Bought a transmission and an engine from this business over a year ago for different vehicles, as of today engine and transmission are running great, no issues at all. Person that helped out with both parts was very easy to get along with and very knowledgeable I recommend this place for your import parts

I had a fantastic experience at this yard. Not only did they offer the best price on car-part.com for what I needed, they went the extra mile and took it off the vehicle for me before I arrived. They even mailed a critical component (which I had forgotten) to my home address! Fergie was a pleasure to deal with. If I ever need parts for my Toyotas again, this will be the first place I check. This was the 2nd shop I contacted for a 2012 Toyota Sequoia rear left quarter window. The first junkyard broke the glass while trying to remove it. Alma imports were consummate professionals and saved me money when compared to buying new OEM glass. I highly recommend Alma Imports!

Fergie Ferguson Is one of the nicest guys there he was so respectful and responsive and he kept up on my order and gave me a fair price I would definitely buy again from him.

It is a good place for import vehicles in the East Valley. I am sure he would love to chat but the phone does not stop. They are busy. People are repairing cars more than ever. Probably could beat the pricing in South Phoenix but he speaks English and is closer.

Fergie and his crew are wonderful. Each time I've gone they've made sure I had the correct parts. They can range in price due to part, but I've never spent more than $130 which is excellent because I certainly can't afford to pay $300 or more for new parts. They even have held the part for me till I could come and get it, even days after.

Fergie is extremely rude over the phone. It sounds like he is overworked since he repeatedly mentions that he has six phone lines to answer. I didn't get a chance to do business with this place because I couldn't deal with the rude customer service attitude.

Terrible experience on the phone. Very rude. The website says best prices, but on the phone he said if you can’t afford us go somewhere else. A lot of better places to get parts in the valley. Other places are negotiable as well and will work with you. They do not. Don’t waste your time here

These guys always seem to have the oddball parts I need. I couldn’t find a drive shaft for my 4Runner anywhere else, I called and they had one already pulled and ready to go, and very affordable.

Absolutely amazing service through and through. I Found a cylinder head I desperately needed and called Alma and quickly got through to one of their staff Fergie who confirmed the inventory. Even though I am out of state and he said they don't normally ship products Fergie had no problem placing the order and shipping the cylinder head in a promp maner. I received the the cylinder head packaged to survive a hurricane and couldn't be happier Thank you Fergie

Great place for parts for your car very reasonable pricing ..but don't get confused by the location it is around back from molinos patio furniture and the office is the grey trailer ..

These guys are great! They helped me get a donut tire pretty much instantly and were willing to help out even though they were closing early before a holiday. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my experience here at Alma imports. You can tell the employees are taken care of by every attitude. He had some very reasonable prices and knowledgeable about his inventory. I was looking for a ecu, all the other places I look Farley advertised their inventory and were very short with my questions. This guy here is a hard working guy I was there for 15minutes and he took multiple phone calls. Attended to me and 5 other customers! He is a small business owner making an honestly living and selling good deals. Thanks again for my parts.

Went to the Honda dealership for service on my door, found out it will be around $1000. Came here and they got it all handled for much much cheaper. Highly recommend them

Very courteous and accommodating. We came from out of town to get the rear-end for our Toyota. We were running late and they even waited for us to get there. I would recommend them highly. Reasonable price and the part was even cleaned up not all dirty and greasy. We most definitely will do more business here.

My Corrola's engine finally gave out and needed this thing taken off my hands asap. Called around and these guys had the best offering price for my clunker and were able to get out and pick her up from where she died. Fergie was super friendly and had everything taken care of super quickly. Would definitely recommend these guys for towing for the Mess/Gilbert/San Tan area!!

Good service, had been looking for a part for my 1999 Honda Civic and No one had it until I called over to these guys, very fast told me they had it and I picked it up an hour later. Also not over priced!!

Called in to get some parts for my honda. The person on the other end of the line asked me what I was looking for and before I was even done explaining what was needed I was immediately put on hold "hold on hold on hold on". After a few minutes of listening to the automated message he got back on the line and took the call as if I had just called in and asked again what it was I was looking for and when I said I needed parts for my honda he said sorry your going to have to try (some other place in phx referring me to somone else) terrible, I wasn't asked to be put on hold and didn't get any help, was almost as if he had something better to do.

I bought 6 ignition coils for my 2006 toyota avalon and they were used but came with warranty of 90 days and they had mark on each coil by marker. I cleaned the coils by CRC cleaner so the marks on each gone and replaced them with my old coils and after less than month, the problem came again and the mechanic told me one of the coil need to be replace it. I took it to the alma imports and the guy who was there is very rude, he told me that coil is not his and i asked him how? he said because there is not mark number on the coil (what?) i told him i already cleaned them before and the cleaner take of the makes even the the engine heat, he said what is cleaner that you used? (investigation) i said by CRC cleaner. Then he told me that, i can do anything for you because you need to show the mark on the coil to get the warranty. I recommend everyone to don't buy from this crap because i thought i will pay more to get warranty but when you go to replace your parts under their warranty, they will not replace anything. They just stole your money.

i met Fergie Ferguson by way of Tom Buck. i needed a engine for my Nissan murono. in record speed fergie had a engine for me. the engine was in Tucson, so he had that engine shipped " for free" and then had it taken to the repair shop"for free" in mesa.he didn't even charge me for the core. now the engine is in my murono and it runs sooo good. i noticed the engine had a whole lot less miles on it than my old engine. my murono runs smooth and quiet and i have had NO trouble with the engine. if you need parts or a engine or just met a great guy go to Alma imports and hook up with fergie, he's a honest, straight forward business man. ALMA IMPORTS ROCK!!

Excellent used parts. Bought an intake manifold that included all sensors plus injectors. Price was less than that of what most other sellers were charging for the manifold alone.

I run G & G Auto parts here in phoenix and everytime I do business with Alma Imports, Its always a great experience..... Highly intellegent staff, always satisified, for more than 10 years doing deals with these guys. Surely a dependable place to get used auto parts!!!!

I purchased a power steering pump got it to the mechanic, completely wrong part, then I drive up there on Saturday ( office hours 8 to noon) and their freakin closed!!! Sat on the phone awaiting for a for a answer, answering machine says stay on the line someone will be with me shortly..NOT!!!! very unhappy customer!!! When I pulled the info up on their website, the stock# for this part completely different than the stock # on receipt...I hope they don't give me any crap when I return this part...got one for free from friend who works in salvage yard!

not impressed. they do have a lot more germanr imports for salvage then any other yard in the phx area, but you better know your stuff going in there because they seem to either not know what they are talking about, or lying about parts to justify overcharging for salvage parts. It's worth checking out if looking for german parts but pricing is hit and miss. Some parts were great prices but some were more then new oem parts would cost. You will get ripped off if you are a rookie but a good local resource for those who buy lots of import parts.
