HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I think the guys name was Clint or Clay. He was so GREAT. He came in his car. To be able to respond quicker. Said ETA would be an hour. He was there less than 20mins. Had me back in the car less than one min. He was so nice, Wonderful Customer service. Quick & efficient. I was on a trip from Virginia to Texas. We stopped at the Buc-ees. Went to get in the car, the key wouldn't unlock the door. The windows were cracked for my puppy. It was just starting to get dark. I remembered I had road side on my insurance. (Here's a tip to save time. If it ask u is there child or animal in the car. If there's not any immediate danger or risk. Say no. Cuz saying yes send u to 911. I'm still waiting for 911 to call me back) 911 said that mostly likely cuz it had cold off. A Officer wouldn't respond. I went back and answered no.

I didn't even want to leave one star. Bur didn't give me a choice. This is the worst experience ever. We break down at night couldn't get anything until good morning then our insurance, hires this company to get our vehicle towed to our home, i got a text message stating there on site, every time I called, he told me, hold on, I'll call you back.Can't understand the him.Then he calls me when my vehicle is getting delivered two hours later.Telling me he already delivered my car and then ask me where I want it.But then he said, he already unloaded it, but when I was on my ring on my camera, it was still on the flatbed, which there nothing but a liars, he hung up on me and when I tried calling him back, he wouldn't answer forces horrible customer service ever.I wouldn't recommend these people to no one. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau. You can't understand them and poor communication. And then they hang up on you. They need to learn how to have customer service skills. Horrible horrible.

We recently had a very bad experience with a towing company that refused to let us pay and move the truck to their yard ourselves. Even though we were willing and ready to pay, they went ahead and towed the truck without our consent. The original towing fee was $383, but now they are charging $776. They claim to accept EFS and Comcheck, but many companies don’t use or support those systems. On top of that, they also charge a 4.5% fee on credit card payments. The man we dealt with, who goes by Anthony and claims to be the boss, refused to speak with us directly and avoided all communication. The way they are operating seems questionable and possibly illegal. So please be really careful while working with them.

I work with insurance and call tow yards daily, hands down this is the WORST business you can use. Absolutely terrible customer service. Tammy is a complete joke and should not be on the phone “helping” anyone. Update, just called again and nothing has changed. Terrible customer service and business practices. The management needs to really review how the front office is being operated.

Sucks getting your truck towed, sucks when your truck gets stolen, really sucks having to pay to get your stolen property back. They did their job and they did it relatively well. The situation still sucked though.

JHook has come to my aid twice in the last year for flats; one involved towing. They were timely, courteous, and very, very reasonable. They will be my go to service!

UPDATE.. I had to redo. Where my daughter had a great experience, my other daughter had an accident and it was still drivable but the tow truck was taking it anyway. Then they didn't let the boyfriend get their food which was just picked up and fresh. Out of the car and when I called to go get our dinner out of the car I was told it would cost 100 and that doesn't include what I would have to pay to get it the next day. When I got there the lady was pleasant and one of the guys was as well but someone took our food out of the car. Who steals food out of someone's wrecked car??? So 220 to get the car and 30 of food missing. Yall do better.

Brad came to our rescue on our road trip from Wisconsin! He was professional, patient, and even took us to the hotel across the street while we waited for our vehicle to be serviced. Highly recommend!

I didn't even want to add one star for this wracket of a business. One for the books. So. My car was stolen from in front of my home. This was on a Monday 3/25/2024 about 2am.. I called the cops, nothing for about three days, then I received a call from the Jacksonville police, stating that my car had been found, by the lonoke police. Supposedly , it was involved in a high speed chase, & had ended up in a ditch. When I spoke to the lonoke police they said basically the same thing about the chase and ended up being in a ditch and would need a few days to process it. And once it had been processed it would be released back to me through Jhook towing. Now it's Friday, they called me and said it was ready to be picked up. All the way in lonoke, my car just got stolen, and they insisted exact cash, And that it would end up 'ONLY' costing me $350 or so to get it back. While talking to this extremely sarcastic, very rude, woman she msd mentioned they that they close at 4pm and are closed on the weekend. It Sounded like she had a smile on her face. Lady was over the top rude. whatever, moving on. I only had a short time left. I took off work early, hoping to save any additional storage fee. But Nope. The entire day consisted of the runaround. Avoiding Till after 4pm. So Monday, I went to retrieve my vehicle. They wanted 568.68!! What?! Exact change and only except cash. WTH!? & it gets better, they couldn't tow it to my house until later, no time, Just. The Guy who took my money Couldn't remember how to write the breakdown, so he couldn't give me a receipt. And ontop of that, didn't return my driver's license. I had to call not only the lonoke police ( who had no record of the incident report) as well as Jhook several times, who are so rude and condescending, but I kept calling, until my vehicle was finally returned at 830 that night. My DL was not the center console like Jhook rep. Said it would. And the receipt dates, prices, and info was strangely inaccurate. Apparently the vehicle had been picked up just by my house off military Rd. In Jacksonville AR. Why did it end up in lonoke? Stranger still was the random stuff left in my vehicle. Even had infant clothes!? Duck calls!?what?? To top it off, after I made a complaint to the Attorney general, they responded by saying I refused to pick up my car, and that I had been trying to leave my car with them because I wouldn't pay. Boy oh boy. That's just down right a fabrication. Untrue. I tried to call to speak to the owner, I figured maybe he was unaware of what was going on, unfortunately the responses were rude, and I was even laughed at. WOW. I definitely would not recommend Jhook towing, especially, the lonoke location, $& especially not by choice.

Called Brittany to get information about my car possibly being in the yard, got hung up on twice . Said it was an emergency , they said they would basically take care of it then hung up. Extremely unprofessional. Told me to call at 8am. So I did, they told me they can’t help me until 8:30. So I called at 8:30, just to get told I was calling the wrong place . Then got mad I called so much . Brittany shouldn’t be answering phones if that’s how she speaks to people who’s in a tight situation. Just a weird power trip

Towed our truck without letting us know they are doing so and waited long enough to rack up a huge bill before they sent us certified mail notifying us that we need to pay a huge bill before they release the truck. I called and spoke to a lady named Tammie who I explained to that our driver had medical issues and that's why the truck was sitting at the same spot for weeks but she did not want to hear it or help us with the bill. After I gave up talking to this person with no soul I got hit with a bill that was double what the certified mail was showing. Long story short Tammie did not care at all about me disputing it and she even could not find any documents in her office showing that the certified mail was sent when she said it was sent (which pretty much confirms to me that they waited on purpose to rack up a bill). In the end I had to pay $3800 just to have my equipment released. Tammie should not work in customer service position for this company (or any company) and at the same time nobody should use these scammers. After seeing their google rating my story is not the only one of them taking advantage of people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We called today, because the owner of our bonding company is broken down outside of Little Rock. After hearing how far we needed to be towed, we were told we could not afford their services. I would name the employee, but we were not greeted properly. He came personally recommended by a passerby who stopped to check on us. I would not recommend doing business with someone like this. Bless his heart. He missed out on the $2900 cash requested due to his bad attitude.

Giving a one star is actually a compliment to this business. The Absolute worst service EVER! The ladies in the office were rude, reminding me that they close at 4 several several times. It’s obvious they don’t care about people and don’t care that we too are going through things. They need to find another job… it’s apparent they hate there job. They look miserable, act miserable and I would just prepare yourself before entering.

If I could give them a “0” I would. Car was towed due to tires on passenger side had blown. When I came to pick up car the employee was driving it on gravel to the front of shop, I immediately stopped him and asked why he was driving it when they charged me $50 to set the car out. His reply was “well they told me to set it out” went in the office and the lady instructed him that he was not to drive the car but to put it on a flat bed. The next employee came and put chains to pull the car onto truck, he placed the chains on tire rod which then cost me $300 to get fixed because they bent passenger side tire rod. I would never recommend using this company to anyone!!

If I could give them no stars I would. They don't deserve any. The owners wife is what I was told, is completely rude and sketchy. I have never dealt with someone with an attitude like hers. My car was impounded off the freeway on a Sunday because I ran over something in the road at 5am and blew out the back passenger tire. I wasn't waiting for help in the dark, so I left it but 3 hours later it was gone. I get it do your job and take it. I am in no way upset about it being towed what's messed up is you don't know who has it and no one was answering phones so I waited until Monday. So once I found it at Jhook I called and the lady on the phone said I would need to pay $335.50 to get the car out and gave me their address and hung up, never once did she say the price goes up everyday. Tuesday I'm scrambling to get the cash together. Wednesday I call again to make sure I had enough cash, Cindy on the phone told me to hold because she wanted to make sure she tells me the correct price.She came back on the phone and said that would be $383.25 and to bring my DL, I told her I thought it was $335 and thats when she told me there is a $50 a day charge each day. After we hung up I scrambled again to get the $383, and to make it clear THEY WANT IT IN EXACT CHANGE, suspicious to me, but anyways I get the $383 and go to their office. They asked what car was mine and i told them and the lady (owners wife is what I was told) said that will be $438, so in just the few hours I last spoke to someone it went up again. I told her that's not what Cindy told me a few hours ago. Owns wife then tells me "well she told you wrong and if you want your car it will have to be exact change". This is when my calmness begins to where off. I go back to the bank and get the rest. I go back pay her and then someone took me out to my car. My tow hook was missing and my front tire was now flat and no one wanted to confess or tell me who the driver was. I called another tow company to come get my car because by that time I was done with them. The guy who towed my car did find my hook up on the windshield and hood I’ll be giving 5 stars to East End towing. Once again not mad it was tow, I'm mad how the way I was treated, I went in nice and all I got back was attitude that was uncalled for. I hope I never have to do business with them again and I'll be sure not to recommend.

I have dealt with a lot of tow companies in over 20 years in the car business. This is the worst one. The managers disposition is as bad as it gets. We were told a car wasn’t wrecked J hook took our money and when I asked for a refund because I was told it wasnt wrecked,I was told it was my problem.

My car was towed from the scene of an accident on 12/7. It was paid for and delivered to my house on 12/8. Upon inspection at my house, it refused to start which was odd as it left the scene running. My mechanic jumped the battery and we learned that the hazard lights were left on the entire time JHook was in possession of it causing it to completely drain and die. I called JHook and received the complete run around from not just the staff but also the GM, Tim. One of the staff members informed me I needed to email Tim and the driver would pay for it out of their paycheck. Which I don’t agree with but if that’s how he chooses to run his business so be it. After finally hearing back from Tim, he told me he would get with his driver and see if he left them on. Obviously the driver said he didn’t as he would be losing money at that point. Tim claims there are no security cameras anywhere on or near his business that can validate his drivers claim. Tim is also extremely rude, demeaning and aggressive. DO NOT USE THEM if you don’t want to fork over more money for their errors.

We had been waiting for another company for over 3 hours when we called J Hook. They showed up within 15 minutes, loaded up the car and got my brother where he needed to be shortly after that. He said the driver was nice and professional. The woman I spoke to on the phone was honest about arrival times and also professional and nice. Great company and hopefully we won't need a tow in the future but if we do, we know who to call.

My daughter had surgery today and my car breaking down was the last thing I needed to happen. Paul was there within minutes of my call. He was the perfect gentleman. He made sure my car was taken care and made certain we were comfortable. He went the extra mile making my daughter cool and getting her water. I will be forever grateful.

we had a great experience with JHOOK towing. no one likes to have their RV break down and if ours ever does again in their area we will call them. He was very knowledgeable. explained things. made sure to not get our coach greasy.

My car was towed yesterday from the interstate due to an ice patch on the road. The police called them and they got my car up from a hill and took it to their towing place, which I was thankful for. I called to see how much it was for the whole service and they said 576$ in total (I got my car 6 hours after the accident happened, no extra days) I ask to give me detailed information about the charges and they told me they have a 200$ per hour fee. I completely understand that, but what wasn't right it's that they said I took 2 HOURS to get my car when it definitely didn't. When I was trying to get to understand why I was charged 2 hours, the general manager told us that they have cameras in their towing cars and he can verify the time. I told him that it would be really helpful if he could do that for me. I also said that I understand that they have hourly fee's + that it was inclement weather which I completely understand. However, as a customer if you provide a service for me and the charges don't align with what happened, it's normal for me to at least call to ask. Well, he refused to look at the tow truck camera and went on a rant on how he was going to take the 2 hours off, but he was going to add other charges and it was going to be more expensive. Come to find out it was 50$ cheaper when we came there... Very unprofessional and disappointed. However, the ACTUAL tow truck driver was very, very sweet and the ladies at the front desk too.
