I can’t say enough about this company. I was traveling alone and in an unfamiliar location when I had to have my rental car towed. Jerry came to the rescue and calmed my nerves with his jokes and talking about grand kids. He even helped me argue at the rental place when I picked up a new car when they were giving me a hard time.

The truck operator that towed my car has an awesome personality. He is resourceful and informative. I love his jokes. This is reason for exceptional service. Excellence!. Because if you don't have a outgoing and fun truck operator then your experience of getting your car towed wouldn't be fun. I loved his attitude!!!. He also teaches moral lessons about leaving your keys with your vehicle for truck operators to do their job correctly :-). This is the reason for good service.
My car was towed from the Razorback game for parking garage illegally. The worst part is they broke my car then Zach said he will fix it however he did not just put the same part back on . That car is something I worked very hard for now ill be fixing something they could have easily fixed shook my hand gave me his word I guess my idea of fixing is replacing the part you broke not trying to cover it up .
Better off calling God for help. Called for a town and was placed on a 7 min hold. No one returned to the phone. Called back, someone picked up and IMMEDIATELY hung up the phone in my face. Avoid this place
The lady that picked up the phone today (8-28-25) was very rude!I I called in trying to sell a couple leads, the call wssn't even for her and she just hung up without allowing me to even speak. This lady needs to find another job that she's actually good at! I wouldn't recommend this towing compant at all. Rude staff.
I can’t say enough good things about this company. Truck sat in another shop three weeks and left with the same problem in de-rate etc. Terrible situation. These guys came out after midnight to check it out, picked up the parts the next day, & had it repaired in less than 3 hrs once they picked up the parts. Zero issues. Incredible service!
I want to thank you for the service 365 Towing & Recovery provided me this past Wednesday night, 04/23/25. The fine young man, Kelley, that came to help me was great! He was there earlier than anticipated, helped me realize it wasn’t the end of the world and he had my car home within I think it was less than a 2 hour window of time. I was able to track him on my phone from the time he was given the assignment and onto my home where he dropped my vehicle. Kelley was very professional, explained everything that he was doing and gave me guidance in what to do next. I hope the owner understands how valuable this agent is to the company because it means everything, especially women who feel alone in these difficult situations, to have someone like this show up! Very poor service, driver so knew he hadn’t gotten his first check, operating a semi wrecker. They come towed my flatbed with semi n had a wreck n my wrecker that was being towed sustained 8000 of damage. 365 towing driver come around curve with semi wrecker plus my wrecker n got in oncoming traffic lane, making lady hit my truck n go down it . This been two months. Officer gave no one a ticket n 365 insurance said after an investigation if they got no ticket they not taking responsibility. Leaving my wrecker wit 8 k of damage. Owner of this company at wreck site said he’s going to reimburse me for tow.450.00. Days later says he’s changed his mind since I wouldn’t let them take my wrecker n fix it themselves. So beware of these guys… I have to sue them now I’m only left with. I filed tow board complaint this morning… call someone else people, telling u, don’t use them
I wanted to say thank you so much for being opened very friendly and sent out a driver with no problem to pick up my daughter. When said open 24hrs they mean it drop off your location and I promise you they are there. I THANK YOU AGAIN you have a customer in me even if that means towing from my front door to my back door. From what started as a bad day ended so much better thanks to Jerry! From no fault of his own my insurance company gave the tow truck company the wrong address. I was able to call Jerry and give him the right address and he arrived promptly. Out of all of the tow experiences I’ve had in the last 10 years, Jerry by FAR was the most knowledgeable, professional!! He walked me through everything from the beginning and his expertise was phenomenal he definitely earned a raise!! Very passionate about his job. THANK YOU Jerry for all of your help! 10/10 recommend!! I know who I’ll be calling if I ever find myself in a tow bind again!
My family got a tow from a guy Jan 21st I get off work I see him sitting in front the house I was trying talk to him see what was going on he was being rude I asked how much the tow cost I was gone pay for it he mumbles 198 I called my family member to come outside they only gave him 50 he had a gun on his hip I felt disrespected because I'm a black man and he's a white man he felt like it was ok almost hit me with the door once I got my family member to wake up I wouldn't recommend going to these guys who carry guns on deliveries

My car was totaled about 2 weeks ago and 365 towed and stored it till my insurance took over. When I went to clean out my car the office staff was especially friendly and kind, They said they understood when people have their cars wrecked they need special consideration. When I went back to retrieve my license plate they had someone get it off my car and had it waiting at the office for me. Little things make a difference!

My radiator busted on my semi and I called 365 towing to come tow me they said they would tow me for 500 if I let them fix my truck and I agreed think they were good for business. When they got me to the shop I got a room and they called me the next day to tell me that the only radiator that they could find was for 2500$ and they would charge 2000$ to put it on really taking advantage of my situation so we agreed to 4k. So they put the radiator on and didn’t clean my airlines out and cause my ac to stop working and my ac compresser to go out and they put my hood on wrong so every time I shut my hood not know they had put it on wrong it was slamming against my condenser and cracked the condenser causing my air to go out again they charged me 2100 to fix that they charged me over 2000 to fix the ac compressor and get the air lines cleaned and replaced the dry filter so all I did by going to there shop was ending up spending more money than I would’ve if I had only went to Kenworth. And there mechanic is not a certified Diesel technician so you better just go to dealer and save yourself some money. Good bless you on your journey thank me later

Got my semi stuck in a soft spot in the grass so I called them to pull it out. They were the most expensive (hundreds of dollars more )but could come out the quickest. Needless to say I spent about $800 to get my truck pulled about 10 feet back halfway out the mud and they ripped my bumper off as officers watched and they denied causing any damage and left. The driver told me it was from a wreck that I never had and that’s why they gave me the discounted price (the same price they quoted me over the phone )and I should just zip tie it back on. I called the next day and they also told me they had pictures of before and after. Once I requested pictures and notified them that I also have pictures they refused to send the pictures and hung up in my face. They are scammers and liars that do bad business and will be hearing from my lawyer. The worst part is that this Job was done by the OWNER of the company. You get what you pay for isn’t always true sometimes the only thing you get is ripped off. Just a call a reputable company and be done you’ll come out cheaper and less damage.
Stranded four hours from home at 1 in the morning due to car damage from hitting an animal. Customer service was excellent and so kind. There were five adults with us and due to the time of night, no ubers available. Zac the owner, and his tow truck driver went out of his way to make sure we all got to a hotel safely. The next day they were very helpful and allowed us in, on a holiday to get all of our stuff out of the car. They also, were available for the tow truck from our hometown to come and get our car the same day. Highly recommend this service for any of your needs.
They don't know how to tow the chains was loose on the truck and took 30 minutes just to get unloaded But he used to work for a toy company so that means when he gets here he'll be loved nettrucks at my truck and unload them wherever it's going

The photos are from the driver the night of the tow and what my sister found the following day. I requested a late night tow while working so communication was discontinuous. Initially I thought it was a hit and run but NO impact damage. Accidents happen I completely understand. But they still billed me without notice of the BOTCHED JOB. I had to call 365 towing for them to blame the auto shop saying my bumper was loose already. Regardless it was intact until the towing was completed. That excuse is INVALID with their LACK of accountability. I had to FORCE that information out of them. Believe 365 towing is family owned so they’ll cover themselves before admitting any WRONGDOING. BAD BUSINESS
Wonderful customer service. Russell came and helped us, made sure we were safe and comfortable, explained what he was going to do and was very professional and efficient. Great experience (as good as an experience can be when you need a tow truck). Highly Recommend.
Excellent customer service. Tow truck arrived earlier than expected. Zac, the driver, was great. He stayed and chatted till my ride came. He got my car to the Mercedes service dept after hours. I was called this morning to let me know that my car was there and would be taken car of.
Heather in dispatch was very honest about the wait time and understanding of my situation. However she had a driver who got free and immediately called me and was there in 10 minutes. After 3 hours of waiting on another wrecker and then getting cancelled, this was a huge relief. Heather was awesome and driver was super fast arriving, hooking up, and transporting. Great experience with these guys and they are 24 hours.
Very good job. What I've seen nationwide in the extreme weather very reasonable prices. Driver was very patient and polite in this stressful situation. Had to have my Corvette towed. The tow truck driver was very concerned about not doing any damage to the car. Their price was lower than most towing companies I've had to deal with in the past. Will definitely be using them again.
Went through my insurance company for Emergency Roadside Assistance and the response was fast with an initial phone call ASAP to check on me/my family & to make sure all info and needed services were accurately detailed. My phone died mid-call which is why I visited their site. I had to get their number to call them from a different phone
Yep, that was a long day, but, sometimes simply waiting on "emergency" assistance turns INTO your whole day, so, thankfully, I was not at all at risk of that happening too! Great experience. Friendly call. Super helpful and kind tech that came out to help! Other than that initial call and the actual service, I had no other experiences or interactions with them as my insurance company handled everything mostly from their end of things. Overall, it was the best possible scanario for such a not-so-ideal situation!
