My truck was totaled this company took it which is fine. But they are thieves. Stole wallet and made fraudulent purchases with my credit card. And refused to give the wallet back with my bank card, drivers license and credit cards.
Lady who answers the phone is rude and a poor communicator. If you have a bad day don't take it out on your customers. She basically sounds like she doesn't want to be there. You should show her how to communicate with costumers who is finding a scarp yard so they bring you their business or encourage her to quit so she isn't part of the problem in people's lives since she can't get over her own problems. Customers are reaching out to your business to see if you are the solution to their car problem. People who don't want to pay for a pricey brand new parts will go to scrap yards. You treat them right then they will come back cause you most likely will be part of the solution to their problems. I called 12/08/23 at 2:30p
The best scrapyard in arkansas that few know about. Matching the big t across town without the 45 min WAIT. They sell trailers if they got em cheap. Just the best people. Thanks Amanda and Chris.
I found the used parts I needed for my car and at cheapest price after researching other businesses (online & local)! They even had chili cheese hotdogs on the day I was there! Awesome folks...
We broke down on Arkansas River Bridge with our truck pulling a camper and they came to our rescue and helped us out tremendously. Very respectful and Great service!!
They are so organized, and considering their multiple businesses all in one place, they never seem to get frustrated or rude with customers. Every time I have gone, I have been offered either a discount or gotten extra assistance for no reason other than they want to help. The only negative? I really wish their hours were more flexible.
Bought my first car there ..over 25 years ago.. great place and service..prices are great.. recommend them to everyone that need a used part.. check them out first..
Great people with awesome service and the kindness from the entire staff up to the owner was top notch, couldn't have asked for a better group of folks. They made a horrible situation easier to deal with and they were just absolutely kind and generous on top of it.

called asked about some rims for a truck they said they had them in a bin
they lie!!! there 8 truck beds full of rims of all makes and years not any way to find one with out having to move a few hundred wheels and tire all buy your self!! no help I have had 7 back surgery's I cant be moveing every tire and wheel they have to find one rim that they mite not even have anymore that's right they don't even know what they have never ever use them I would not ever go there again unless its with the E.P.A. to report all the violations I saw oil and what looked like gas floating over water in a small creek running right through the middle of the wrecking yard lots of oils several cars worth at least and I was only 40 feet inside the gate
I have been buying parts and using their towing service for over 30 years. They will bend over backwards to earn your business. They go out of their way to make their customers happy.
Just used Harrison & Son wrecker service. Came right out and rescued me. They took my truck home. Put it in the yard in a really tight space. Not a scratch. Real Pro. Very nice folks as well.
