I got a tow and the driver seemed like he didn’t like his job. He then wanted to leave my car on the curb and when asked to put it in my yard he unhooked it sideways in my yard and just left. Horrible Service.
I really needed a tow truck but AAA got it into their system that I had a flat tire and you sent Jamie out to change the flat tire that I did not have. Jamie was great - she blocked traffic with her vehicle and stayed with me until a tow truck arrived. She assisted in getting a tow truck and kept me updated and safe. I really appreciated all of her help.
My friend Allister George just had the best experience getting her car towed through AAA and they sent East End Towing and the Tow Truck Driver, Dallas Ballard was so professional and got the car towed to her house and Dallas was very polite and a nice young man.

On Yesterday I was headed to Church but my car wouldn't start. So I called AAA who sent EASTEND TOWING out for my Service Call. A Driver named Tommy, black man, showed No Courtesy upon Arrival and was very bitter acting and Unhelpful. He was not only rude to me, he disrespected an elderly neighbor of mines that was coming from church. I will not Recommend these people. Yes they are fast but they are very tacky. Some are nice and helpful and convenient though. Mr. Tommy works very very very slow and shows he has no care in the world. I believe he hates Women honesly. He jumped out of his truck trying to fight me, luckily I pointed at my camera I have outside my apt that I Installed or he would have beat me to death. He was a big guy and also he called Police and Lied just to cover himself with his job. My neighbor and I were and still is very disappointed. On A Sunday at that. Where is the God in him.
Awful. Called at 10pm AND HERE I AM STILL AT 2am. This man came but got an attitude and threw my phone at me and slammed my leg in the door. Some business huh?
Husband had a nail in his tire the other day. Called and they came over really fast to change his tire. They were there in less than an hour. We really appreciated the fast and friendly service that they provided.
The technician replaced my tire with another flat tire, I didn’t even make it 10 miles down the interstate!!!!!! The technician should have at least advised me that the spare tire he put on was flat and that way I could’ve just gotten my car towed by him, but he failed to even communicate with me, very rude! I was stuck on the side of the interstate again!!! This was a complete disaster and waste of time/money!!!!
My daughter had a blow out on the freeway about 9:30pm recently just prior to the ice storm that was scheduled to hit within a couple of hours. I went and met her and contacted roadside assistance that I have through my auto insurance company. They advised me someone was on the way to change her tire. After numerous calls and sitting and waiting for 3 hours for someone to come like we were told, I decided to call somewhere local to come help us. I pulled up several towing companies in the area but only a few were still open so I called up East End Towing (by this time the ice storm had just started). The lady who answered my call was SUPER nice and she dispatched someone to help us right away. She reassured us that he would definitely show up and get us back on the road promptly so we could get home safely before the road conditions got really bad. The driver arrived within the time frame she gave us. He changed her tire in the pouring down sleet in less than 5 minutes start to finish! He was extremely nice and very friendly. He said he even saw us earlier that evening on.the side of the freeway as he was heading back from another call so he knew our exact location. East End Towing was our "HERO" that night and we can't thank them enough. The price for the service call was very reasonable. The lady I spoke with quoted me the price for the service call and said normally they charge an extra $10 when its inclement weather, however she waived the extra $10 fee since we were already having a really bad night and the storm had just started a few minutes prior to my call for help. WOW..amazing customer service!!! They went above and beyond and I will use them from now on anytime I need their services!
Was given a 150 dollar estimate.was charged 300. Will never use them again.when I asked why the total was double the estimate I was given,she said she didn't know who or why gave me that estimate.it was her.she gave me the estimate
Used them to avoid calling the company and having a preventable accident on my record. They did a very good job and came fairly quickly given the circumstances. I highly recommend them.
I called their dispatch at 8AM after hydroplaning into a concrete barrier and have sat stuck here its 12:42pm if they cant help they should just say that don't give me excuses that your driver is on another job I called at 8 if I could drive home I'd save the money and do so very Unprofessional super irritating I do not recommend
The tow guy had the audacity to be yelling on the phone with me. They towed my vehicle to the Benz shop but so many excuses why they can’t pick up the car.
My alternator went out on my car had it towed by them they ripped a tire rod and said it wasnt them I was at my unit when they towed it home called them they said they have prof saying it was like that beforehand but the car is undriveable jow they say there not doing anything to fix the parts are cheap to replace but it's the principal
