If I could give this place a half a star rating I would. I highly recommend to everyone to not shop at this dealership. Trust me you will thank me later. They are selling a Dodge Charger trying to make it sound like a V8 but it's a V6 GT. NOBODY SHOULD GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AND I WILL HAVE TO SAY THAT THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

I would never recommend anyone to go here. Especially when they keep a manger like Tom that yells and cusses at customers and they all think it’s okay and continue to think it’s okay. Would never recommend among as they never follow through with their word.

Called them and they were cussing me out and yelling at me! They were being very rude on the phone! Don’t go to them!

I have nothing bad to say about the people that are below Tom because I would not be giving this review if it weren’t for Tom the manger. I thought this was going to be a good experience especially since Tom made my first car purchase happen. Unfortunately when I bought the car it needed a fog light ( the entire light was missing ) I signed a paper that was supposed to be signed by them as well stating they would get the part and fix it. Never happened. Called multiple times, went in a few times throughout the year, even gave grace when one of their employees unfortunately passed away because I understand it was probably a lot for them, gave them grace throughout the holidays because again I understood. Finally I go back in about 9 months later ( again ) Tom comes outside to me and tells me he couldn’t get the light due to having to order a full set instead of one light. ( the car isn’t even 10 years old I can find it online ). And tells me it’s on back order, I questioned him why its been so long if they have been working on this like he said and then all he continues to tell me is he’ll get in contact with me again ( like he told me previously a few times ). We go into the canyon sales place AGAIN a year later asking where is my light at he states take it to the shop to have it fixed. We take the car to the shop guy an he states he has no idea what part we’re even talking about. The shop guy admits Tom asks them to lie to customers about parts. The shop guy actually finds the previous (broken) light and is kind enough to put it back in but the light still doesn’t work. Moral of the story whether it’s a light or not the car should of been fixed within the week I bought it and instead all I’ve gotten was lied to and played around by Tom. This is very disappointing that he treats his customers like this.

Purchased a truck that was represented as being in good condition. Within about 1,800 miles, it developed significant issues involving both the engine and rear differential. An independent inspection (7/03/2025) documented a misfire, lifter-related ticking, and multiple mechanical concerns. A dealership inspection was performed afterward (7/11/2025). After the vehicle was later towed for further diagnosis, technicians found metallic debris in the engine, internal bearing damage, and scoring consistent with engine failure, along with substantial internal damage in the rear differential. Repairs required a full engine replacement and differential rebuild, totaling over $16,000. The images included show the independent inspection, the subsequent dealership inspection, and diagnostic findings. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend having any used vehicle independently inspected before purchase, carefully reviewing maintenance history, and documenting all communications. In Arizona, recording conversations is legal with one-party consent, which can help maintain accurate records. Sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions.

I am writing to advise you to proceed with extreme caution regarding this dealership. My experience has been that they overpromise and fail to deliver on their word. They recently took advantage of my 92-year-old father. Two months into the process, they claimed to be performing repairs but never released the title. I am preparing a link to a social media page containing text messages and documentation so you can see the evidence for yourself and avoid the same situation. There are many reputable dealerships that operate with integrity, but this is not one of them. I strongly recommend you save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere. Best regards, Robert

Document everything, and consider recording conversations where legal (Arizona is a one-party consent state) so you have an accurate record of what was said. It’s also a good idea to have your own mechanic inspect any vehicle before purchase. Based on my experience, I recommend verifying prior damage, reviewing maintenance history, and making sure fluids and components meet manufacturer specifications. Issues aren’t always obvious at the time of purchase, so taking these steps can help avoid unexpected problems. Just sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions and protect themselves.

Tommy was my salesperson. He was so polite, patient, and professional. He got me a great deal! Highly recommended him for your next vehicle purchase. Thank you again Tommy!

Went here with my aunt to get a van last year. Right off the lot, anything noticeably wrong with it-they fixed it free with no further issues. Great van, still runs like the day we drove it off. 10/10 vehicle. Went there this year to get myself a car, a couple features I didn't admire deterred me from keeping it. There was no push back, no issues-the boss gave me every penny back I put into it. Will definitely be coming back here once I make a decision on what exactly I want!! Very friendly, not judgemental-and compromises with their customers!! 10/10 customer service.
