Recently, during a family road trip, we experienced a blow-out on a tire on our six passenger rental van. We found ourselves in unknown territory and we were put in touch with Redline Auto and Towing for help! I am extremely grateful that the Redline Auto and Towing representative that I spoke with over the phone was very compassionate and helpful. She worked hard to ensure that through a coordinated effort all six passengers in our van as well as the disabled vehicle, were transported off the side of the dark and dangerous road to safety. What do you call an individual who during a stranger’s moment of need, exhibits grace and goes beyond the call of duty to meet that need? Her name is Mallory but we think of her as our angel! Our experience with Redline Auto and Towing out of Paragould, Arkansas was a positive one from the time I spoke with Mallory until the driver, Austin showed up! They truly were there when we needed them most. Thank you Mallory and Austin!

I work at a local auto shop in Monette AR. Redline has towed vehicles to us before. I was wondering if there was someone that lived in the area that drives a tow truck so it wouldn't be as costly coming from paragould or jonesboro for some customers.

I was stuck in the middle of nowhere Missouri at 10pm in the pouring rain. I was paired with Redline through my insurance. I called to give them more details of the situation, and the gentleman I spoke with’s first concern was if I was in a safe area. As a woman traveling alone, I really appreciated it. He also gave me more safety tips while I was waiting for a truck. They got me fixed right up and sent me on my way. I could not have been more pleased with a scary and stressful situation! Had my work van break down in Poplar Bluff. My work got in touch with Redline who sent Austin out to get me and my van. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had using any service. Austin was professional and overall good guy and should honestly get a raise for his work ethic/people skills alone. The 3 1/2 hour drive back to Clarksville went by easy. I would recommend this company 100% just based on that interaction and if I ever break down in Missouri again (hopefully not) I will definitely go with this company again!

My car broke down about 175 Mi outside of St Louis on the highway. After calling AAA Redline Towing called me before I was even off the phone with AAA telling me they were going to be on the way I thought I would only get part of the way home based on my AAA package but Redline knew better and was able to get me all the way to St Louis they got there on time on a Sunday afternoon which is a lot to ask of anybody even if they are on call. The driver Chad and his wife were very friendly people and gave my dog and I a ride to St Louis efficiently professionally and safely I couldn't have been in better hands thank you again for getting me out of a terrible situation

We had gone to Paragould to pick up a car. On our way home to Okean the car started having issues and died right on the outskirts of Paragould. Chad Lenderman, a driver for Redline, just happened to come by. He let us borrow a chain to pull the car a short distance so we could get it off the road. We ended up having him tow it to Okean. Highly recommend this driver and this company! He got it loaded and delivered within an hour.

I had to use roadside assistance for the first time in my life today. And I have to say that Red line towing was great!!! Very professional, very nice and super quick!!! From my first phone call to progressive it might have taken 45 minutes in total for my car to get home. And I was sent texts and a phone call to check on the service I was getting. And for my first experience like this I have to say it was great! Thank you everyone!!!

This towing company is amazing!. We were stranded roadside, and they found us pronto. Austin was the towing truck driver and he was super helpful! He was professional in manner, and knowledgeable regarding local service centers. We were towed to one garage that could not help us for 3 days, and Austin got on the phone and found us someone to look at our car that night! We were so fortunate to have discovered Redline!

Even though our roadside assistance contractor was not going to provide adequate compensation to Redline Auto and Towing, Redline went over and above when we were in distress. They helped us to get off the road by securing another tow company to come to our aid. Redline demonstrated to me that they really cared when our own insurance company's roadside assistance was failing miserably. I very much appreciate the help you offered!

My radiator blew Thanksgiving day, called recline. They came @ instead of taking advantage of the situation, they told me I could put water in it @ pet it all the way home. This company is awesome for their punctuality @ fairness. My thanks to them!!

I had car troubles at 2 am at the side of a highway and wanted a tow. RedLine Auto came to my rescue. Thomas, the driver who came to my aid, is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Thank you Redline for coming to unlock our truck, in the middle of nowhere when the dogs locked us out of the truck. Fortunately the truck was running, and obviously the keys were in it. The gentleman who came to our rescue was a veteran and he was quick, friendly and had the door open in seconds. We appreciate him very much. Would absolutely recommend!

Went in to have mufflers cut off my vehicle and just have pipe welded in and the very next day was leaking no biggy called they said they'd fix it about 2 days after that more leaks and now my exhaust vibrates all the time having someone else fix this issue

Not only did this company drop off my vehicle to the wrong shop to be fixed, they caused over 1000 bucks in damage to my vehicle. I have you on surveillance video! See you in court!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I BEG YOU.

They went above and beyond. I just moved here and was having trouble finding anyone and to tow my hunk of junk ford car, and well I gave them a shot and they didn’t disappoint. Thank you again for the quality service you provided.

I don't remember the gentlemans name that helped me but he done an amazing job my truck broke down on hwy 49 and it was in a bad spot I called the company to inform that I had a ride that will pick me cuz I had groceries and left the truck and not even 10 minutes later he called me to let me know he was about to my house to drop off my truck he was nice and kind thank goodness for roadside assistance keep up the good work

Did a very terrible install on my exhaust for my truck. They were very quick and we're available the day I wanted it done but it was so terrible I was afraid to take it back and have it done correctly. I paid mid south muffler to cut everything out and to install my muffler correctly. I actually have exhaust hangers and no more leaks now that it's done correctly. My truck sounds better than ever thanks to them.

VERY DANGEROUS BUSINESS, THEY COULD HAVE GOTTEN ME KILLED!!!! They moved one of my fuses, resulting in me not having tail lights while driving in The dark!!! The spark plug was still good, just moved after a disagreement with the manager...My car broke down while driving so I used my roadside assistance, that's how I ended up using Redline. When they came to pick up my car to tow it to a shop the driver recommended their shop, telling me they'll beat the price of the other shop that I was going to tow it to. I just moved here so I took his advice. When I called after I had not received an update on my vehicle, I was told what the problem was and given a time that it would be ready. When that time came and went with no call from the company, I called back to get another update on my vehicle, I was cussed at and hung up on when I asked to speak to the manager, and this was the manager cussing and hanging up on me!!! When I went to pick up my car the same manager who was so extremely rude on the phone, made sure he saw me before giving me my keys. This is when I had a grown 40-something year old man literally get in my face, stick his finger an inch from my face, and proceed to cuss me out in a very loud tone. This was in front of 3 other of the employees, but of course no customers were left in the office. He then gave me a price $100 more than what i was told over the phone, which i refused to pay. He finally ended up honering the previously given price and i left quickly. The next night while diving home from work at 10:30pm, i was pulled over for having no tail lights. When my husband checked my fuses he discovered that one had been deliberately moved by redline employees!!! I could have been killed or seriously injured, as well as someone else from this extremely unprofessional, and ILLEGAL action. DO NOT USE REDLINE, THEY ARE A VERY DANGEROUS BUSINESS!!! I filed a police report, but since I had no direct evidence there was nothing they could do, so I'm doing this and telling others. I later found out about another similar experience that happened to an acquaintance of mine, where they messed with another persons fuses too!!! This is so uncalled for, out of control, and the most appalling business I've ever come across in my life. You dont mess with people's vehicles, my life was put in jeopardy due to the severely illegal actions of this company! Tampering with someone's vehicle is a crime, what's wrong with you people, you're going to get someone hurt or even killed!!! STAY AWAY FROM REDLINE!!!!!

Best experience I have ever had. I got an exhaust on my truck and I got it so cheap. The service was great and fast.They have great management I would recommend this place for anyone wanting exhaust, a stereo, truck accessories etc. Thankyou Redline for such a great experience.

Management not cooperative. Asked for a price before work started. That didn't happen. Price was %50 more than he told me in the first place. Manager yell and cussed at me and my white while kids were in to store then proceeded to tell me never to come back. Not a problem with that I don't plan to. I wish I could give less than one star
