Dishonest and Unprofessional - Avoid at All Costs!
This company gave me a super cheap quote over the phone for a simple tow in North Little Rock, AR. However, when the driver arrived and it was time to pay, the price was completely different. They added on all kinds of extra "fees" and "charges" that were never mentioned during our initial conversation.
It's clear they use this bait-and-switch tactic to get customers. The final price was nearly double the original quote. I felt completely scammed and taken advantage of. Save yourself the headache and go with a more honest company, even if they're a few dollars more upfront. The cheap price isn't worth the final bill or the headache of dealing with a dishonest business.
I absolutely do not recommend this service, and I strongly advise you not to use them. There are far more transparent and trustworthy towing companies in the North Little Rock area
They have pulled my loaded gasoline tanker out of a driveway that started sinking. Three wreckers show up and pull my pete out with no damage. Put another pete tanker in the ditch on exit 10 all you could see from the road was the top of my ladder,they showed up pulled me out . I wouldn't call anyone else.
Don't use MidState Wrecker Service. Robert Jackson is refusing to pay for damages that his employees caused to my vehicle...I paid $400.00 for them to do $3,680.88 in damages to my property...They are incompetent as a wrecker service...
Robert Jackson is refusing to pay for damages to my vehicle. Don't use thier services. They dont have insurance if they damage your vehicle. There driver did extensive damage to my vehicle and refused to pay for the repairs. I now have to take them to court to recover my loses.
I witnessed these untrained people pulled my fiancé trailer out of a ditch TWICE and damaged and popped a tire and charged $400.. Immediately informed the manager of the damage that his untrained workers to fix the repairs from a brand new trailer and refused calls and text.. this is an very unprofessional place... Most people would do right especially if they damaged your equipment... RUNNNNNNNN from this place and definitely do not speak with Robert.... UNACCEPTABLE... I will report to this Better Business Bureau. And the City General Office if this is not repaired...
