Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They even offered to load the part into my car so I didn’t get my hands dirty. The prices are also very reasonable.
I searched for backing plates for my 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT. New was not an option as not made anymore. AA was referred to my by a local shop in Massachusetts. The service was great as they had a car that had exactly what I needed. I bought full rear suspension for parts with good backing plates, which were in almost New condition. The condition made it very easy to adapt to my car. Thanks to AA purchase was easy, professional and shipped with care. I highly recommend AA for used parts.
Needed a 2020 hyundai 2.0 engine for my customers vehicle. They had one reasonably priced compared to others. I made the 3 hour journey to aquire it and had it ready to go. I installed it in the vehicle with no issue and my customers drove 900 miles home with it. Thanks AA for for selling us a good used engine!

Being in the business it’s hard to find people who care and give their 100% effort when it comes to finding difficult parts, but I was amazed at the service I received. I needed a rear lower hatch glass for my 2005 Toyota Prius, and the price new was astronomical. I called up this place, and they were super helpful! Jason got me set up with one from one of the salvage vehicles, had it cut out of the hatch for me and had it hand delivered to the auto glass place all for a super fair price! I have never experienced such great service, kindness, and reliability from a business before! Jason went above and beyond for me and made a bad situation (broken expensive glass) into a not so bad one. It actually made my day, and cut my replacement cost in half! I will be using this company in the future and will be recommending to all my friends! Thanks so much!
5 stars for next day delivery. The packaging was done with great scrutiny. Poor attention to detail, the exterior auto part was incomplete, missing a major part, the part was mailed out very greasy, dirty, and grimy, the car paint had numerous scratches. Unacceptable. Better business practice should have been more honest and truthful of any defects and flaws before purchasing sight unseen especially ordering online and/or over the phone. A A Auto didn't care but took the money quickly... A refund is in order.
If you’re looking for vehicle parts, used, but still in good to great condition, this is it, especially for the price! (And I’m cheap! Lol) They’re fast, nice and very helpful!! I was referred to them by an owner from a body shop in LR and after getting my door, I went right back the next week for a headlight and now I’m going back for another car piece, lol! I’m still mad at myself to learn that I lived within 15 minutes of this place for 4 years and never knew they were “right there”, passed by them all the time!
Hands down the best service I've ever received! Unfortunately they did not have the part I needed but they actually called other sources across the nation trying to find it for me. Best prices and service for miles. I spent weeks looking for the body panels I need and ended up finding them on AA Autos excellent website for about a 1/4th the cost of every other salvage yard. Plus these guys pull the parts for you and have them ready for pick up at no extra charge. I called in with what I needed, and Jason confirmed they had it and even texted me photos so I could make sure the color matched. He then had all the parts ready and waiting with a smile by the next day. Absolutely stellar service.
