Ery disappointed with them . Money greedy . Zero costumer service. We took the car to change front light and we ended up paying 1100 $ for other stuff. Gave us estimates of 150 $ and when I came to pick up the car and pay I was unpleasantly surprised with massive bill and when I ask why no one knew even the owner was surprised but did not offer nothing valuable. Btw the front light still not fixed . I believe in karma and I hope they get what they deserve. Don’t go there .

Best experience at all times at this location. I'm pleased to have them service all my work vehicles with Fahad at this location. Truly quality and craftsmanship with stae of art tools and machinery. We recommend all in need of auto tune-up and much more services provided by them here.

Excellent staff, and service. Its really hard to find a trustworthy shop. One that also does good work. This place has all of those qualities. For any work I cannot do myself, I will only be coming here. I've already brought both of y vehicles here for different services, Max, Fahad and the team are great.

The staff was really responsive and helpful in knowing what my car needed for maintenance. Their prices beat the Mazda dealership and I felt they were honest and fair.

Had Boulevard Auto refresh the entire suspension, brakes, along with a few sensors in the engine. Excellent work with no issues at all. Highly recommended.

This is a great repair shop. Nice and helpful employees. I have now taken two of my cars here. Every time, they deliver more than I expect: from lower than expected costs, advice on extending the life of my car, or helping me determine necessary vs nice-to-have repairs.

Easy appointment. Asked for an oil change and tire rotation, but it turns out my tires were evenly worn and I didn't need the rotation. Instead of taking my money for an unnecessary service, they called me to confirm the reduced quote and I saved time and money due to their honesty. My first time here and definitely not my last.

Great work. My car wouldnt start and my friend referred this place to me. I had it towed there to investigate and repair. They fixed my car and I added an oil change. I never met them till I picked up my car. They were very friendly in every conversation we had over the phone. They gave realistic options to fix my car with realistic prices. My car is working great and i will be returning when i need to in the future.

Didn't get to deal with them but they were very honest and helpful and even went the extra mile to find another mechanic that could help me.

This auto shop is highly recommended. They have amazing prices and don't try to cheat you. They do good work. I trust them with all my cars, even BMW.

If you need anything beyond oil change, this is NOT the shop. Replaced front and rear brakes at this location, after a few weeks took the car back due to smoke from the brakes and noise. The front desk informed me that “this is normal”.
Took the car to a different mechanic who had to redo everything with new parts. He informed me that he never seen such a poor brake installation in his entire career.

Been here a couple times. Good experience both times. Definitely better priced then jiffy lube.

Don’t waste your time if you are looking for a quick oil change! I was told upon arrival wait would be about one hour to completion. Sat in lobby and waited, after 45 minutes car was still in same parking spot I had left it. When asked, I was told that they were running behind and by the time they got it up on the rack it would be about another 30 minutes. Decided to go down street to Jiffy Lube which had me in and out in 15 minutes.

I had my 2005 Lexus LS430 tolled to this shop to have the generator replaced, and they recommend the battery replaced as well because the battery don't seem to hold charge. Totals up to $591, probably a fair price. When I wash the car the next day, I discovered an inch and half long fresh, deep, jagged scratches on the driver's side door that wasn't there before. Out of suspicion, I opened the hood to check on the new battery, then I discovered the big plastic engine cover has a fresh 5" crack right next to the battery bay. This car has been serviced by Lexus dealer all it's life and it never comes back with any nuisance like this. Bought the car back to show their manager Fahad, which is quick to blame the toll truck driver which is not even remotely likely to have scratch my car in that fashion. As for the engine cover, I would venture to guess their tech put a lot of weight on the cover while removing or inserting the battery, we know they are heavy. Fahad promised to look into it and follow up with a call... 2 months, not a peep..... DENIAL ACCEPTED !
Do you want to risk your favorite ride being handled by this gang ? Never again for me ! Touch up paint $17 replacement engine cover $373.

They were fast and friendlyand had the best prices for a full synthetic oil change in the area.

Took my car here once and was happy with the service. The only issue was getting an appointment, I had to call multiple times because I kept being put on hold and after about 10 minutes I just hung up and called later.

Tried to make an appointment today and ran into the same issue. Immediately got put on hold and after 10 minutes of no answer I decided it wasn't worth it.

Excellent service, very speedy and knowledgeable! They are almost always willing to service with little or no advanced notice or scheduling. Super accommodating. They do same day service as well. Workers are honest and humble. We will be bringing all our cars and future cars here for maintenance.

Took my Mercedes here for front and back breaks they quoted me $1000. I had them fix the front brakes and took my car to another spot for the back brakes (quoted 200 cheaper). The back brakes are all good tip top shape doing what they were meant to do. The front brakes are dust. My brother (After The Burial band singer) friend works for Mercedes. He said I was jacked. Roters were never replaced. Its so funny because the guy that did the back breaks said the fronts needed to be done and I told him I just got them done 2 weeks ago. I should of listen to that man. He did fair and honest work. Treated me like a daughter. All his reviewes showed that. These guy's...man I wanted to like them because they were young and had their own business but they are ripping people off especially women. Im a local went to CV high. Lots of people know me and my brother. His fan base is huge. Both of us will be spreading the word. Stay away from this shop. I should of known when the young guy said you can pay half now and the rest we can work out. Too bad I had read a review prior to that they gave another guy the same option and ended up keeping his car. Hopefully this will save someone from making the same mistake I did. I'm a mother of a 2 and 7 year old. I'm definitely not Tokoyo drifting my kids to school brakes should of lasted longer period!!!! They even tried to get a rise out of me when I took the car in. I don't do all that. I take to the pen. BBB complaint is next. Front brakes done on 12/18/2017 back brakes 1/5/2018. Back brakes still going strong with mileage.

Stopped in for a replacement battery on a Saturday morning. Hadn’t phoned ahead and expected to wait or be told to come back later. Instead the manager was outside in minutes, took a look and had one of his team test the battery and replace it quickly. Two thumbs up!

Stopped by for service based on positive reviews and was not disappointed. Very professional and service oriented crew. Busy shop but accommodating. I had minor service done, oil change, fluids check, visual inspection, tire rotation. In and out in about an hour, walk-in with no appointment.

Better than dealership service in my opinion, and reasonably priced. This is not a "speedy lube" kind of place, with high school interns rushing through an oil job. This shop's crew looked like professional mechanics, so I am happy to pay a little more for quality service. Yet half what Toyota charges me for the same service, and likely similar experience level mechanics. Definitely bringing my other vehicles here for service.

I went in to get my oil changed on Friday, and was attended to quickly. Oil changes come with a tire rotation, but on this day, their racks were occupied. The gentlemen said I could come back the next day, and they would do the rotation then.

I came back on Saturday, and they pulled my car in right away. After a few minutes, the mechanic brought a piece to the attendant in the waiting room, then the attendant came to me and explained that they had broken a stud off of my wheel hub. (That's the bolt that comes out of the wheel hub that the lug nuts attach to so the wheel doesn't fall off.) They blamed the last place that worked on my car. After waiting two hours for the part to arrive and get installed, they charged me to put a new one on.

I didn't fight it because it was less than $50, and they weren't going to give me my car until I paid.

Aside from this, they were very nice, and the service was prompt, it's just too bad that they're just another shady auto shop. Interestingly, one of the 5 star reviews here is from Fahad, the man with whom I was dealing.

Great prices. Honest and competent. Looks like I found my new local mechanic shop for all of my car repair needs.
