This place is a damn joke. Y’all have me come for three days and you wanna text me some bullshit like that saying well we don’t want you to come back in. This should be our last day and this and that three days you know y’all don’t treat people right y’all some dirty dogs that’s a very bad business. You guys need to be shut down and I might just get you guys shut down you’re here going through neighborhoods looking for cars with cameras on them you think that’s very safe for your drivers. Y’all are a joke.

I wonder how these guys who work here think. They literally sneaked into our apartments at 1am and took away my car. I had agreed with my financial institution that I will pay what i owe by 10th...but they came up and took it on the 3rd..just after I had taken it from a repair shop in Oregon where it was involved in an accident. I went n collected my belongings . When it goes to auction they gonna loose so much coz it was involved in an accident.

These individuals are literally breaching the law. My vehicle was repossessed from my remote-controlled gate front yard. The guy who repossessed my car believes he is intelligent, but he is foolish. He arrived one morning disguised as a gas company employee and stated that he needed to inspect the gas line gas flow. I let him in after asking him a few questions, but when he was in my yard, I noticed his outfit was brown with a front pocket patch that said "Gas," but SoCalGas personnel in the City of Los Angeles have blue uniforms with a photo badge around their neck. He strolled about with the scanner and then departed. He returned the following day to illegally enter my gated property and repossess the vehicle. The moron is unaware that there are three cameras in front of the building and that the entire block is owned by the same person, who has cameras on the whole side of the street. Today, I filed a report with the police, and I will pursue charges for "breach of the peace." I'm also going to report him to BSIS. I'm coming for you!!!

My vehicle was repossessed from directly in front of my home without any notice, knock, or call. I was given zero opportunity to retrieve my personal belongings, many of which are highly valuable and medically important. The same day my vehicle was taken, I went to Recovery America and saw my car sitting there — only to be told that all of my personal items had already been removed and the car was being “prepped for auction.” I had satisfied my payment with the lender within hours, yet I was still refused access to my own belongings and forced to wait nearly a week just to schedule an appointment. I find it unacceptable and invasive that anyone entered my vehicle without my knowledge or consent. This entire process has been cold, unprofessional, and deeply upsetting. I can only hope that all of my belongings are returned intact, or I will have no choice but to explore further options. This is not how people should be treated — especially when resolution was made the same day. Do better.

If I could give you a 0 star I would.. but to leave this review I had to give it even a one star. I paid full amount for my vehicle and did all the right steps and this company still sent my car to auction. Then when I call to talk to someone to get my fully paid vehicle back not one but two of the employers hung up on me after telling me my car went to auction no information no talking to me just flat hung up on. Haven’t gotten my belongings back yet from the car but if things are missing from it I will be suing this company for theft of my belongings..
