Friendly and quick

Horrible customer service. Called for some leaf springs for a Z71. Guy refused to look them up because I wasn’t sure if my bed length was 59 or 63 inches. The leaf springs are exactly the same. Said “I ain’t gonna look them up if you don’t know exactly what you’ve got.” Sorry to waste your time. I won’t make that mistake again.

Will never be back. Was looking to buy a used tire and the guy demanded I leave. Unprovoked rudeness is unacceptable.

Man who answers phone immediately says nope don't have it. There's not even enough time for him to look before he says nope. Gives the impression your not important enough to take his time.
