The driver (Allen) was prompt and very courteous. He backed my vehicle into the driveway as well as I could’ve parked it myself. Excellent service and friendly from dispatch to drop off. Definitely recommend.
The guy that came to my rescue was more than professional proficient and quick. He came and got the job done and had me home before I could blink all a while having a down on earth conversation, which I enjoy overall if I could give more stars I would! I’d give ten stars if I could! My car had a flat and was stuck in thick ice for a week. The first company that came told me they couldn’t help and would that I would have to wait until it thaws. 365 Towing had it out in ten minutes! A++ service!
Jeremy was great, he was honest and explained all the details of the tow. My car was in a snowy steep ditch and he knocked it out with no damage to my vehicle. I hope I never get my car stuck again but if I do I know who I’m calling. Additionally the dispatchers were also very friendly and understanding.
Got myself stuck in a deep snow drift trying to get to work. They were able to come quickly. The driver took the time and made a lot of effort to get my vehicle out without damage. All in the snowy COLD! It was 18° out! AMAZING service. I wish I would have gotten his name. He was so nice and considerate!
My experience with 365 Towing was good. The driver reached out to me confirmed the issue with my truck and then showed up to check them resolve the issues. I am glad they were able to take care of the things that the truck needed.
I cannot express enough gratitude for Jeremy and 365 towing!! My hvac unit went out during the storm and the temperature in my house got dangerously low. I was stuck in a different state due to the weather but my pet sitter and our animals were inside the house and unable to leave because the roads weren’t safe enough. We needed a space heater to keep them warm overnight until our hvac unit could get serviced. Jeremy tried several different stores and was able to get one of the last space heaters at Home Depot and deliver it safely to our home and saved our pet sitter and animals from extreme cold!! This also saved our pipes from bursting! And all of this was done in less than a hour and a half of my initial call. He and the company kept me updated at every step of the way. This was not a usual roadside service call, and I am incredibly thankful for his ability and willingness to help us!!! Thank you Jeremy and thank you 365 Towing!! Truly outstanding service in our dire time of need! You saved us!!
They arrived quicker than I thought. The tow guy had a handy battery charger . He advised me to get a battery instead of towing to auto repair shop. Bought a $250 battery and was off. Thank you Carshield and Towing service. Tow guy also recommended where to get a portable battery charger
The ladies in the office are awesome. They explained to me exactly what I Needed to do to get my vehicle out the Tow yard. I really respected their professionalism and kindness. Kindness is hard to come by these days. Plus their prices are the cheapest around in my opinion. Not to mention they got the cutest dog in the office with them. He looks just like Beethoven.. Didn't catch his name but timing couldn't have been better. Accidentally locked FOB in the truck running w the twins traveling back to NWA. Could've been a long cold expensive experience however the driver was so helpful and as soon as he heard there were kids in it he went right at it without even a prompt he saved our whole trip. The experience was very pleasant. It took around 30 minutes for the person to get to the location. He went straight to putting on the spare. I was very grateful for it being timely.
Individuals in the office were excellent. Went the extra mile to locate us and get the assistance we needed. Allen, the truck driver was also exceptional. He arrived quickly and went right to work. He worked quickly to move our vehicle away from the traffic and securing it to move to the auto service we selected. Would highly recommend this company to others.

I locked my keys in the car. Since I am on portable oxygen and had already used a lot when shopping, his response was very quick. He knew his job and unlocked my car with efficiently. He was a very good technician.
Alan had my car on the back of his truck without speaking to me on 1/7/25, he called me after he had my vehicle already loaded no confirmation call. They can’t seem to drop cars straight leaving them crooked. Company is careless and money hungry and Zach is unprofessional. I’ll never use them again.

Jerry was my driver and he was great! My car over heated on the on ramp and he found me and took my car safely where I needed it. Jerry was kind through it all. I hope I don’t have to use their services any time soon but if I do I’ll be calling them back.

I had an excellent experience! He was on time, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to not only tow my BMW but also recharged the battery for me, offered to show me how he did it and recommended reputable auto shops to get secondary quotes on work that needed to be done. I will definitely use this company again if I ever need another car towed.
I was very impressed with the service I received. They showed up quickly and was able to attach my vehicle and pull it out of my garage quickly and get it to the designation in a timely manner.

The truck operator that towed my car has an awesome personality. He is resourceful and informative. I love his jokes. This is reason for exceptional service. Excellence!. Because if you don't have a outgoing and fun truck operator then your experience of getting your car towed wouldn't be fun. I loved his attitude!!!. He also teaches moral lessons about leaving your keys with your vehicle for truck operators to do their job correctly :-). This is the reason for good service.
