Matthew went above and beyond when I broke down on a county road that was closed. After numerous attempts to get a tow truck dispatched. He saw I was not getting anywhere. Called and assured me he'd get me out of there and he did Thank you

Marshall saved my car from being stuck in the snow for 2+ months up on an unplowed forestry road. He spent 7 hours working non stop to get up the mountain and kept me in great spirit with jokes and stories while doing so. THANK YOU MARSHALL!

He arrived promptly, skillfully handled the situation, and transported my vehicle back home. Marshall's professionalism and kindness were genuinely commendable. I had a terrible experience despite being referred to… I was overcharged and a 30 min job was forcefully extended by unhooking and hooking up multiple times to make it a 1 hour and 30 min job so they could overcharge me for an already overpriced rate. Unfortunately I or my reference will never recommend this firm to people we know in the neighborhood of Placerville or El Dorado Hills. Very disappointed as I had better expectations and the manager was questioning my reference as if I was making things up. Why don’t you focus on giving a good experience instead buddy!

Matthew took excellent care of me. These folks had him out to help me within half an hour and were priced significantly less than their competitors. During a rain storm I was shown empathy and Matthew made me feel important and even shared a personal story of a similar situation he was in. My community uses tow services frequently because of where we live, I will always recommend Blue Streak and Matthew and thank them for helping me.

Our car’s transmission broke down and AAA put us in touch with Matthew from Blue Streak towing. We were very fortunate to benefit from his hard work to find creative solutions for us on a very very busy holiday evening with lots of demand for towing services in the area. Matthew even followed up after the fact to ensure we were taken care of. He is a credit to his company, and we felt supported through what turned out to be a five-hour trouble shooting event.

I can't speak highly enough about Matt with Blue Streak Towing - he was professional from start to finish! Not only did he provide excellent service, but his efficiency and timeliness were truly impressive. I originally placed the call with 3A around 0630 and 3A called to advise a delay of 2.5 hour - but, the moment Matt called and advised he was enroute he was very efficient. Matt was friendly and made me feel at ease. He arrived promptly and wasted no time in getting the job done. It's refreshing to encounter someone who is not only skilled at what they do but also friendly and approachable. Thanks to Matt and Blue Streak Towing, I had a stress-free experience!

I got a tow from Blue Streak through AAA, while it did take a while, they were more than willing to get me to where I needed to go. They towed me from Pollock to Sac after my car broke down. Tyler was friendly and professional. Many of the complaints about this company is that they take a while; in all fairness, the areas they service are rather remote. Overall, I am very pleased with my tow.

Came thru on a round trip 120 mile tow. Initially a AAA policy infraction(on my behalf) would have prevented them from picking it up but they took the time and effort to help me get through the red tape and got the job done! Thanks blue streak!

These folks were called by Allstate insurance for a tow at around 1005, they gave an eta of 1230-1304. At q1215 called them, they said they could not do it and call Allstate back. Well they had my number and never called to text. When O spoke to female, no apology or anything, just we were too far away… Read your ad. Surrounding area! We guess not true statement. Poor customer service!!! Do not use. If insurance company tells you they are company then ask for another one. Poor service!!

Worst towing company ever!!! They have the AAA contract for the Placerville area now, I called AAA and received a message the truck would be there in 8 mins, about 30 mins later I got an update that the prior call was taking longer and it would be another 45 mins. About 20 mins later I received a call that was marked as spam from an out of area number, the area I was in had poor service, and the voicemail notification didn't come up right away when it did and I called back Bob told me they had called because they delivered a vehicle down my rd previously and there was an area that was rough with sharp turns so they wanted to know if they could take the car somewhere else. The area he was referring to is about a mile past my house, and the road to my house is well maintained. He them informed that because I didn't answer his call he had skipped me and sent the truck to another call and it would be another 90 mins. That 90 mins passed and then another 40 before the truck showed up, with 1 head light... The driver was very friendly and apologetic, but 4hrs for a call that I was initially told would be 8mins.

LISTEN UP!! I know this place has some bad reviews, I was hesitant to use them too but I'm so glad I did!! My car got stuck on the side of the road and within minutes of calling them, I felt better about the situation. They came out and towed my car and then kept it in their garage until triple A was able to make arrangments. Highly reccommend using them. Just give them a chance!!!

Dave from Blue Streak Towing came all the way up to Nevada City to pull my car out from a ditch during a snow storm. My car was in a ditch and pinned up to a fence. I really appreciate the extra time he took to figure out how to remove it without creating any extra damage. He and his assistant were very professional and friendly.

Not a fair company at all I tried to work with them today and my friend lost two vehicles just for him to come out and give a bid to move an old bus five miles to another Ranch. this guy Bob basically drove off with two vehicles and ripped off my friend... scrap on these two vehicles 91 Toyota van and a 2001 Xterra Awd.were worth $700 bucks. With a free tow from I pull it Don't call these guys they don't show up on time they don't value the customer's time and they lie when they're going to show up and they waste your time plus they'll rip off your vehicles if you let them.

When Dave owned the tow company, it was great! The new owner has much to learn from listening to being on time. He is aggressive and rude. I was offered $700 for my vehicles by Rancho Cordova company, he stated they were worth nothing, but would tow for free to help me. And attempted to take a vehicle that belonged to someone else. Despite dedication to Dave, I will not be using them in future.

Way better service than what I got from my insurance and the third party roadside company. Driver was good as gold. Was initially worried by the lower rating but that must have been caused by some drivers from the past that didn't work out. Would use again.

WORSE TOW COMPANY EVER!!! The DRIVER WARREN was AWESOME though. Its not warren's fault the owner lies to the customers. If Warren ran the company instead of Robert there would be alot more honesty about timing! Robert lies to you just to get a tow!! He lied about the price he said $3 a mile it ended up being a extra $100 and time he said 45 min to a hour wait it ended up being over 3 hours. Every time i called Robert he said he is almost there lol. I would not reccomend Blue Streak unless it is yout last resort!!! Honesty is the best policy Robert you should try it!!!!!!!!!

Guess i should have read the reviews first! I've been stuck on the side of the road for 6+ hours due to my insurance recommended and sent out Blue Streak and still no show or call! I called the tow company to see where the tow truck is and they haven't even left yet HAHA ! WORT EVER, I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone unless you don't want to make it home to your kids/family !

Absolutely the worst towing company I've ever dealt with. A 9:30 am call with an hour and ten minute ETA turned into a 3 1/2 hour wait for their guy to show up. After many calls to them and getting the run around, I finally callled my insurance guy, who had recommended their Road America program, which set me up with Blue Streak in the first place. Fortunately, my wife's blowout occurred within a 1/4 mile of home and she was able to put it in the driveway. We are both totally disabled and it would have been life threatening for me to sit out in the 98+ heat for 3 1/2 hours today. When your insurance agent's assistant recommends using another company that I've used in the past, that's the one I'm going with. Blue Streak Towing is a loser...

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Chrysler Roadside called at 11am them and had an ETA of 1:09pm, after 4 times of me having to call Chrysler Roadside to get information, I was told, "they say 30 min due to traffic"... This company was coming from Placerville to Jackson (45 minute drive). At no point did the company contact us until the 4th call to chrysler stating that it was now 3 PM and the last call had said 17 min (45 minutes ago). At that point "david" stated that he had just been given the call and was 30 minutes out... He was just passing Poor Reds... 50 minutes later, he arrived to take my car to Lodi before the dealership closed. It had been sunny ALL day until 5 minutes before the driver arrived. HE stated he would follow us to the dealership, so when I called him, because even with us under the speed limit he had fallen so far behind, to ask if he wanted us to pull over and wait, he hung up on me. Because of their TERRIBLE business practice and customer service it pulled both myself and my father form work for the majority of the day due to having to wait for them. I would NEVER recommend them. If 0 stars or negative was possible I would.

WORST Tow company EVER !! They where supposed to be here at 930am . They didn't show. They said by 11am. Didn't show. They then kept saying 20 mintues. 5.5 hours later I canceled them and arrange tow from an AWESOME TOW COMPANY Named M and M towing . Great guys and on time. I would NEVER EVER EVER Recommend Blue streak towing to even my worse enemy.

They didn't show up by quoted time (1.5 hrs), and even missed second promised time. I cancelled services and I went with another tow company that showed up time. Tow call request was placed at 7pm.
