accept

Their subcontractor Final Notice damaged my vehicle. They demanded me to sign a form before I could see my vehicle and look my vehicle over for damages. I reached out to American Recovery Services to file a claim against their subcontractor for damages and Jeff Tullgren did not handle the situation fairly at all! Jeff Tullgren and was not any help to the damaged caused. This is a very shisty unfair company! I only selected the one star because it doesn't let you leave a review without selected at least one start however I give this company ZERO STARS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANIES BUSINESS EVER!
Terrible company! My auto lender released my vehicle after payment and they caused a hold up in process after. Customer service has nobody that speaks clear English. They made it very difficult to pay their fee, only wanted a wireless transfer from my bank account to theirs directly or go to a bank 50-100 miles away. My bank tried to transfer the money
and needed a physical address not a PO Box for payment and their customer service rep. had to check with someone else and then refused to give it to me would only speak to my bank. Really?? It also took longer than they said to process the transfer. Horrible company, poor experience.
Illegal repossession done on a vehicle that has no active lien. Driver never got out to check VIN as required by law, dragged the vehicle without attempt to put in neutral and dropped the vehicle and picked up from the side. CCTV to back up all my claims. Missing money out of the vehicle and damaged vehicle
Dropped the vehicle 3 times in the driveway, dropped it and picked it up from the center of the undercarriage. ALL ON CAMERA! Driver did all this and the keys were in the vehicle.
This vehicle was given to my grandmother, from me after her husband passed away. She is now afraid to drive the vehicle, has missing belongings/money and its damaged.
ETA: I've owned this car since 3/4/2020 in my name. Then titled again 5/13/2020. Titled 2 times since the original lien that has nothing to do with my grandmother or me.
The previous owner is the one with the lien that was no longer active. Had they run the VIN, they would have seen that. My grandma believes they were at her house the night before. We are obtaining the videos to confirm this
Worst company to ever deal with gave me nothing but the run around none of their employees spoke clear English nobody was on the same page. The different people I spoke with told me different information.
Their subcontractors damaged my vehicle. Refuse to pay. Representives never get back to you. Spoke with Jeff Tullgren and was not any help to the damaged caused. Very lackluster care for claims.
