My car several defects after police call AC Lewis. My door makes contact with my bumper making a noise every time I open the door. Wheels seem to grind with something when AC Lewis had possession, The tires were left flaking like dead skin cells. I’ve never seen that until AC Lewis has custody of my car. Also the tires pressure in my wheels lose air and one was badly damaged that I had to replace it. They were other minor effects that I could tolerate, but that was my experience with my vehicle.
Office experience was 4/5 stars.
Omg the driver Mr A was great. He made sure my car was properly put on and off the truck. Never have i experience such a great tow. Thanks again to you guys over at Lewis Towing in NLR.
They do good service and they also worked with people with their cars when they are struggling trying to get their cars out but good attitudes they will work with you
Called at 0720 and the person on the phone said they would be at my car within an hour. 2 hours later I called and the person on the phone said they had no idea what I was talking about (call history verifies I called them 2 hours earlier). They dispatched a truck immediately though (arrived in 15 minutes) and the price was cheaper than others. The driver was friendly.
The employees are very accommodating, understand, and helpful they will take care of your items and will put them in a secure place until you retrieve them
