I parked semi-truck in front of Big Lots in Conway and went to stake house to eat. When i came back, the truck was gone.
The worst part is that they didn't want to release my truck today because they are closed.
Price for truck and trailer 2000$.

They STOLE my daughter’s car, as an authorized person to park in the parking lot she worked in. They did not call to get authorization, they just did. $575 fee and they towed it 20 miles from Conway to Maumelle. To put in perspective and high fee is $7 per mile in the towing business equaling $140, they have had it a day and a half. Will only take certified check or cash, and it’s a weekend. Also certified owner has to pick it up. She’s a college student. Thankful her parents only live a little over an hour from Maumelle. Police report is filed, going to Better Business Bureau and TELLING as many as I can by word of mouth not to use this company. My understanding is they are already under investigation as they should be. We will help add to that. Tow Board Notification happening next.
This towing company towed my car from my employee parking lot! When it was proven that they towed from the wrong lot they still refused to release my car! I can’t wait for when my employer who had to pay for it comes at them for re -payment! They’ll think twice next time! Will be reporting to the towing board and the BBB!
By far the worst towing company in the U.S. …A Small claims case will be filed and reported to Better Business Bureau. I Called promptly in the morning & was told I could come get my car at 2pm, which is the time they close. I was NOT able to get my car and charged an additional day for 85.00$. Bringing my grand total to 520.00$. Very scummy company.
This company illegally towed my car from a parking lot that did not have posted signs that I could not park there. They were closed before 2pm on a Saturday and charged $300 for the tow and $150 for storage for what they considered to be two days. If you experienced similar, please contact LRPD as A1 towing is now under investigation and you may be eligible to receive full refund for your tow if you were also impounded illegally. File an official complaint with A1 and then contact LRPD immediately. Please take photos Of all signage around the area your car was impounded from as well!

What tow company goes by appointment only if y’all didn’t set an appointment to tow the car and I can walk this whole apartment and see many more cars parked wrong but you towed mine then won’t let me get my car today because y’all appointments is booked today so I’m get a $75 dollar storage fee plus 300$ for tow which the apartments should be paying since they have a contract with y’all. This is ridiculous
"Crooks and Scammers. Bad people". Pick car up cash ONLY and by appointment ONLY. Don't tell you CASH ONLY until you get there with a 1 hour window. Horrible. Towing Board needs to check in on this maniac! Not to mention the IRS.
The tow driver his name is Chris was prefect got to us I. A good time he and my husband talked about driving chris was so sweet if I am ever in little rock and broke down will us your towing service
I went with a friend to pick up their vehicle. Their "lobby" was not air conditioned at all. And there was water coming from under wall that smelled like toilet water that was leaking towards the entry way. And I get that my friends car was picked up because it was left in a "no parking" lot but it was there because it broke down. We went to grab it the next day. It hasn't even been 24 hours, but was charged for 2 days and the bill was over 500 dollars. They are also very unfriendly and inconsiderate.
I would strongly recommend using a different towing company. They were very rude on the phone when I called to ask a question. They don't get in any hurry to help you with your car. The whole experience just felt very scummy. Would not recommend doing business here. Also their prices are outrageous.
