I got caught in a rough spot about 30 minutes outside of Paragould on a Sunday. The gentleman I spoke to had a tow truck on scene within 30 minutes and charged me a very affordable price. They treated me with respect and was completely professional. 5/5 would recommend and will use again if I get caught in a bind
These people were really nice. My husband did most of the talking while we were there, we purchased a car from a guy off of market place & the vehicle had been towed by this company. They towed the vehicle out for us bc the wheel was off of it, and turns out it wouldn't go into gear! They were very patient and even came out to try and help my husband.

Very disappointed in the lack of integrity Rudi's Towing displayed in my experience with them. One of my trucks had to be towed from a lDOT inspection and their company was called . They charged me 3 times the amount of other local towing services in the area . Almost $2100 to be exact. My interactions with Hannah Rudi were also rude and unprofessional. A complaint with the Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board has been filed.

It was a pleasure working with the staff in the office and outstanding work by the operator on the rotator.

My stolen vehicle was recovered by the police and they called Rudi’s towing without my knowledge and Rudi’s picked it up in town and might have driven a mile or 2 and held it hostage for over $300 and they had it in there possession for 18 hrs or less and charged storage, the Mayor needs to know about this scheme being subjugated on the citizens of Paragould, to be honest they’re no different than the thieves who stole my vehicle at least they didn’t cost me any real money but you best believe Rudi’s made out like a bandit by holding my vehicle hostage and are taking advantage of a situation that gives an appearance of possible improprieties with obscene tow fees that is made possible by their contract with the city of Paragould. No tow company in there right mind charges that kind of money for a simple hook up and go with nothing out of the ordinary to be done, I’ve been made a victim twice and I hate it for other victims who’ve been taken advantage of and as for Rudi’s pigs get fed but hogs get slaughtered, stop being greedy so you can maintain a honest business that provides a good service for a reasonable price because you’re never gonna win in the long run taking advantage of your customers who are in situations outside of their control and no grace or humanity is shown, only greed and cronyism observed
Stayed on their website that they had over 40 years of experience yet this is what I got. When I called and asked for the driver's name, they refused to tell me. When confronted about the damage they denied it and said that they "personally" looked at the car and there was no damage. I told them I could send the video and pictures of the damage and they said that there was no need because there was no way they made the damages. The muffler is now hanging and the entire bottom of the car in the back is scratched. Absolutely worst experience. So, Rudi's Towing Company, since you have refused to look at the video and pictures because you claimed that there could not possibly be damage, here they are for you.

I needed a tow out of state and Rudi's was the only tow company I could find that could tow my vehicle . The lady I spoke with was very courteous and polite. The driver called me and communicated before and after. Very nice guy . I appreciate everything Rudi's has done for me.
Guy who answers phone on weekends is unpleasant unprofessional and rude. Says 24 hours a day lies all lies yeah they might tow after hours but thats about it. Can't give you any prices cause office is closed cant go get your vehicle from their lot unless convenient for them. I could even get a price on what it would cost to come get my vehicle off their lot cause nobody is in the office. FIX YOUR AD TO STATE THAT WE ONLY TOW 24 HOURS!!
Great service from the team and clean and friendly environment for shopping and pet friendly atmosphere. 5+++++ Rosie is at home within the confines of the building and enjoys every moment of it. Occasionally she has been able to make new friends along the way.
I moved to Arkansas 1 month ago today and have had to use them twice already! They have showed up fairly quickly for where I needed them and completed the job with care. The price was more than fair and they were friendly!
I lost my engine and all electrical in my international school bus (registered as an RV) on 55 just south of Blytheville. Rudi’s was the only company in the area that had a truck big enough to tow me. Rudi’s really came to my rescue. Not only did they come in the nick of time before a storm front but the driver (Matt I think) offered a couple great suggestions on where I could go to try to work on the bus myself or possibly schedule work. I ended up having work done by Mark’s Roadside Service and now the bus is back in action. Thanks guys!
Great group of folks here. From a simple oil change to a large vehicle rollover. These guys can take care of it and treat you with service and courtesy that you don't find in businesses in today's time. So if you in need of help give them a call.

Very quick response time for a tow, Dustin is a very professional driver and employee, very clean wrecker truck inside and out. A+ service. The best wrecker service that i ever dealt with in my 13 years as an over the road truck driver. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.
