Simply fantastic. I was having real difficulty with my rental company arranging a tow for a flat tire when Lynnette stepped in and saved the day. Her customer service was superb, keeping me regularly updated throughout. Vincent, the driver, also kept me informed on his arrival and was quick, efficient, and professional in getting both me and the car safely to the garage. An amazing team who supported me through a really stressful situation. Highly recommend Alpha Towing & Transport.
We broke down in the Whole Foods parking lot and spent the night in our conversion van. The next morning I called 2 other towing companies before ending up on the phone with Lynette at Alpha. Her voice alone was reassuring. She said one of her drivers Vince would be able and willing to drive us the 3+ hours to a dealership on Phoenix AZ. He showed up, accessed the situation and when I told him we weren’t even ready yet, he happily came back an hour later. After more waiting on his end, he loaded up our 10k lb van and let me hop in passenger for the trip while my family followed in a friends van. Overall a wonderful experience during a stressful time!! Lynette even had Airbnb recommendations and ideas on where we could stay! Vince was very professional and unbelievably patient. A tow is a tow but when you work with kind, helpful people, it makes the experience much more relaxed! Thank you to the Alpha towing Crew!!!
My car broke down at Sedona Mago, a beautiful retreat center 10 miles down Bill Gray Road in Sedona (a dirt road). My Premier AAA was useless so I spent several hours finding a towing company that would service this remote location. The cost? $429.50!!! But I got Alpha towing scheduled for 12:30 Saturday, November 16. I was at my vehicle at 12:15 and waited…and waited…and waited. I called 4 times and never received a call back. Finally, Lynette, the dispatcher who set up the tow the day before, called me at 2:30 pm. She had just come on duty. She was polite and apologetic. She was surprised by the situation. She said she would call Vincent, the tow truck driver, and get back to me. 1 minute later, she called and said he was on his way and would give me a discount for my inconvenience. There was no explanation as to the screw up. Vincent mentioned a scheduling error… in the end I finally did get to my mechanic’s shop in VOC at 4:30 pm. My discount? $20 for a 3 hour wait. Nope. Not a customer service save. I’ll never use this disorganized company again! Don’t waste your time either.
Alpha Towing was honest, nice, quicker than quoted, and a great value. Zeke came out on Friday night during one of the busiest times for tow services, had us unlocked in 2.2 seconds without any damage (which is not always the case btw). Such a stressful situation for us as we were first time visitors to Sedona and were at one of the sights out of town. Thank you thank you thank you for such a great experience from the dispatcher being so experienced and knowledgeable to the driver being exactly the same. I highly recommend them. Had spoken to Jawz Tow as well and the person answering the phone was the driver on call and he was rude and quoted a super high price. Basically said nobody would come out, but thank goodness for Alpha! Can’t say enough about how great they were.
So last night when I was about to leave my house I noticed I had a flat tire. Well, since I was driving a rental car, I was unable to change it, so I called my insurance to get roadside assistance. Well, one thing led to another, and I ended up having to call on the help of a local company. After doing a simple Google search, I was able to locate 3 companies that offered tire change services. The first 2 I called basically told me they couldn't help, so I called Alpfa Towing and spoke to Clare and had the most excellent experience I've ever had. Clare went above and beyond to resolve my issue, and the service was extremely fast. There ended up being an issue with my insurance company not being able to provide service to me, nor did it seem like they even wanted to help. I'm actually going to be getting a different insurance company because of the way they treated myself and Clare. By the way, the company is geico, and I would not recommend them to anyone after that. Well Clare came to the rescue and like I said went above and beyond, she ended up talking to the geico representative on a 3 way call with myself included and while I listened Clare began to tell this representative how to do her job. I'm honestly very grateful for her assistance, and I could tell she is extremely knowledgeable. Clare ended up talking to the representatives supervisor and ultimately ended up getting a resolution. Nothing about what happened was Clare's fault, and to be honest, if it had not been for her, I probably would still have a flat tire. I said earlier how the service was really fast, well the service vehicle showed up while I was still on the phone with Clare and the geico representative and he was already done and gone before the phone call ended. The call lasted about 30 minutes. So he got to my house and completed the job in about 20 minutes or less. I couldn't be happier with Alpha Towing and their extremely professional staff. When it came time to pay for the service it had been decided that I would have to pay out of pocket and submit a reimbursement form to my insurance since geico didn't want to pay Alpha Towing right away. I unfortunately ran into an issue with payment, I was waiting for my paycheck from work which was getting deposited into my bank that next morning so I unfortunately didn't actually have any way to pay which is why I was trying to use my roadside assistance which I'm already paying for through my insurance. Well, Clare was nice enough to trust me that I would pay that the following morning, and I did. After this experience I can safely say 2 things, 1 I'm looking for a new insurance company and will never go with geico ever again, and 2 Alpha Towing will have my business day or night for life. Thank you so much, Clare, and the rest of the team at Alpha Towing for the wonderful experience and turning a negative experience into a positive experience.
Got our rv stuck while on vacation. Their driver came out and got us out of a sticky situation and helped us out big time. Thanks to him we are back on the road.
Just had these guys come tow me. I was 4 miles down a dirt road and dead in the water with my 7 month old baby. They were there in roughly 1 hour and very reasonably priced. Driver was very friendly.

They were professional and kind. My car was stuck on a rock at Brins Mesa trail head and a gentleman helped me get unstuck. When I called to cancel the truck they were kind enough not to charge me.
For being one the two shops within a 20+ mile radius you'd expect them to answer at the very least. I didn't call once or twice I called 4 times the first two got forwarded the last 2 they let ring called their competitors and they answered on the first call within seconds. Don't waste your time with this company gives JAWS towing a call my experience was amazing with them.
Vincent was my tech and changed out a flat on my RV rear duals. Service was early from ETA given and professional throughout; in the dark, cold, and confined parking lot. Thank you Alpha Towing & Transport!

YOU DID THIS RATHER THAN ACCEPT THE ONLINE VERSION.YOU LEFT HER AT KINKOS. FOUR SENIOR WOMEN WERE LEFT STRANDED BY YOU 10 MILES FROM OUR AIR BNB INTHE HEAT OF THE ARIZONA DESERT AND IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. NO TAXICABS OR LYFTS WERE AVAILABLE,
WE ASKED THE POLICE TO INTERVENE AND YOU STILL WOULD NOT RELEASE THE CAR.
NOBODY WAS RUDE TO YOU. JUST BECAUSE A PERSON'S DISABILITY IS NOT VISIBLE TO YOU DOES NOT MAKE IT LESS REAL. THAT IS DISCRIMINATION ON YOUR PART,

Rude, unkind and uncaring. Left us stranded after towing car and REFUSED to release it until the next day despite money and documents being ready. They seemed to delight in treating us horrendously and charged an extra $100 to release car. We are senior citizens with a handicapped placard. STAY AWAY from this business. You will be treated with a total lack of compassion or humanity. It was a sorrowful experience to learn that some people can be so mean just for their own pleasure.
Man we were up here in Sedona AZ, Car broke down called JAWS towing said they will pick up the car within an hour. Fast forward hour and half later, No Jaws Towing so I called, no Answer... Ok koo called up the Almighty ALPHA had someone there in 10 min. Professional, courteous, with a Smile, Drove up the MAN ZEKE. Dude was Awesome the dispatcher was so nice over the phone immediately I knew I made the right decision. So I called back JAWS to harpoon that deal. I highly recommend ALPHA towing in Sedona AZ.

Best towing company in the Sedona and Verde area. The workers are kind and pleasant to talk to and they definitely know what they are doing. Would highly recommend if you need a tow.
I had a great experience with Alpha Towing! I needed my car to be at the shop in the morning and they went out of their way to ensure that they could meet my timing. Family run business and both Andrea and Zeke were wonderful!
