I recently returned to Kingman and opened my account with Bulldog Disposal. I used them in the past and always had great service. I have not had any problems with pickup or office. I would recommend and have recommended Bulldog to family and friends.

During our move we decided to go with bulldog due to the pricing and time frame we needed a dumpster! Then we started dealing with an issue with our landlord after gettting the first dumpster filled! We ordered a second dumpster and then let our landlord know we ordered the second dumpster to make sure we got ALL of the trash we ended up with through our move and downsizing. Then the landlord told Bulldog to come and get it immediately and that is was “heaping full” because they went and added more garbage to the dumpster instead of allowing us to drop the second dumpster and finish the cleaning we said we were going to do. Bull dog was beyond understanding, and helped us out because of the whole circumstance… their customer service is absolutely amazing!!! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone!!!!

The worse scrap yard in the state. The rudest scale person in the state. The only scrap yard that pays the least a dollar a pound for #2 copper. And than on top of being worse paying scrap yard they steal 2/3s of your copper weight. I worked for 5 years at a scrap yard that we had more than 28 different metals we separated. Your scale person probably thinks there's only 3 different aluminums. I personally went down there for one reason today and that was to see how I was treated. And ask for a job. Your employees are so bad I couldn't do it. I also took the same brass and copper to Kar also today and they were hands down the better scrap yard. Went out of there way to help someone they thought needed it. And didn't take advantage at now in Kingman that's the much better scrap yard by far And they paid over a 300% more than bulldog

Bulldog Disposal helped me with 2 dumpsters on short notice as well as our weekly trash service. Whenever I called, the person was either knowledgeable or resourceful enough to get my questions answered quickly. I found them to be honest, reliable, and communicative throughout our project.

I would like to comend our route driver Dan, he does an excellent job. In the past he has also came up to the house and got the cans to dump them he should be commended for performance over and above his normal duties it was much appreciated. Thank you. Kenneth Tyrer

They do not pay cash for scrap. They make you go to a bank and cash in a check completely across Kingman. It is terrible we took in 500 pounds of copper their scale came back at 292. But yet we used our high quality cattle scale to get our correct weight Of 500lbs. If anyone else has seen an issue like this please let me know.

The service is wonderful! Every time I call the office they are wonderful to me no matter what my problem is. I have never had a problem with the office staff always very pleasant and helpful. I suggest them 100%. I have never had an issue other than needing an extra pickup or an extra can. I know if I did have some sort of issue they'd be willing to work with me just by their demeanor. Give him a call, check them out.

They haul my garbage from Golden Valley. Lowest price and best service. Friendly people too. Note: I signed up for 'Cheap Trash' online twice and they never responded. Waste Management is $10 more.

I took in a load of mixed metal and several lead acid batteries. Of various sizes. The employee that helped me lifted one of the smaller garden tractor size batteries out of my trailer and threw it out on to the pavement. The battery landed approximately 8 feet away on the pavement breaking open and splashing battery acid on my legs. No reasonable explanation for what he did. After finishing unloading I asked him if he had a place I could wash my legs off as I was starting to experience burning on several spots on my legs. He just shrugged and said he could get me a bottle of water. No apology or explanation for his actions. I complained to the lady at the pay window and she said it probably slipped out of his hands. It was intentional I watched him do it and thought what kind of fool does that with a acid battery. It could have been in my eyes.

Jeremiah and his team at Bulldog have been great to us! We’ve worked with them for 2 + years now. They’ve been great about providing custom waste and hauling solutions for our growing business. I highly recommend.

Im glad they showed their true colors over the phone because I couldnt imagine getting a dumpster through them and god forbid ever have an issue and them being awful for just about everything. Other companies I spoke with were okay that we dont have an address yet (we are building our home currently) they just gave us a price quote off our neighbor who is relatively close. The women who answered the phone here at bulldog was extremely rude about thw whole thing and said she had to check something and would call back but as I should have expected we never did recieve a call back. I'm going with another company because they were friendly, helpful and want to service everyone.

This company went BEYOND any expectations out there. I became a new customer back in November of 2020. The process of becoming a new customer was very easy and the people were courteous and respectful. On Wednesday, December 9. 2020, after the the driver of collection truck emptied my can, I went out to retrieve it as well as the mail. As the driver of the collection truck was emptying other cans along his route, he saw me saw me wrestling with my garbage can to get it back to my porch. I'm on a walker - I can do these things, but sometimes I do struggle and it takes a bit longer than it would a "normal" person. Anyway, a week later on December 16, 2020, after emptying my can, that same driver took his time to get out of his truck and walk my can back into my front yard. This level of kindness is very rarely done, seen, or acknowledged - and for it to have been for my benefit is humbling. Then on December 30, 2020, that same driver did it AGAIN. Hang on, there's more - on January 13, 2020, I forgot set out my can, this same driver stopped collection truck in front of my home, got out of his truck, walked the 300 or so yards to my can on the front porch, lifted the lid on my can to see if there was waste, saw that there was, wheeled my can to his truck, emptied it, and walked my can back to my porch - what a true champion this man is! Knowing that this capacity of true kindness still exists in others (in this day and age) makes my heart literally smile. My community needs to know that Bulldog Disposal employs these kind of people and they are the kind of people that this World needs more of.

I have regular disposal pick up weekly AR my home. Yesterday we had 45 mph winds. My disposal driver was so nice he brought my garbage can back to my garage before it could get blown over. I am partially disabled and don't walk real well so that was so appreciated! THANKS KEN!

I have to edit my former review because of a recent issue. Our garbage pickup was not picked up this week so I called and reported it. The gal was very rude and basically said you must not have had it out in time. I told her it was out before 6am and my husband did not put it out the night before because it was very windy. She said if it wasn't out there when he comes around (which is normally 7:30am) then it won't get collected. They won't come back and our contained is full. There was no need for her rudeness.

I've used this service 5 times for the large 4T or 5T dumpsters. No issues, best value in town. Great customer service and the drivers are awesome. Can't beat the price and excellent customer srrvice.

I've rented dumpsters from Bulldog on multiple occasions and all I can say is they've exceeded my expectations every time. I've asked for them to place the dumpster a certain way when they drop it off and it winds up exactly how I wanted it or in an EVEN BETTER location. And that's without me being there! They are always on time, they drop it off and pick it up when they say they will. They have earned my trust.

I almost got taken advantage of by a towing company that wanted to give me nothing for my totaled vehicle. Luckily I called Bulldog Disposal who called them for me and gave me a more than fair deal. Very pleased.

I had to pay $150 non refundable deposit for the trash can. The trash truck slowly destroyed the trash can. Every so often after a trash pickup, the can would have another crack or dent in it. I think the trash truck needs some servicing. Finally, the lid fell off and I was setting the lid on the trash can to keep my trash from blowing all over the place with a brick on it. The truck dumped the trash can lid, nothing I could do about that. However, then my trash would blow out of the can unless I was really careful with it. I didn't want to pay another $150 for another trash can and there are cheaper trash services in the area. I changed to another service with a cheaper monthly fee and I didn't have to pay for the trash can! Then Bulldog came and took my old trash can, I couldn't even keep it after paying for it! Oh well, live and learn.

I have Bulldog and they are there every Tuesday bright and early, the driver even stopped his route to replace a broken lid one day. They direct bill and always send a copy of the CC receipt. Just called the office to ask about the holiday pickup schedule and the lady was just as pleasant as could be. THANKS BULLDOG!

My husband brought 2,240 pounds of steel, got ripped off, told he got the price of tin, then when calling management he kept getting hung up on when trying to discuss the problem with management and they did not want to look into it the matter, the cashier did not want to issue a receipt and thought it was weird that someone would ask for a receipt. BE WARNED: Frankly, if you don't want to be ripped off don't go there. Not a business of integrity or hold their staff accountable.

when was the worst Fiasco's I've ever been through we call them on the phone he said 1.60 pound for copper we got there they wanted to pay at 1.15 when you complain and told them they told us 160 on the phone they were real generous and give us 1.35. to top it off we go to the bank to get a check cashed and they wouldn't cash the check went in the bank it was drawn on I definitely recommend you stay away from Bulldog recycling in Havasu City

I made arrangements to have a small dumpster delivered on a certain date and the day it was to be delivered it was apparent it wouldnt be big enough.. The office girls were very accommodating and switched me to the larger one. I set the pickup date two days before our move out date thinking we would be finished.. over that weekend we had high winds and nasty weather that put us behind. I called early on Wed to see if the pickup could happen on Thurs as we still had some huge trash to load. The girl said it was picked up before seven that morning and was on Its way to be dumped.. I asked how much it would be to come back out and pick up the rest and she wasnt sure so she talked to the owner. Amazingly, he said if there was someone there about 630 in the morning to help load, he would send out the truck.. i was so relieved as there was a pool table, hardened cement, some boxes and bags that were ready to go.. my son and his friend were there to help the driver and the truck was loaded. I was amazed at the generosity of this company which allowed me to meet my deadline. Thank you Thank you.. Bulldog Disposal was also the cheapest in town ..

We stopped receiving bills and missed a payment so they didn't pick up our trash. We went in to talk with them and their manager was incredibly rude, made faces like she didn't believe us and told us that sending out bills was a courtesy and they didn't even have to do that, that it was on us to know when to pay our bill. Rudest customer service ever. Cancelled our service, and would never ever again recommend them to anyone.
