What clients say about Indian Gardens Cafe & Market in West Sedona (AZ)

Excellent market/cafe combo with beautiful garden seating nestled perfectly on the route to Sedona! I stopped here on a road trip because it was dog friendly and carried the yerba mates I like, and ended up staying and ordering a coffee and lunch because the ambiance was so lovely. The cortado was an excellent lil sip to wash down the grilled cheese (add tomato) I ordered. Me and my pups enjoyed a nice little hang in the garden area, and they had a dog yard stocked with poop bags outside of the garden area so this is a good spot to stop and “go” and stretch your legs if you’re traveling with pets!

Great coffee and quality. Ordered it extra hot and it was still perfectly balanced, not burnt. Enjoyed sipping hot coffee on their patio in the chilly weather

Stop by here with family as we were visiting them in Arizona. A great little stop! If fantastic outdoor eating area in the back. Good beer selection. Simple but good food menu. We got the grilled cheese with bacon. Very tasty! Definitely would recommend this spot while in Sedona!

This place is the gem of Sedona! Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. Breakfast was fantastic and the service was quick and friendly. The garden patio is a great spot to sit and sip coffee or eat a meal! I love sharing this place with friends, who always enjoy it as much as I do! Recommendations: Huevos rancheros, biscuits and gravy, French toast.

I have always enjoyed going to Indian Gardens for the beautiful and relaxing patio. Whenever I come up Sedona, I try to go to get a sandwich and coffee. Usually, the sandwiches are really tasty and satisfying. However, this most recent visit was just ‘meh.’ The sandwich had one slice of turkey, a couple of slices of bacon, paper thin, dry bread, spicy, flavorless sauce for $20 bucks! If it was half that price, then I would understand but $20 for a slice of turkey and some bacon! The coffee was good, the ambience is good, but the food isn’t worth the money. Sad because it used to be really good.

I want to cry knowing I live 16 hours from this place and the best Chai Tea Latte I have had in my life. Croissants, from what I believe reading another review, were in fact made with some kind of angels tears. The workers are so kind, the food was fantastic and fresh. Go and experience it for yourself you will not be disappointed. Chai Tea Latte Order: Iced Chai Tea Latte with Oat milk and Hazelnut

Indian Gardens is a must do every time we visit Sedona! Quaint cafe, pleasant staff, great food and drinks! Find a table out back to sit and enjoy the view, the flowers, and the hummingbirds!

Stopped here on the way to Sedona from Williams, Arizona and the wait was so long. It could be because it was MLK day and a holiday weekend. We got our coffee to go. They still had their seasonal drinks, peppermint mocha and gingerbread lattes. They use house made syrup for the gingerbread and it was really good. We didn’t get food as the line was too long, we had kids with us, and it smelled like septic tank outside (could be because we sat in the table outside closest to the kitchen). Overall, the back outdoor seating is truly wonderful. It’s super green with bistro lights facing the mountain. This whole area is super pretty. Didn’t get a chance to try the food but it does look good. Service was friendly too. They also have kombucha and organic meats you can buy to go. There was always a long line to use the bathroom too.

What an absolute treat. Came her with my pup for some breakfast and the baristas were so nice and friendly. Wi the a pet enter through the side door. I had the breakfast sandwich and added bacon in it. So delicious! The sourdough bread was toasted perfectly and all the ingredients paired nicely and tasted really fresh. Parking lot is huge and across the street is access to the lovely river. Highly recommend for breakfast!

It’s tempting to stop here for breakfast on the way down from Grand Canyon or Flagstaff . It is picturesque and close to the stream. However, I’d recommend continuing to Sedona proper for a better deal on breakfast. Our breakfast plate arrived with cold bacon and potatoes, only the eggs were warm. Another person got their ham sandwich without ham. At least they have a Ganesha figurine in the bathroom.

inor (sorry for the horrible misspelling of this name) was INCREDIBLE! been coming to this spot for years now and it’s the most lovely and cozy lil garden to enjoy a fresh meal and sun rays

A really nice place to stop and enjoy a meal while spending a day in Sedona. We sat outside among the trees in fall foliage. I had a tasty Brie and bacon sandwich with a cappuccino.

Indian Gardens cafe was an absolute delight! The breakfast burrito and ham & egg muffin were delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal after exploring Sedona (The patio itself is worth the visit.). The staff was friendly and attentive. Would recommend and will definitely come back.

Quick stop here today because they were closing in a few minutes. They allowed us to stay over closing time in the back garden that is so quaint and beautiful. We got some desert and coffee. Both delicious and the staff were super nice. We will be back!

I absolutely love this place. It has one of the best atmospheres sitting out back. Their lattes and food are outstanding and anytime I’m in the area, I stop by. In the picture below is their special pumpkin latte, It was delicious. The pumpkin purée used is homemade as well.

Fantastic stop after a hike. Delicious food with some great lighter options. Incredible back seating area which we missed out on. Fast casual walk up. Highly recommend.

What a great place. I had The ATM sandwich with a side salad and a cider. My wife had the curried chicken wrap with a side salad and a cup of coffee. The food was fresh. Service was quick and the staff very friendly. It also sits at the base of the mountain with a gorgeous patio out back. Doggo friendly

This is a decent stop for a lunch food, but overall not by any means amazing. The bread on the turkey sandwich was old and dry. The salad was by no means the best salad or even a great salad, it was just so-so. The portions were well sized so that there was no leftovers and we wanted desert. The name Indian Gardens only applies to the menu (Indian) and the garden out back. Otherwise the music is basic pop and all the employees are college-age white females. I would maybe come back here, but it is by no means "the place" to eat in Sedona.

Indian Gardens is like a little oasis with its own microclimate. Love this place!!! Such a great stop over in between hikes or on the way to/from Flagstaff. One of the best cups of coffee in town! Food is very fresh and delicious. Staff is very friendly and accommodating with any little request. Even on a busier weekend day, there is lots of parking and sitting. Thank you guys!

I was in Sedona for a month and made several visits to this cafe. It was nice being so close because I could get there before the crowds arrived ? ? Tried both breakfast and lunch and enjoyed both. Food is really good. Iced coffee is good. The patio is dog friendly and they were kind to my pup and brought water. Garden is beautiful to sit in with lovely flowers and surrounded by trees. Prices are steep, but it's Sedona. ✨

This was one of my favorite spots we stopped at! Coffee was amazing, they have lots of options in their market and homemade things as well. We didn't eat but the food looked amazing. Really great outside area.

Delicious food and cappuccino. We got the breakfast burrito and the sandwich. Burrito was better! Cappuccino also pretty good. There’s plenty of parking available and lots of seats. Service was good and actually pretty fast! Staff is friendly. Recommend!

I stopped to see the historical marker at Indian Gardens. There is a nice trail to walk next to the river. After taking a walk, I walked across the street to the Indian Springs & Market. Inside is a spacious, rustic space with lots of seating areas. I walked outside to see the outside seating area. It's beautiful, with walking paths, art pieces, tables with umbrellas, surrounded by nature. The prices are a bit high, but a nice place to stop while traveling.

What an incredible group of people (Joshua rocks!) that work here. 10 out of 10 for the staff, food, and ambiance. Highly recommend all their sandwiches, specially the Ruben. The watermelon mimosa was amazing. I was born and raised in AZ and this place is a staple of Arizona in my opinion. Thank you to the owners for keeping this place going strong for so many years. I am grateful to have made so many beautiful memories here.

The cafe has a great vibe and an amazing patio. Stopped here for a coffee, but unfortunately their espresso machine was broken, so ended up trying other items on the menu. Croissant was very tasty. Perfect mix of soft and crunchy. Also ordered a side of potatoes. Well cooked potatoes. Very nice spot for a quick pit stop. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend!
