My Bronco battery died while on a Sedona trip and needed a jump start. Was able to to hitch a ride with a friend to get jumper cables and asked the clerk working that night if I get my vehicle to the store first thing in the morning, if they’d install the new battery that I’d buy from them and he said “No problem!” (The store was about to close for the evening.) The next morning, jumped my vehicle, and headed straight to the store. When I got there and explained the clerk working that morning that I need a new battery with installation she said she wouldn’t do it because she was the only person in the store, and that I’d have to “Wait until maybe until 11am, 1130am or maybe noon until there was another person in the store as well. But I don’t know the schedule.” (Granted, I was the ONLY person in the store.) I told her I was there the night before and was told it wouldn’t be an issue if I brought bit first thing and then sorta rudely quipped “Well if you were here last night why don’t you get the battery installed then?” Which I replied that I had to get the vehicle jumped to get it here first. She then again she wouldn’t install the battery because she was alone. I then drove to Cottonwood on a jump-started vehicle, and got my battery replaced and installed in less than 10 minutes, and was able to make it safely home back to Phx area.

Guy at the counter sold me the wrong a/c charger. Went back in after it didn’t fit, the manager or whatever he is treated me like an idiot when the coworker is the one that sold me the wrong product. Dude with the long hair wouldn’t return the a/c charger that the other counter man sold me. I have 28 pieces of equipment and trucks I spend a lot of money at the O’reilly’s parts stores. No more never again! I will be spending my money at Napa and autozone for now on. Rude terrible customer service…

The staff in this O’Reilly Auto Parts is very professional, friendly and provide amazing customer service. They helped find the right back turning signal light bulb for my car model and they also helped me with the installation. They are amazing. Highly recommend this store

During my visit to Sedona I came across with an inconvenience with the bottom part of my car was dragging and it was 3 females we didn’t know what to do I asked for help and a Caucasian man with long hair didn’t want to go out because the floor was dirty that I could go outside and pull it off myself when I pulled up a older gentleman was outside helping and he didn’t want to go outside to even take a look . Do better oreilly

Good availability on parts, mostly 1 day out at max.. Jamal up front was very helpful. He looked at the engine to be sure what was wrong, then told me the best auto electrical shop to get my electrical checked first-- instead of ordering a part before we knew I needed it. That's very honest business and personable service, thank you very much 💯

We're from Beaver, Utah. Camping up by Slide Rock. Our battery died in our car. We had someone jump us and came into town. We're thinking we're going to have to buy a new battery, etc... First of, thanks for being open on Sunday! Tom was polite, friendly and professional. He checked our battery and our system. At no cost to us. We're good to go. Thank you so much, we thought it was going to cost us a small fortune.

PAY ATTENTION PLEASE. Brian and Alex and team over in Sedona absolutely are exceeding expectations. Also, a huge asset to the team just joining their team Mr.Tom ex long time bonified mechanic that O'Reilly's drafted at a good time with just a couple teams members doing the heavy lifting. Great location, please consider bumping their pay before someone else drafts these gents.

The best place in town to buy parts....... Wait - it's the only place in town to buy parts. Unfortunately it seems O'Reilly has to charge more here. No doubt the rent isn't cheap. 67 dollars for a gallon of synthetic gear oil? I could complain or be thankful to have it. I guess I'll choose the latter.

Quick and hassle free battery replacement; options like felt washers and 'gel' to prevent corrosion were $1-$2 whereas at a service shop I suspect much more.

I bought a can of MAF cleaner here and went home to use it. The can was defective and sprayed out the side of the nozzle and emptied the can. I went back and the store manager (woman-don’t know her name) refused to exchanged it and said I didn’t buy it there. She was rude and had NO customer service and did not know what she was talking about. Test any product you buy here before leaving the store as many of the items are old and have been sitting. Save your receipt.

Big shout out to Alexander for assisting my husband on our Ford Bronco tire (that BigOtires down the road “installed” improperly which could have led to a fatality.) Alexander went above and beyond to quickly help us see what the issue was and sell us the proper tools needed to properly install/ tighten our tire he understood the severity of our issue and understood we had a long drive back to Riverside, California. Thank you so much Alexander!!! Also, thank you Brian for all your assistance as well.

I’ve tried to buy windshield wiper fluid on two separate occasions. The first time the one person working was helping someone that was taking a long time so I left to make it to work on time. The second time I was waiting with no one in line and the phone started ringing and the one cashier took the call. To me that says O’Relly’s does not value the customer that is right in front of them clearly there longer than the person on the phone.

Where to begin! As if we landed from another planet… instead of Texas, the staff mainly Brian treated us like we were aliens. I walked in to ask for help on my car battery that had died and was jumped to start up again. We were there to make sure the battery was in good shape and able to make the trek back to Texas the next day. Brian was so uninformed as to how to test by battery but acted as if he did and told me my battery was “NO GOOD” He then proceeded to tell me he could not help me even if he did have a new battery for me because he didn’t know how to change it and from then on made our whole situation his funny joke of the day. He gave me ZERO help and really was having such a great time at our expense. Very condescending and sarcastic. He actually even seemed a little high! Worst customer service at an O’ Reillys I have ever come across. Thx to the knowledgeable staff at Big O down the street, they tested my battery the right way and found NOTHING wrong with my car or battery. Management, please train employees on empathy and compassion and especially on auto parts!

Sorry to walk in 5 minutes before you close and say that I need a battery. I thought that I was speaking some alien language? I said, "Can you help me? Yes, no, maybe. Then, I receive such a bad attitude of a look and response as the guy casually grabs a battery tester. Knowing that if I shut my truck off, this guy probably wouldn't help me get my truck started. Well, sorry, buddy, you could have made a last-minute battery sale and received $100.00 tip.

They sell auto parts. You give them money and they give you the part you need 🤷♂️. Pretty straightforward auto parts store. I don't know why Google is asking me to review an auto parts store. I thought anyone who needed auto parts understood how an auto parts store worked. This whole review-everything-culture at Google is somewhat ridiculous. I hope this review helps you and your quest to find an auto part at the only auto parts store within 25 miles. Lol.

Best customer service I have ever gotten from an auto supply store in 47 years of driving . Replaced my bad battery with a new one with warranty from my old one no charge. New wiper blades installed . Free alternator test as well . Excellent friendly service from Brandon and Jeremy .Thanks much guys . see you next time.

Pleasantly surprised. After an afternoon of rude behavior in multiple shops. I was on my way out if town. When an incoming storm caused a need for new windshield wipers. Didn't get the young man behind the counters name. He was so friendly and offered to install wipers for me as well. Thank you. Your friendly attitude was refreshing in an otherwise stuffy visit.

Our car needed a new battery, so after we got a jump, I called several auto service shops in the area. None picked up the phone. We call O'Reilly's and explained that I did not have any tools to change the battery. They had the battery in stock and installed it for us. Saved our day and trip!! Thank you for the great service and peace of mind!

Quality customer service experience! After being on hold with Thrifty for 3 hours after our rental car died multiple times and they had no solution for us, we called OReilleys and they helped us with a battery and installed it for us. Yancy even offered to drive 30 mins to come jump our car if we couldn’t get it to their location. professional and super kind!! THANK YOU

I went in to get a refund for a core charge they added when I bought a new battery 4 days ago. I had given them the old core but didn't notice the charge at the time. The "manager" asked why I waited a week to come back. It was only 4 days, but I explained why anyway. He goes on to insinuate that I may or may not be telling the truth. He finally gave us the refund. Don't care about the 10 bucks at this point. I work for the city and we do a lot of business there. You can keep your assumptions and anti Sedona sarcasm. I will not be returning to this store.

Don, the assistant manager is absolutely amazing!! So helpful and knowledgeable and a damn life saver. I would prefer this place over any. Thank you so much for your help!! I will definitely be back for any car needs when I’m up in Sedona.
