Had a tread separation and reached out to insurance for a tow. Cameron was sent out and this dude was on point! Knew exactly what he needed to do, and did it quickly. Got my truck dropped off with no problems. I gotta say, I’ve had vehicles towed over the years for different reasons and the techs are not generally friendly. However, Cameron’s customer service was Chick-fil-A levels of friendly. I appreciate how fast his response was and that he treated my wife and I respectfully. I’d recommend this company based on my interaction with him.

Cameron and KC were extremely helpful, very quick , and social. They made my daughter and I feel safe while we were on the side of the interstate (waiting for my husband to arrive .) This driver team blew progress's wait time out of the water progressive said up to 3 hours and my vehicle was picked up within 45 minutes! Definitely recommend five stars . If I should ever need a tow again I will be calling Phillip Brothers Towing

Ron came to our rescue while we were stranded at a gas station with our car!! He was the sweetest guy! Very sociable and he got us to our destination quick and safely! I can’t put into words how awesome he was! 5 stars and would recommend!!

Vinni was my tow guy today 4/22/24. I was coming back from Memphis TN and broke down on the side of the road I called a few different tow companies not only did Phillips Brothers have the most reasonable price! Their customer service was impeccable!!! The operator was nice and patient even though I didn’t know exactly where to tell them to go because it was on the highway between Lonoke and Carlisle AR. They were patient with me and told me not to worry. Vinni stayed in constant communication with me and located my vehicle and got my baby home. Then he recommended a mechanic that’s lives on my street and went so far as to drive down to get me his number! If that doesn’t show care I don’t know what will I am forever grateful for the employees I came in contact with here today. Thank you Vinni and thanks to the operator answering phones your kindness is very appreciated🥰

Took 3.5 hours to arrive to scene (my vehicle was 10 miles from their business). The have an auto-accept for major insurers who put out a call, but the person who picked me up said there wasn't even anyone in town to perform the tow at the time of acceptance (5:30 pm). When I called, they kept telling me 10-15 minutes, for over two hours. If you are assigned this company, call your insurer and ask them to reassign you to someone else.

The damage to my son's truck made it difficult to get on the truck, and street parking made getting the tow truck in the right place challenging, however with a lot of persistence and skill, David was able to load it without dragging the damaged tire sideways. It was extremely hot out, but he took his time and got it loaded and delivered. He was very friendly and professional.

PJ, my roadside assistance carrier, from Phillips Brothers Towing Service provided a quick and thorough service. He made sure that I understood the entire process of what he was about to do and verified my drop off location. He even followed up once he made it to the location. I appreciate him being kind, professional, and handling the vehicle with care. This was the best towing experience I’ve ever had. Thank you for your 10 star ⭐️ service.

On my move from Florida to Little Rock Arkansas I needed help getting my Tundra unloaded from my semi tractor trailer. Philips Brothers Towing was very professional, and showed the knowledge and experience in getting the job done once they made it out to my new address. We wanted to share our adventures coming through Little Rock Arkansas. Heading west on I-30, we come around a sweeping right hand corner. Hit a pothole the size of a kiddy pool. It popped both tires on the passenger side. 10:15 at night, raining, not knowing the area. We found a tow company per our insurance app. The dispatcher called us immediately. Just a God sent angel on the phone. Her voice was comforting and pleasant to talk to It happened to be Phillips Brown towing. A young gentleman was on our location with in 10 minutes. PJ was his name. He was so comforting, upbeat and down right amazing. He helped us attempt to air up the tires, but it was a no-go. He dropped our car off where we asked. He then gave us a ride to a nearby hotel. Which was on his way. Now we're are from Northern Illinois. And this type of caring, friendly and treated like family. Never happen up there. But PJ was all that plus more. We HIGHLY recommend Phillips Brown Towing.

Best towing company in town . Price affordable. 20 mile tow was 145 with no extra fees. I contacted them to tow my car and within 15 mins a tow truck was at my location. I was sent a txt with a GPS to see how far away the tow truck was from my location.

The man (didn’t catch his name unfortunately) that helped us was very helpful and friendly. He had our questions answered and problem solved in no time. Very professional and knowledgeable.

They basically stole my car. Didn’t notify me that had it on their lot for over 3 months then told me I had 3 days to pick it up or they would auction it off. I get my car towed somewhere else and then Phillips brothers lost the key to my car. The owner was rude to me. Would not recommend.

My trucks breaks went out. My insurance company had Phillips Brothers Towing come haul Toxicity(my trucks name) home for me. The ride home was very nice. The gentleman, Tim, made sure I felt at ease about my truck. As we chatted about cars and hunting and our jobs the ride was over in the blink of an eye. I went to tip him after dropping Toxicity and myself off but I didn't have cash and he didn't have cashapp. I apologized several times. He insisted it was fine. So SHOUT OUT TO TIM! AND SHOUT OUT TO EVERYONE AT PHILLIPS I can tell that you guys have great worth ethic and morals beyond business. Keep up the awesome work you guys!!

My transmission went out an hour away from home and Phillips Brothers Towing came to the rescue! They arrived within 45 minutes late at night and got my car towed to our dealership over 30 minutes away. Can’t recommend them enough!

Just came to pick up my car and was friendly, quick and efficient. Definitely will use again.

My son called this company to have a non-running truck towed from my carport to a mechanic and back. When they retrieved the truck, it was parked neatly in the carport and out of the way. When they brought the truck back, they dumped it halfway up the driveway, on a hill, and caddy cornered, which made it very difficult for any other vehicle to get in or out. This happened on January 2nd. I called them and asked if they could please come and reposition the truck. They were rude and acted annoyed with me, and stated someone would call me back. Today is March 4th and I have yet to receive that call. Also today, I am searching for a tow company to tow the truck elsewhere. You can best believe this company will not be getting that business!

Adam did a great job! He stayed with me until my ride came and he was very professional. My SUV arrived without any problems!
