called two weeks ago to release my car that was hit, the female answering the phone wasn’t the kindest human i’ve delt with, i gave her verbal permission and provided her the last six digits of my vin# and today I get a call from my attorney asking me to do it again, i’ve called and left a voicemail this morning asking for a return phone call to confirm and nothing, i’ve now called six times and it goes right to voicemail. Just terrible. do not use. unfortunately this is the ones the queen creek police set up with for. them to take my vehicle.
0 stars would be better. After a 3 hour wait when quoted 75 minutes, they cancelled on me . So glad I made this review on their page as when I spoke with them again the lady was extremely rude and kept cutting me off and wouldnt let me speak and wouldnt admit they made me wait 3 hours. I have sent this up the chain with Ford roadside and hopefully you lose that account so that people in need of a tow truck and already in stressful circumstances, dont have to have a provider like you to deal with.
They accepted my request and held on to it for two hours just to cancel it last minute . Do not recommend. Waste of time and money and poor service and communication
Chrissy is the worst person I have ever encountered with. I went through all the steps to get my vehicle, literally have the release from the police station and she will not allow my insurance company to come get it.
Daniel was the sunshine in our time of need. He was professional,prompt,and was the nicest guy ever! Give that hard working man a raise please! We will be using Executive exclusively from now on.

2nd time using this tow company and all ended well. The driver was friendly each time. Don't want to have to pay for a tow but might as well give the money to a good company if needed.
If I could give a negative star rating I would. To start my daughter was in an accident and had injuries. AJ police called this horrible location for pick up. I called the next day to see about getting her car. Talked with a very unprofessional lady named Chrissy. She informed me that her bill was 400.00 and would go up 45.00 per day after that. In order to get her car she had to go there in person with a photo ID and a document showing she was the owner, nevermind injuries from accident. My wife went to pay the ridiculous amount for 1 day and had to deal with the no customer service lady again. She was informed that they needed the other tow company there first before they would proceed. We told her they were just around the corner and be there within 5 minutes. Customer service at this location doesn't exist especially for people that ust had a crash. We even asked them how much to tow from their yard first since they had it. Their price was almost twice what the other company was who had to go get it first. I hope whenever you need help that you search for a better company than this. I would suggest they change their name because they must think they only tow executive cars. I pray we never have to deal with them again.
Huge thanks to Executive Towing for the amazing service! My 3500 broke down on the freeway and they got to me fast—didn’t leave me baking in the Phoenix heat. Will, the driver, was incredibly efficient and clearly knew what he was doing. Super professional, knowledgeable, and made a stressful situation way easier. Highly recommend!

This review isn't so much about a tow driver, but about Chrissy that works in the office in Apache Junction. While in the office today to retrieve items out of a friends car that had been totaled in an accident the day before Chrissy was dealing with some rather unruly people. Although I'm not exactly sure what transpired as police showed up shortly after that, Chrissy was very professional polite and never lost her cool. She then calmly locked the office walked my friend and I out to her car and waited while we retrieved the things from her car. You could tell she was having a bad day. We told her how much we appreciated her time and everything that she was doing for us. As for the other people I'm not sure what happened to them, but I'm sure the police were able to handle it. Great job Chrissy the workforce needs more people like you!!!
Excellent service. Driver named Will kept in contact with me on his arrival time. He was very clear in explaining to me how he would my broken down vehicle and towing fees.
Absolutely horrible experience with the lady at the front desk. My vehicle was stolen and police had it towed here once recovered. First problem was her stating my registration was expired when it wasn’t then I was treated like a criminal when retrieving my personal belongings out of my stolen vehicle. When telling the reason why I was here she was snarky and told me to educate myself. It doesn’t take much to be a little compassionate and respectful and she was the exact opposite of anything close to that.
Was told 30 minute eta. Driver got to me in less than 10 minutes. Was very professional, knowledgeable and skilled! Will definitely be my go to tow service, next time the need arises.
Tire exploded and while it happened in a safe place, the lock socket was lost with no way to get another in a timely way. Executive towing was there in a couple of hours, charged a fair quote, and delivered it to the repair shop promptly. No problems and insurance paid for half the charges. This is definitely a better towing service than 90% of the private contractors we had to suffer through in the past.
I call my insurance because I needed a tow truck after my car broke down on the highway, and Executive Towing,was absolutely fantastic. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Alex was a phenomenal guy and helped us get everything handled. He was kind, communicative, funny, and an overall great guy! Within 20 minutes of us requesting service, he called saying he was on the way. I cannot recommend Alex and this company enough. Both my best friend Rachael and I (and my husband) are forever grateful.

They showed up right on time and did the job right. I did question him blocking my neighbors driveway but he could care less. He said it wouldn’t take that long

Really impressed!! Guy on phone said he could get to me within the hour and they had a truck to me in 55 mins. I was out in gold canyon with a dumptruck loaded with concrete. Very professional and polite. They had me hooked up and back home quick. Definitely recommend. A lil pricey but you get what you pay for
They towed and stored my kia for a bit. I've never been to a tow yard before, so it was weird, but they were nice enough. My insurance paid for it, so I didn't worry about anything. Was there maybe 2 days, max 3 chargeable days and was 300$ for the next tow to payout
These guys helped me recover my dirtbike after a bad accident out at Butcher Jones couple weeks ago. It cost quite a bit , but it was recovered and safe which meant a lot. Given the fact my accident happened out in the middle of the desert I'm pretty thankful businesses like this exist. Staff is helpful and quick
Steven and Tony were excellent, they were easily able to carefully load up my lowered vehicle without a hitch, definitely will use them for any future tow services for all my cars

I can’t tell you how pleased I am with both of the price point and the level of service I received with Executive Towing. They treated my old MG I bought like it was a Ferrari and made sure everything was done with care and the right way. I’ll definitely be recommending them and using again if needed. Thanks guys!
