The El Dorado Hills Town Center Caliber Collision was very professional. Communication was prompt and clear. They were able to complete my repairs Earlier than the estimated date which helped me tremendously. Can’t seem enough about this.location.

Unfortunately my less than one year old vehicle had some minor damage to the front bumper that needed repair. Fortunately I took it to Caliber Collision. I was very pleased with my experience there. I worked with Jeff and he was very helpful and communicative during the whole process. I got my vehicle back on time as promised. It looks just as it did before the damage happened. Jeff and team performed as consummate professionals. I knew the status and progress during the entire process also providing seamless interface with the insurance company. Despite the difficulty working with aluminum and BMW’s exacting standards, the team quickly completed the repair insuring restoration to essentially new conditions!

Absolutely Horrible Service – Completely Unprofessional I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and arrived on time, only to wait 15 minutes in the lobby while the estimator and coworkers socialized in the back. No one acknowledged me or provided an update. When I was finally seen, I was promised an estimate by the end of the day for very minor fender and bumper damage on my 2026 Honda. Not only did I not receive it, but I also had to call the next day—and I'm still waiting. This was a complete waste of time. I could've easily gone to another shop and will be doing just that. Unfortunately, this experience aligns with the poor reputation this shop already has for unprofessional conduct and lack of urgency. I work in the industry and will absolutely be informing my carriers of how I was treated. Avoid this place if you value your time and professionalism.

CSAA recommended this shop for body repairs caused by flying object out of a back of a truck. Excellent communication, finished the car in less than a week and within the timeframe promised.

1-Star Review for Caliber Collision I brought my vehicle to Caliber Collision after being rear-ended at high speed while stopped at a light, expecting quality repairs and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. When I dropped off my car, it had a small meniscus rock chip on the windshield. When I picked it up, I was shocked to find nine cracks ranging from 7 to 22 inches across the windshield. None of these were present before, and Caliber took zero accountability for the damage. On top of that, my check engine light was on, my rear license plate light was flashing and non-functional, and the rear side panel light now shows an error message — all new issues that arose during or after the repair process. Again, no responsibility taken. Caliber Collision has refused to acknowledge or address any of these problems, despite the fact that the car was rear-ended hard enough to cause significant damage. It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated this way after trusting them with my vehicle. If you’re considering Caliber for repairs — think twice. My car came out in worse condition than when I left it, and I’m left dealing with issues that weren’t even part of the original accident.

I didn’t end up getting my car repaired at Caliber Collision in El Dorado Hills, but I still had a great experience with their team—especially Phillip, the customer service representative. Phillip was professional, kind, and always willing to help anytime I had a question or needed clarification. Even though the repair didn’t go forward, I truly appreciated how accessible and supportive the entire team was throughout the process. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority at this location. If you’re looking for a collision center that treats you with respect and communicates clearly and consistently, I highly recommend giving Caliber Collision in El Dorado Hills a call.

Towed my car to the wrong location and not on a flatbed. Manager apologized, but got a bad experience at this location. When I initially scheduled they told me same week and then when I dropped off it changed to two weeks hence the transfer, which they recommended. With some proper communication I could of just dropped it off at the correct location to begin with. Other location is handling it professionally thankfully.

We are extremely pleased with the work done by Caliber Collision in El Dorado Hills. Jeff consistently kept us updated on the progress. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive our car back as expected due to a delay in parts delivery from the manufacturer. However, their customer service was excellent. Since I was on vacation the day my car was ready for pick up, they arranged a pickup service for my daughter to take my car home. I would wholeheartedly recommend this shop to my friends and family.

My service advisor Jeff was great and kept me up to date with my vehicles repair status. The repair was surprisingly quick and looks like no damage ever happened. I think they may have waxed and buffed the entire car as well because my whole car looks amazing like a new car now. Pretty sure if anyone's gives Caliber Collision a bad review its likely a competing collision center thats is intimidated by the top quality Caliber Collision delivers. I highly recommend.

Great experience. Took our car here after a minor fender bender. Devon was very straightforward and honest and answered all our questions. They dealt with.our insurance to get every possible dollar covered. They communicated without us having to call and ask for updates and when we got our car back it looked like new. I had my Subaru BRZ repaired at Caliber Collision in El Dorado Hills after some damage to the body, and I’m beyond impressed with the results. Matching a 3-stage satin white pearl paint is no easy task, but they came pretty darn close to OEM — seriously, you have to look very hard to notice anything. That level of attention to detail really speaks to their craftsmanship. Big shoutout to Jeff, who was awesome throughout the entire process. He was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated from start to finish. It’s rare to find that kind of transparency and customer care these days, but Jeff really went above and beyond. If you’re looking for quality work and great service, this is the place to go. They helped me get back on the road quicker than I would have thought which saved me money on my rental. They did a good job and communicated along the way. The rental drop off was easy and super convenient too since we could just drop off at the shop. Thanks again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Whatever you do please don’t get any work done at the Caliber Collision location on Post Street in El Dorado Hills. I brought in my car to get a mirror replaced, which they did a good job on, but when I came to pick it up my entire windshield was cracked. They claimed it was due to them bringing it in and out of a temperature controlled garage, which I understand. But whatever the reason for the damage the bottom line is it was under their care and they didn’t seem to feel responsible at all. They just shrugged it off and said “Well your insurance will cover it.” In addition, they failed to let us know about the additional damage to the car so I was left to discover it for myself. I’ve worked many customer service jobs and that is not you treat loyal customers. One things is for sure, you won’t see me or any of my friends spending any more money with Caliber.

Very efficient and professional process. Friendly, helpful employees. Got text updates on the status of my car. My car repairs were done early and without any issues. Even had free snacks and beverages for customers while waiting. Overall, a great job.

Really enjoyed my overall repair experience interacting with the folks here. I can't speak to costs as the other driver's insurance covered the cost, but the service experience was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was very on top of things. Even when a part went out of stock unexpectedly, they were quick and professional about getting me on the schedule as soon as possible once the part came in. They have a really solid arrangement with the Enterprise across town center that makes it pretty painless to set up a rental. All very smooth. Car looks great. Seems to be functional. Will update if there are any problems in the future.

Jeff and his shop team were excellent in taking care of me when my Mazda was hit in a parking lot. Everything communicated was straight forward, friendly, professional, and caring. Took my Sequoia in for repair after I was hit. They estimated 2 week repair which ended up extended to 3 due to a door needing to be replaced not repaired and some parts delays not their fault. They worked well with USAA insurance and it was a seamless repair. My Sequoia looks new again. I would recommend the Post St. Caliber Collision if you need body work.
