If there was a option for 10 stars I would definitely give it to this gentleman. Bam bam was professional courteous and came all the way from lil rock to birdtown to pick up my car. I have a 2020 Hyundai Tucson that I couldn't turn the key in the ignition switch whatsoever so I couldn't get into neutral for him, but he managed to pull it up on the truck anyways. The hardest part was how he was going to get the car off the truck because e-brake was on couldn't throw it in neutral. I was worried about how he was going to get it off, but he said he'd figure it out and he did. Bam Bam called to let me know it was at the dealership and managed to push and I mean push with his bare hands the car off his wrecker truck and into the parking spot. Bam Bam is a very intelligent, a hard worker and polite. He represents the company very well, if the car has more issues I will specifically request phillip brothers towing and will be requesting him specifically every time. There's a pic of his parking job that he did with a car locked up. With his own two hands he parked the car better than most people I see park with a functional car. Bam Bam is legit and you should request him, you won't have to worry about a thing.
I got a flat tire on my way home and pulled in a gas station parking lot to wait for help. My roadside assistance provider connected me with Phillips Brothers Towing and while I was initially told the wait time could be up to 90 minutes, it was only about 40 minutes before someone came to help. I was helped by Bam Bam who was friendly and efficient with getting the flat tire removed and the spare put on. He even took the time to educate me on some parts for my tire that have been sitting untouched in my glove compartment for years. Overall, I am happy with the service I received and would recommend them if you need a flat tire changed.
Bam Bam helped us out tremendously! (Keys were locked in the car) it took him like max 3 minutes start to finish and was very nice. If my gf does this again i know who i will be calling.

I’ve used them a few times and never had an issue. On Monday we had them tow our van. When it left our home both mirrors were attached. On Wednesday when went to check on our van we noticed the passenger mirror hanging and assumed the shop that we had it towed to had damaged our mirror when in fact it happened in route to the shop. We called the tow company to get proof and were told that the driver noticed it hanging. We were told it probably broke due to the truck being old and dry rotting. At first the general manager said he would come out and look at it and if it was some damage he would fix it. When we called on Thursday he said his driver would have to hit something. So he apologized and I told him I’d call my insurance and I was told to see what they could do for me. I have a problem with having to pay a deductible when my mirror was in place . There is no rust or corrosion. Even the mechanic at the shop feels like it needs to be fixed by them. This is all to say regardless of the fact that my van is “OLD• it was intact when it left our home. Beware and take pictures. A dissatisfied customer who will be following up. Right is right and wrong is wrong.

They were awful, bent hood of car when towing and didn't say anything about it, charged us one price, but when we got there they raised it so we had to go get money on credit card to finish paying. Do not recommend at all unless you like being mistreated.

I had an old 2004 Avalon that I "sold" through (cashforcars) peddle.com for an accepted offer of $195.00. There was nothing wrong with the body of the car (which was the only thing "inspected") no dents or scratches and never been wrecked. The transmission was the only thing wrong with it and that was disclosed in the offer..
When the truck finally got there (an hour after the 7-11window) the driver got
out and checked to make sure the catalytic converter was still there, whatever. Then starts videoing OR taking multiple pictures all the way around the car (more on those later). He then goes to his truck, talks to who I guess is the boss man because that guy never stepped out of the truck he made the driver do everything. The driver comes back and says the buyer after reviewing can only offer $165.00..... I asked him who the buyer was and he said he did not know, $165.00 is what he was told from his office but he will give me a deal and give me 175.00 which caught my attention because if he doesn't know who the buyer is then how are you going to give me a deal and pay 175.00?
So I thought ok fine I'll call peddle.com just to see what was going on. The associate at peddle.com informed me that Phillips Brother towing was the person that bought my car and they have the final determination as to the sale price....
So now I know the driver was being shady just by how ignorant he was acting while answering my questions, Oh I don't know what peddle.com is and he even asked me who I sold the car to... I really hope the driver and boss man had a good laugh about it.
I then called the dispatch office at Phillips Brother Towing and the lady I spoke to confirmed that the driver DID know what was going on and knew that he was the determining factor in the price. If he would have told me that, I could have negotiated or at least told him GTFOH but he acted like he didn't know who was making that call 🤷. The dispatcher then told me I didn't have to accept the offer if I didn't like it.... Which is true but at this point I just wanted the car and both of these dudes out of my sight. Shame on me for thinking I was dealing with a legit, decent, honest business. I will not make that mistake again, don't worry.
I hope the $20.00s was worth a customer and bad reviews...
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. If you do have to use a junk cars service be sure they do not contract through Phillips Brother Towing or you are in for some hassle and long wait and you will have to renegotiate the price.
PBT, if you made it all the way down here, Please load the pics from the driver and explain to google how that car was inaccurate or inconsistent with the description I gave and not worth 195.00 and only worth 165.00.

First time for calling Phillips Brothers wrecker and they did an amazing job.
Our car got stuck on a large concrete curb and ‘Vinni’ came to the rescue.
Vinni was able to twist and turn the bed of the wrecker and scooped up the front wheels and then gently backed the car off the wrecker bed and onto the ground. It was amazing to watch.
I can highly recommend them and ask for Vinny!
