Accidentally turned into their parking lot instead of the corporate car parts place down the block. SO glad I did. Phil is THE best. Changed out my battery.. which was not easy. I would have been in tears sweating and bleeding and cursing A LOT. And never got it out. He really saved me. Definitely will be back !
If I could give them more stars I would. The staff is very knowledgeable and sooo helpful. I needed a brake light and one of the nicest guy offer to help put it in for me. That's is why I ALWAYS go to Monument. They dont have to do the extra mile but they do without being asked or expected. Thank you everyone.
Carl must’ve been having a bad day. From the moment I walked in with a dead battery that I had bought there, he had a very noticeable attitude. I asked if he could tell me if it was under warranty and he said no. From there he was condescending, judgmental and insulting. He had no intention of being or appearing to be helpful, and his responses were argumentative and evasive. Why? Is it the way I looked? The car I drove? I finally grabbed the battery and left. I went down the street and bought a new battery. I have restored several muscle cars over the years and spent thousands $$ at monument stores. It is too bad someone can ruin my day to point that I that I write review,. I won’t be back.
I have lived in the area for many years and grew up with Monument as my Dad’s regular car part stop. I have gone in a few times over the years on my own and over time the service has just gone non-existent. I walk in fairly clueless on what product to search for and I’m generally not greeted nor offered help. I have had to interrupt one of the 3 register employees from looking at the computer or phone screen to ask for help. Their response is always pointing in the direction of where to go, no product recommendations or advice. The last visit I just walked out and went to a competitor nearby. Really tried to support the shop I’ve grown up knowing but the lack of service just gets worse.
All these years that I've know about Monument car part been around. They finally have a website that you can look up parts for your car. I did some research locally and found an Alternator for 2012 Honda odyssey . $100 less and they had it in-stock. Others had to order and ship.
Sold me the wrong size tire chains. I could tell the guy was hesitant looking for it. When I repeated the tire size to be sure he got it, he rudely said I heard you the first time. At the end he sold me chains that don’t fit my tire. Terrible service and very rude people. Don’t go there.
Hands down the 1st place to go for anything automotive related. Deborah, Rod, Marty, Lowell, and Phil are always there to get you what YOU need, especially if you drive a 90's import. Thanks again you guys.
Went for gear oil. O'Reilly? Well you get store mystery store brand for ~$11 or royal purple for ~$25 a quart. Monument had Redline for ~$13, and had the same gunk remover as O'Reilly for a few bucks less. Save a bunch and check here first.

Purchased an air filter for Camry. This OEM product is priced 50% over Toyota genuine part. Not impressed with pricing. Better off at Autozone or Walmart.
My dad and I have been coming here for years.. the staff is pleasant and always try to find you an answer if they don't know it. Prices are reasonable for parts and they're not just looking to upsell you.
Very reasonable advice, helpfull and friendly staff. Most of them are knowledgeable and experienced. Prices are very competitive with Walmart and AutoZone, but much better advice.
I’ve been coming here for 20 years, and these guys are the best. Very knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and they carry quality parts on top of that. Way better than “o-really” auto parts.

These guys tend to know a bit more about cars than the bigger chain stores. If the person helping you doesn't have an answer, they can ask another worker and usually get you sound advice. Prices are competitive and I definitely prefer spending money locally.
was in the area visiting and found them on yelp. drove over because my parents' car (a 2005 toyota camry) needed a replacement tail light.
in five minutes i had the part and the representative showed me how to access the part and replace it. simple and helpful. no muss, no fuss.
I've shopped here for 8 years now, and they've always provided quality parts, and great service. While I could save a few dollars online, it often isn't worth the hassle as they have the parts on hand, and charge very little over what I can find things for online.
These guys are the best in service, knowledge and delievery. I've bought everything from Rotars to Alternators for my cars and they have always been the correct part and there when promised. They also give you options from the Best to Standard quality. Would never go anywhere else as they sell American Made Parts and thats important to me.
I know you'll have same experiance so if you're on the fence about choosing a parts store go to Momument.
