Desert RV is the best place for RV repair. I have been a customer for about 4 years. They recently had to replace my fresh tank and actually came in early and stayed late in order to get it done for me. Very professional.....they value their customers and it shows!

We’re camping out at Tortilla Flat and just as things usually go, the weather has been kinda funky and cold. The furnace has been working pretty hard and we’re using a lot of propane, or we thought we were. Nope. The dog gone regulator had gone south! I didn’t get her name but the young lady who helped me couldn’t have been more patient and helpful. I didn’t know if I’d need different fittings and she assured me it should be nearly “plug & play”. She even gave me a chunk of gas rated Teflon tape and a veteran’s discount! Anyway, that baby didn’t need any other fittings and it got us back in business. We are here every spring for a few days so I’ll be back. Thank you!

My motorhome slide out was binding when extended and I was facing a $3,000 repair, called Desert RV and they came and examined the slide out and discovered that the real problem was the awning over the slide out was hanging up they repaired the awning in about one hour!! So desert RV deserved a 7star rating if I could do that. I'll never go anywhere else. thanks you. William B

EXCELLENT SERVICE! The bottom dropped out and my burners popped off of my Little Guy Max Dometic stove top. I explained I was traveling with pets so was unable to drop rig off for any length of time. They got my trailer in and fixed it better than before in an hour!!! Plus, the price was extremely reasonable. I am so happy!!! Thank you Desert Parts & Service!!!!

Dropped in at 8am today with a damaged shore power cable. Got the plug replaced in no time. Very friendly service from the lady at the counter and the Tech who went straight to work. Thank you! I will definatley recomend you!

These guys are great! We fried our plug and needed a replacement. No electric in the middle of the 100+ heat and they were here in 15 mins and finished the job in less than an hour. Good prices and great folks. Thank you guys again for the help!

I visited today with a loose overhead cabinet and a faulty thermostat. Dropped the vehicle off at 8 AM and had a call back by noon, letting me know that the repairs were complete. My final bill was surprisingly affordable; Theresa and the team were great to work with. Would definitely recommend and return if I need more repairs.

When I first moved back to Az I was struggling to find someone who could work on my travel trailer. I had a great guy in Tn who could diagnose over the phone and tell me how to do something. And I found that with Desert Rv. Loren and Theresa and the whole staff at Desert Rv are wonderful to work with. The guys will show you how to fix something if you wanna go about it yourself. I bought a brand new toilet, they told me how to do it, and when I got stuck they was right out to finish where I left off. I’ve also had them replace my thermostat in my trailer also. The level of knowledge and experience they have can’t be beat. Very lovely to work with. I found my Az hook up for sure! Highly recommend!

I had my rv repaired by Mike and Anthony. They replaced the awning motor and put in a new faucet. They did a great job! I highly recommend them. I will definitely call them if I need any other repairs done again. Thank you Mike and Anthony for a job well done!

Desert RV just fixed a leaking heat pump on my fifth wheel and they did a great job, with good quality work and good communication. Antonio and Jessie were very friendly and did a great job. Highly recommended these two.

Travelling in a 2010 Chevy roadtrek and our city water fill was leaking and causing our pump to come on and off. John came out and immediately fixed our problem and explained it to us newbies. Highly recommend. Also a great price for a friendly propane fill. Happily on the road again!

Loren and Jesse are awesome! I am new to the travel trailer/rv stuff, and I had several questions that I have asked other businesses. My answers i received were very knowledgeable and given with a professional attitude. I definitely will be keeping this as my sole place for all purchases. Highly recommended!

Waited 6 weeks for a $130 part. Loren installed it. Tested it later that day and A/C did not blow cold. Called store asking him to call me, no response for 3 days. Visited store 3 times and left 3 messages for him to call me. Nothing. I had to call another business to fix Lorens inept work. They came the next day. The blower motor was wired incorrectly by Loren . It cost me $250 , expensive but I now have cold air. I'm very disappointed with this business.

Been taking my trailer since 2008. They have been very professional on all the work they do. That is why the reason I keep going back. They do all maintenance, and explain what my trailer needs now and in the future before doing any work on it. Had them inspect and maintenance my trailer after being up north 7 mths and being use daily. After inspection, and checking out the A/ C , found out my compressor was going out. Check with my extended warranty, and they installed a new ac in a couple of hrs. Totally and much cheaper than any other RV service. I will keep bringing my trailer there for service and maintenance repairs. Great people to work with and communication was excellent.

We had an issue with a water heater pilot. Loren came out, was actually early (But asked if that was ok) and fixed it for a fair agreed upon price. I am getting ready to have him do more work, and would highly recommend Desert RV!

I just had these guys replace my torn awning fabric. They are competitively priced and came out to my house to do the work. After hitting a little snag Loren and his assistant figured out a solution and got it replaced. The new awning looks great. I highly recommend these guys.

Easy in and out as propane tank is in behind the store, lots of room to swing a trailer or class A w/toad. They also have a dump station. They fill the tank completely, unlike some places I have experienced. Really nice people who work here too.

I had gone to 3 places that same day to get estimates on repairing an awning. 1st place I thought it was way to expensive which is why I went to get a 2nd opinion. The 2nd place the guy had an attitude, push the awning out and he told me it will take X weeks. Way to long . Went to the 3rd place, the guy didn't even pull the awning out just took pictures and told me the price and way to many weeks in waiting. I then went to Desert RV Parts & Service. Without telling them my 3 previous experience, I observed and listen. The owner came out and push the awning out got on the roof and said if I can repair it here, you'll be set to go, he tried and said we had to get ONLY ONE arm not 2 as told before. He was friendly, and courteous. I do like the fact that he did what no one else did, and that is try right there to get me back on the road. I loved it. He quoted me a price that, was reasonable. The time frame was 1 week. I was sold and told them I will be bringing my RV to them from now on. And so it is. Highly, highly recommend them to anyone who wants superb customer service and most of all, honestly.

Took my pop up camper to get the propane regulator replaced. I am a trailering newbie and felt uncomfortable backing my trailer into the work bay. They didn't hesitate when I asked them to back it in for me. Very professional and communication was great. Work was accomplished when they said it would be.

They are the best. We had no ac voltage going to the hot water tank. Lorn and ken came out and fixed it quickly and also fixed a couple of other things as well. Very professional and very reasonable prices. They will be our first choice whenever we need any RV repairs. Again, they are the best!
