This location's customer service cannot be beat. Excellent clear communication. Very fair and trustworthy. I was in for a break job... Rotors and pads. Customer service advisor Walter did a fantastic job. If you haven't used AAA before, they are very detailed. Send you pictures of what they're going to be working on the condition of your parts. Prior. They give you the information, suggested service, then you make the decision. Not inexpensive but fair and they did exactly what they said they would. Appointments were easy and estimated time in the shop was right on.

The highest level of customer service. I recently moved to El Dorado Hills and needed some work done on an old bmw. My interaction with both Walter and Tobin have been a close to perfect as possible. They communicate clearly what the problem is and the best options to proceed with. If they think something can wait a bit they tell me. If they think we should address other issues at the same time as the original issue they tell me (due to removal of certain parts to get to the part needing maintenance). Long story short, trust is the ultimate currency and this team has earned my trust.

$12.00 a quart for Havoine oil $72.00 for cheap oil i can get Far superior oil for far less than $12.00 a quart. Take off the ski mask and do your customers a favor give them true service at a honest and fair price. And the whole 50 cent coupon discount that I received with my 10% oil change coupon was the icing on the top.

I went to AAA car repair to get help doing some minor things. Walter welcomed me, hes a very nice guy and made me a priority and got a mechanic immediately. Connor was the Mechanic, he was extremely professional and addressed my items right away. I was in/out in 20 minutes and Walter never even charged me. I would highly recommend this repair shop.

After being shuffled off from one business, where I felt the greeter didn’t want to be bothered with my problem (he did recommend I take my limping 27-year-old Jag to the AAA auto shop in El Dorado Hills), I walked into the lobby of the AAA in EDH to the most welcoming greeting I’ve ever felt. Walter Sells and another gentleman made me feel they could take care of any problem I could possibly have. They took my information and gave me an estimate of the diagnostic process. Then they called a Lyft to take me home. I received an email from Seth Pearson containing a comprehensive inspection report. Since I felt good about the business, I trusted it and gave my consent for the work. Walter Sells kept me updated on the work throughout the week (a lot of work). After the work was completed, he sent a Lyft to pick me up and bring me to the shop. I know good customer service when I receive it, as I worked in a position where I was heavily rated on providing excellent customer service. The AAA in EDH is the epitome of good customer service for the auto repair industry.

Great customer service. Fixed some mouse damage to my wiring in my car. Service was quick, had my car back faster than I thought. Good people!

From the front desk to the technicians, everyone was incredibly friendly and kind. They topped off my oil without any hassle, explained everything clearly, and even checked for any leaks. Took my daughter’s BMW in for some repair and we got great service for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this repair facility. These guys really helped me out of a jam on my Porsche today. I highly recommend this shop, they have performed some repairs on my wife’s Lexus as well !

Can’t recommend these guys enough. My car broke down on the highway into Tahoe. Got a tow truck to drop me off at AAA at 11 PM, my issue was resolved by 8 AM the next morning. Walter, Will, and everyone at the shop was extremely helpful. Saved my July 4 weekend.

Danny and the team knocked our transmission replacement out of the park. Professional, clear and honest. We don’t want to replace another transmission, but future auto repair work will happen at AAA EDH thanks to our great experience.

This is the first time I have dealt with El Dorado auto repair clinic and I have nothing but excellent things to say. They were on time with my estimate. They actually kept my estimate very reasonable for the repair and gave me excellent service along with a complementary Uber ride back to the clinic. Tobin was professional, courteous, and kind. Had the best experience this was my first time bringing my car in. I saw Tobin Mallery and Conor Lienert. They were both very thorough in explaining everything and this is the first time I ever had that at an auto repair shop. They Sent me pictures of the suggestions of things that I might want to have fixed in the future. Absolutely no pressure to do so, and they explained everything in detail including cost. Overall, very pleasant, very nice and probably my best experience with a car repair shop.

These guys have won my business for any service they provide and I can use them for. The front office team go out of their way to make you comfortable and confident. They worked around my schedule and offered transportation for a troubleshooting process that took multiple visits to diagnose and resolve. And they never pressured me to do or take any unnecessary service. The documentation before, during and after service is excellent. This is my new go-to shop.

Had an early afternoon appointment for a check engine light. No one called me the rest of the day for a diagnosis even though I already knew the problem and provided them the code. I called before closing and they couldn't tell me what was wrong. The next morning I got called and authorized the service to fix the issue. If you are not a AAA member it's a 10% more. I received the car back the next day and when I got home I realized they did not put the cabin air filter back in. I guess during their mandatory 18 point inspection which I did not need they lacked quality control and did not replace the filter. Makes me wonder what else was not replaced so no I will have to put my filter back in and check all my engine caps. Maybe I should charge a labor fee back to AAA for the work I have to do now. Will not be back.

I’m not usually one to share poor reviews but this I believe warrants the attention. Took my car in to get it all situated before a road trip. AAA was convenient and close to work. I made the decision to change the water pump (Pulley was worn). Not even two days later I could smell coolant and sure enough there was a crack in the upper radiator. (Did not have this issue prior to arriving at their facility). I know they need to remove it in order to change the water pump, and in doing so, most likely damaged the radiator during the repair. When I took it back, they claimed they were not at fault and they could fix it for $800 after paying them $1200 to fix the pump in the first place. Even if they offered to fix it for free, I would not take it back to them. I’m just leaving this review for any future customers.

What a great experience! They are very professional , friendly and helpful with detailed estimates before beginning work. We are a one car family and they have Lyft at the ready to take care of transportation needs. Great find!! Thanks EDH AAA!!

I knew exactly what was wrong with my car and just wanted a price to fix it. There was no need to diagnose it and charge me $160 for that. They like to charge you for a full inspection and give you a laundry list of stuff you should have them address, even when it's not necessary. These AAA shops are buying up all the mom and pop repair shops that were actually reputable. I will avoid AAA shops whenever possible. They prey on the average person who doesn't know much about car repair.

I took my car here for an A/C service and was very pleased with the quality of service and the price. They sent me pics of the A/C temperatures before & after the service and even let me know my oil was low. Nice job guys! Will definitely be using them again for my service needs.

2 stars for professional and polite demeanor. However, took my car in at 8:30 am, took all day for diagnosis and in the end, it was wrong. I was quoted $19,000 for a front differential, which is a part of the transmission. I subsequently took it to the dealer. They analyzed and over-analyzed and said that the issue was the wheel bearing. I then paid $1,500 for this repair and no further problems.

This was my first service at a AAA location, and I was very pleased with the service. I have been a very long time member of AAA road service, but never had my car serviced at one of their locations. My 2018 Toyota Camry was due for a 36,000 tune up so I decided to call AAA for a quote for this service. I felt their price for the service I needed was reasonable. I really appreciated the text updates with photos of the work that was being done, and the suggested replacement parts for my car. The staff was very friendly and professional, and I will definitely have my car serviced there again in the future!

A long time oil leak caused a number of rubber suspension parts to deteriorate. Also, a transmission fluid change and front suspension replacements were well over-due. Daniel was extremely helpful in assessing what deferred maintenance was reasonable to perform in light of the car's age and mileage. He was very up-front in recommending that it might be better to just get another vehicle due to the substantial cost of repairs. We ultimately decided, due to a number of circumstances, to replace the deteriorated components, and we're very satisfied with their work and awesome customer service.

Both Jason (the manager) and John (in service) were very professional, honest, and pleasant. They were very efficient from when I first called them to when I picked up the car. Parts were ordered and the work on my mother’s car was completed by the next day. The whole process was efficient and headache-free. I highly recommend AAA Auto Repair Center in El Dorado Hills.
