They came and picked up my car and when I got it back none of the sensors on the front work and the cruise control won’t even come on this is really ridiculous the way they treat someone’s property and then when you call you have to leave a message. What does everyone leave at the same time.

Impossible to get an appointment to pick up one car, only one day a week and only between 9:30am to 11am, seems they prefer to stay whit the cars on the lot and charge extra money for storege, it's easy to make money like this.

They stole my tags 2 Amp and speaker out of my truck. And when I went back to get my truck tags was gone got pulled over thing I had tags but didn't so now got to pay ticket I hope they are honest when I go to get my stuff back

My car was towed and they were rude, did not answer the phone, and while towing they messed up my car. The guy that towed my car left my car key in his truck and I made an appointment to get my car and drove an hour there and they told me my key wasn't there. Ridiculous. Would not recommend. Ever.

My camera footage caught them retrieving a antique firearm and they denied it. I called them on the following morning and told them that I see that they do have it and they still denied it and would not admit to it or give it back

I hated the process but the folks Amanda and Glenda and staff were very nice. Their voice-mail is kinda difficult but hang in there and if you can go up there in person, do that. Lol. They were both honest and caring, very helpful individuals. Hope they know how appreciative I am of their kindness in our time of stress.

Sat at the window for a few minutes before the lady answered the phone, waited til she got off the phone to say anything to me. Then waited awhile to get my stuff. You would think since you have to make an appointment for a certain time then you should be seen in that time. Work on your communication

I know of this place only because a friend had to be taken there when his car was towed there when they mistakenly took it after someone read their paperwork wrong having a repo done . Although when we got there it was a fairly friendly place. Clean for a tow yard the 1st two people spoke rather rudely to us when we arrived. Then faces changed from mean mug to all smiles as they discovered this was the man who had to drive almost 2 hours to pick up a car that should never had been towed. He wasn't behind in payments, it was a wrong read issue. All was solved before getting there though because to stop this from happening to him again,he laid out over 3000.0$ to pay in full! Not only picked up his car but also the title as well. Simply this people should make sure of what they are doing before doing it. And when an error occurs like this a customer should not need cover towing charges for something that shouldn't have been towed. Not only did he have to pay tow charge but the cost of gas to get him there then also the cost of two vehicles coming back in gas. When asking if they was going to cover this costly mistake they said no that they didn't have too. Maybe you didn't by law have too but for customer relations you "statewide" should have offered to waive the tow fee at least & really offered a free fill-up either for the gas tank or the belly! Rather rude if I was to be asked!!! As we are a friendly people & not sue-happy they got away with being ugly to someone who was not behind on payments, just a mistake in reading their paperwork. Just not costly for the tow company who makes thousands but for the single father of two who had serious need of his car, school,doctor appts., Grocery store, simple life issues made very rough over a simple little mistake they said!!! They are choosing to eat this & not go to court to recover this simple mistake's cost from his way smaller pay check & go about his life. Shame on you Statewide you should care for yourself if not your company name more than this. Maybe the future holds better for your manner's than this family was given. Guy is rude was belligerent when trying to do buisness. Unprofessional since I walked in the door.no people skills what so ever. I'll never do buisnees with these people ever in my life again
