The process was the same both times in that they got everything out of my apartment quickly, and then worked to get everything from out of my building’s hallway to their truck. I really appreciated not having to be on edge about having people come in and out of my home during the entire course of the job.
Another cool thing was that they were 100% non-judgmental and also were not pushy at all for tips!!
Removed all this garbage on the same day as we requested, left the area clean and took a picture and sent to me once completed.

This is my first time to use their service & will definitely not be the last. All the staff from Sarah up to the delivery were smooth sailing. The speed & eased of the whole process was quite impressive.
Our garage had filled up with all sorts of boxes of stuff that we said, "we might need that one day" or "we should hang on to that just in case". Well, one day and just in case never happened.
But thankfully Nixxit Junk Removal did happen.
We gave them a call and they were able to book a crew to come out and clear out all of the junk from our garage and patio.
The two gentlemen that helped us Martin and Bryce took a good look at what needed to be hauled and got straight to work. They carefully set aside items we wanted to keep, and loaded up all of the junk onto their truck.
What I thought would take up all of my morning, they were able to complete in about an hour.
If Martin and Bryce are representative of the whole team at Nixxit then they should all take pride in the good work they do for their customers.

The 2 guys (I think it was Daryn & Eric, sorry if I got their names wrong) were awesome. They got right down to business and moved everything so quickly. I was impressed not only with their strength but how professional and polite they were. They also came in cheaper than their original bid when they saw the truck wasn't as full as they had estimated. Made it all the much better experience. Will definitely use them again if the need comes up.
I've used Nixxit several times for furniture I needed to get rid of (couch and bed frame). They are fantastic. Small local business who's prompt, very communicative, polite, and reasonably priced. Big fan and I'll keep using them for disposing big items.

So so so thrilled to have found Nixxit. Not only were they super easy to contact, the whole process was smooth and they were lovely to interact with. Customer service explained process over the phone initially with me and provide a text link so I could schedule/send pics of junk for estimate. They have an amazing system of only being charged how much you fill up truck. We had so much stuff we were so worried it would cost us too much. When the day came they were very communicative about a more specific arrival time which was so helpful so we could properly prepare. We had everything already outside ready for them and they were so appreciative (we knew they came full service but wanted to help make it easier).
And holy crap they played Tetris and made sure everything fit in efficiently so we weren’t charged too much!
I am so so thankful for this amazing company, their great prices, and wonderful service. This has been such a hassle for us to deal with and they just came in and made it so seem less!

Wow…if only all companies could operate like Nixxit this world would be a much better place. I just had the most awesome junk removal possible. The two gentlemen were actually early and called to ask if they could come before the appointment. Very thoughtful and professional of them. They arrived, operating the truck with utmost care coming up the drive. They were friendly, immaculately dressed in uniform and very professional and super amiable and ready to go! Prices very well explained and to the pile they went. They never stopped loading for a minute and were done quickly and cleanly. My driveway looked brand new. I could not be happier with the service, the way I was treated as a customer, and I love the core value Nixxit has to recycling every last thing they can.
If you need items removed, be it junk, waste, their website is super clear on what they will take and what they can’t, but if you need junk removal, look no further. I used Nixxit to dispose of a standard sofa. The Nixxit crew, Bryce and Drew, showed up on time and were extremely efficient! They were both friendly and happy to chat, and were able to easily remove the sofa from my apartment. This included navigating tight doorways, corners, and a tricky staircase!

Super easy! Great communication: load size estimation before pick up and pick up/scheduling confirmation was all via text. They called to let me know when they’d arrive that day (within a 30 minute window) then sent me a link to an invoice I could pay via Apple Pay. They took away electronics to be recycled, stuff to be donated and stuff going to the dump. This is the 3rd time I’ve used Nixxit and I’ll definitely be using them again. So simple - and super affordable. Highly recommended!

I was notified 30 minutes prior to their arrival, they gave me an upfront estimate and were highly efficient and offered to pick up some extra things I wasn't sure about. Nixxit rescheduled to accommodate me. I had my appointment on Friday but they were able to accommodate me for Thursday on a days notice. The guy’s are very professional and kind. They took out all our junk and tore down our shed in a zippy. Cleaned up really nice and made my life so much easier. I recommend them, I’m sure I’ll be calling them again sometime soon.
Nixxit has come to our rescue three times this spring! When my parents passed, they left a large house packed with forty years of stuff. Nixxxit came and conquered with professional and efficient service. They took an insurmountable task and made it almost pleasurable!
