I am so thankful I chose My city towing the job he did was amazing with no problem it took him only 20 minutes from when I called on a last minute time frame to pick my vehicle up my vehicle would not move nor go into neutral and it he handle that very well with no marks on my vehicle will definitely recommend and call him at any given time to tow my vehicles if you need someone to tow and is on time he is your guy also his charges are very cheap and he was very professional thank you again
If I could give this a 10 star I would. Tim was very helpful and efficient! He helped me find a mechanic in the area as well as picked my vehicle up and took it to the dealership!! If you have any tow needs this is the place to call!!
He was so professional, courteous, and helpful. I got confused about the address we were towing to, but he did not get upset. He was shocked when I added on a tip, but I always try to do that for small business owners. Would definitely recommend and would definitely call again, if needed.
Excellent service. I pray I never need to be towed anywhere else, but if I need to be, I will definitely give them a call. Timiya was very patient and understanding with the wait time we endured dealing with dealership where my car was being delivered. She was very kind. Her and Chris took very good care of my car loading and unloading it. I am very grateful for all the thoughtful work that was put into getting my car loaded safely into their tow truck.
I had the pleasure of being helped on a hot and unexpected day! Not only did I receive a prompt answer but service as well. My Transportation business would gladly recommend and reuse time and again. The pricing was fair and affordable, the concern to transport my vehicle was met with care as if it was their own.
I had a really frustrating experience with this guy. Honestly, I’ve never met someone so disrespectful in the service industry. This alone should have made me find someone else, but I was in a pinch and needed someone fast which he could do. We had a written bill of sale for removing junk cars from a property, and we agreed on a price for everything. He paid a little over half upfront and said he’d pay the rest a few days later.
But then he never paid the second half, claiming that scrap prices dropped. He came up with a bunch of excuses that had nothing to do with our agreement. In the end, he stiffed me and took off with a lot of junk cars for way less than we agreed on.
On top of that, again, he was just generally rude and didn’t treat his employees well either. I’m sure he’ll try to respond to this review with some nonsense, but I know what happened. It’s hard to believe anyone would give him five stars based on his attitude alone. Just be careful if you’re thinking about using his services. He'll even claim up front you're the shady one as part of his negotiation tactic.

Great towing service, we are from Chicago going to Texas and are truck stoped working. Called him and he was the best, and was moving fast. He took us to different places to see where they would fix it . Even made a joke to calm us down very friendly. Recommend him 100%

This guy came up here to drop off a couple of sheds he saw that I had a vehicle that was off in some dirt he offered to get it out of the trees that I had growing up around it and get it up on the pavement where I just got done and he did it for a very fair price I would definitely recommend using this man for your next towing Nate

Bought a car from out of state for my daughter. Called and Timothy answered right away. Worked his schedule out on short notice to pick up the car at a convenient time from the sellers. Very polite. This company is AWESOME! Tow & a Fix! I called My City Towing at 7:53AM - They FIXED MY CAR and I was able to make it to work by 10:45AM!!
Tim picked me & my vehicle up DOWNTOWN. He towed my car (during morning rush hour traffic) to his shop. They were able to DIAGNOSE the problem within minutes. I thought for sure I would have to tow it home, get a ride to work and figure out what the problem was later on.
