I still stand by my responses I have witnessed every phone call and yes you are right I am not the car owner however I am the mother that is defending their child who has been taking advantage of by an unlawful tow ! Yes legally you can not speak to me on the matter however you aren’t even willing to speak to the car owner which I have been privileged to listen to every call made in attempt to solve this issue ! No one has harassed you nor your company I witnessed the phone call and spoke to the dispatcher myself who advised that Heather will contact the car owner which she failed to do ! Also the car owner has also spoken to you all and advised that the property manager did not sign the authorization release form . So you can get on here and try to sweeten up your response however you want but I am in my legal right to make a review based off the service I was privileged to witness !! And if it will help I will have the car owner to personally make their own review !! You guys have not been willing to speak to the car owner which I personally had the pleasure of witnessing you want to spit out legal talk but will not handle the situation properly. So for that I will speak on . And will advise everyone on the experience that my child receive and that I witness .. I stand on all reviews I made because I witnessed the service first hand! I pray that when my child THE CAR OWNER makes the complaint on the tow board all facts come out in their favor! I will share all experiences that I have first hand witness to on these reviews and will post updates allowing customers and viewers know on the service that you all give . Have a nice day .
On 1/6/2026 my child’s car was towed while being on private property ,now by law they have to at least give a 24-48 hour notice to the car owner or have permission by the property manager. I have spoken to the property manager as well as my child and he advised he did not sign off on the car to be towed . We spoke to the receptionist /dispatcher who is by far not friendly and who advised they had a recording and also a sign consent I also advised him that might be true however whomever signed the document was not the property manager so is there any manager available that we could speak to ,to resolve the issue because by Arkansas towing laws the consent has to be from the property manager due to private property which the male receptionist/dispatcher advised that the property was private ,if not that is an unlawful tow. The male receptionist or dispatcher advised someone will call when they can. He advised the manager name is Heather . No one has called my child concerning this matter . You would think it would have urgency to it since it is an unlawful tow . We will be notifying the tow board as well as any other legal actions . If the property manager did not consent which he advised he did not not if the vehicle was not tagged before removing the car , this was an unlawful tow and should be resolved immediately!!!
Too bad I can’t put zero stars!! Wrecked my truck and when I got it out of impound there was nothing left in it they stole everything and when I say everything they took my fishing bobbers speaker box leaf blower and even took the pump off my diesel transfer tank, literally was nothing at all in my truck. I wouldn’t recommend nor use these over charging thieving crooks!!
In response to yours, your statement is lies I saw the scene, it wasn’t “deep in the woods” and the fact that you acknowledge the items I spoke of makes my statement true!! You charged me 2000$ to recover my vehicle and its items and the only thing that was recovered was my phone, how funny is that? The only thing that would’ve been of no use or value to you!!! I stand behind my statements because they are true and you just proved it with yours!!
The tow truck driver, Victor, was as nice as could be, he had a great sense of humor and was very polite. The office person was very nice and helpful. I know who I'll be calling in the future!!!
Absolutely outstanding! Our Jeep broke down on the last day of our vacation, as we were passing through on our way back home. That can instantly turn a good vacation into a very bad day. But… Thank God for Bluehill Towing. From the moment I called, the dispatch person was incredibly helpful and friendly. Then we got a personal phone call from the tow truck driver. Victor was one of the nicest guys we’ve met in a long time! He went out out of the way to help us out, take our jeep to a local mechanic, make sure all our bags were taken care of, gave us a ride to a hotel, And we had awesome uplifting conversation the whole time. These folks are on another level! You never want to be broken down, but God sure did take care of us by leading us to call them, and crossing our paths with Victor! We highly recommend!!
Domonic with Blue Hill Towing & Recovery was very professional and accommodating for us tonight. We had broken down in our 38 foot long dutchstar newmar on a hill about 19 miles from Marshall, AR. Inspite of darkness, terrain and RV challenges he got us safely towed to our destination. Domonics Knowledgeable and compassionate treatment made a stressful situation become much easier. Can’t help but question the “company” when they say they can’t tow a pickup truck with a bumper pull trailer without using a Heavy Wrecker (20 ton or bigger that’s used to tow semi trucks, class 6-8 trucks) and I’m not sure if it’s just solely laziness and not wanting to do it, attempted money grab, or just pure mindlessness. Please make sure you call everywhere else before using this company.

Broke down on I 30 west just coming off the 440 bypass in 18 wheeler was not a good spot my personal mechanic called these guys for me to send out a tech he was awesome. Sorry about not remembering names but wasn't anything he could do where I was so paid him and started to do repairs myself and decided to get off the highway so I called them back for a tow back to their shop. Tow drivers were awesome as well once at their shop for the night and explained my situation these guys went out of their way to help me with anything I needed and let me fix my truck myself loaning me tools I needed, ordering my parts and having them delivered, kept me in water and ice for my cooler. This bunch of guys are very down to earth old school and I can't thank them enough. Highly recommended from me ....Thank's to each of you, AWESOME AWESOME group.
Great place will come here again for future repairs. Needed splash guard removed since it got damaged and they got us in right away and did it with no charge. Will bring our trucks here for future. Thank you Bobby. Dan

5 STARS! We blew a tire on 530 and needed some help. I searched for roadside assistance and started calling with the closest. The first 2 guys were jerks that would take at least an hour and a half. Next call was to Blue Hill Towing. I did not get the name of the polite and very professional gentleman that took my call. However, in just a couple of minutes he advised that help was on the way. Just a very few minutes later Vic called me and, in just few minutes more he pulled up behind us.
Vic is a courteous and qualified professional, who is willing to do whatever it takes. Now, of course one of my lug nuts was boogered, prior to Vic’s arrival. He took his time at first, not wanting to do any further damage. I told him that he could do what he needed to…and he did! He had to make a couple runs at it, but he was not going to quit. A very capable young man! Whatever y’all are paying him is not near enough. Thanks Vic!!!

Was out of my area and hit something in the road and blew a tire. My tire had locking lug nuts and I called Blue Hill to come help. The dispatch was friendly and accurate on ETA. They sent Nick who showed up in 30 minutes and got right to work. Went above and beyond to help load the blown tire in the back of the SUV. Appreciate you guys! I know it was hot and a Saturday but you showed up anyway and one a great service!
