Tiffanie the dispatcher was great. All thought they were not the company that was called by Arizona highway patrol for our vehicle they assisted me by giving me local information that lead to me being able to find our vehicle and trailer. I feel the dispatcher went the extra mile helping me when she could of just said we don't have your vehicle and went on with her night. I am grateful for people that still find their way to assist people in time of need.

Our travel trailer broke a leaf spring 70 miles from Kingman on 93. After playing phone tag with AAA fo5 hours, they gave up and said they couldn't find any tow company for us. I made one call to Great West Towing and they said sure they could bring our rv into Kingman. The driver Jared was great, he was efficient and careful every step of the way. We are relieved that we didn't end up on the side of the rode overnight as AAA left us. Go Great West Towing!
My brakes failed the other day, I called road assistance and I couldn't have had a better experience. Josh, the tow truck driver was so professional and efficient. I went back to Phoenix on his truck and he was a great driver. The day had started really bad with this problem, but not only did Josh fix it, but he also made my trip to Phoenix very entertaining full of interesting conversations.

I broke down at White Hills Arizona. I called a mobile mechanic who came out but could not get me going so he called a friend of his that works for this company. He left at the drop of the hat and was up to me quickly. The driver Jim was kind, efficient, and knew what to do. He pulled me truck and trailer to Kingman to the shop and charged a more than reasonable rate. I will definitely call again if I'm stranded in this area again.
Very professional. Reasonable rates. We had last minute changes in plans, they had to re-hook tractor, trailer again & took it to different shop. Charged us very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
Purchased a used Ford F450 from their used vehicle lot. Fair price and they even went the extra mile by putting new tires, checking the alignment. They also have a large selection of used freightliner, Peterbuilt trucks and 43 foot trailers for sale on the back lot. If your looking for parts for a late model big you might stop by and see what they have to offer. Great people and services.

I called and asked how much it would cost to tow my vehicle 37 miles to a repair facility. I was given the price for their hook up fee and their charge per mile. After delivering my vehicle, they charged me almost double what I was expecting. When I called back, they told me that they charge for "both ways", and refused to adjust their bill. The amount charged was much, much higher than any of the other 8 local tow companies that I called for a quote. Very deceitful quoting practice.

But seriously incredible service from the dispatcher to the driver. Super prompt service, professional but very friendly and put me at ease while i was panicking. Best tow experience I have ever had. I can’t express how highly I recommend them.
The staff was super friendly, helpful, and the price was much more reasonable than other quotes for quite a distance for our camper! We're super thankful that our stressful day was a little less stressful thanks to their help.
We flew into Las Vegas on 9-26-23 to start a two year delayed Grand Canyon vacation. We picked up a rental car and drove into Kingman at 9pm just to stay the night. Two miles from our motel we were sideswiped by a semi truck. Great West Tow was called. At 10pm, they promptly arrived at the accident scene to pick up our rental car and the four of us. Jeremy dropped us and our luggage off at our motel and took the rental car to their location nearby. We walked over in the morning and Amanda had already been on the phone with the rental car company and went above and beyond in getting us and the car back to Las Vegas that same day so we could replace the car and continue our vacation uninterrupted. What a memorable experience! We met such wonderful people at Great West Towing while we were waiting for the details to be worked out. From start to finish we received Quality, Excellent, Professional and friendly service!
Really good price they towed me to dealer 20 miles and charged to $585. One week ago I stocked in parking and called to the towing in Albuquerque NM they charged me $450 on for 3 minutes. Tow truck came and just pull my truck in 3 minutes

Just want to give a shout out to Great West Towing. I worked with Amanda and her team for the last three months. I had one of our carriers moving a load of marble from Las Vegas to Florida, when the marble shifted and put us in a bind. With no hesitation, Great West was quick to provide a solution, by bringing out the equipment to remedy the solution. The whole team there is awesome, and will take the best care of you if you need the services that they offer. I would highly recommend them to anyone! A no fault accident on I-40 forced us to take Rt 66 into Kingman, AZ, where Great West Tow had 2 flatbed tow trucks meet us at Walmart. They loaded up our vehicle on one, our travel trailer on the other and my husband and I, plus our two dogs into the cab, then drove us to Boulder City, NV. Not only did they transport us to B.C., they set our travel trailer and vehicle up in the RV Park where we had reservations. They were so kind and caring! Nice to meet people like them. I was stranded alone 45 miles out of Kingman on the I-40 towing a U-Haul trailer. The tow was very reasonable in cost and were very quick to respond to my desperate pleas for help. I'm terrible at names but my tow guy had a great personality and called while he was on his way to reassure me with an estimated time he would be there. He dropped me off next to an auto parts store in a Walmart parking lot in Kingman. He reassured me that I would be okay and that the people there would be very helpful. He gave me a Gatorade to ensure that I had something to drink and offered to take me to use a restroom at a clean gas station before he left. The world needs more companies that genuinely like what they do and care about their customer service like these guys!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🙏🙌💗🙂
Locked my keys in my car before I started work at Walmart. I Called the dispatcher and within twenty minutes I had the tow truck at my car. I highly recommend this company. Courteous and polite while being professional.
We needed our 2016 KW towed and called Great West. It started out good. Arrived quickly and seemed friendly. It went downhill fast though. The driver didn't properly secure the driveshaft on my truck, and it fell off within the first mile of the tow! It caused extensive damage to my truck and one month old trailer. They then charged us for the time it took to go back and look for the driveshaft! They paid to fix the trailer and to replace the (now bent) driveshaft, as well as fix the broken wiring on the truck, refunded the tow bill and paid for the hotel stay while the truck was being fixed. They said they would compensate us for the physical (cosmetic) damages to the truck, but have not done so, and refuse to return calls and messages ($500 in parts). Complete radio silence!!! Beware Owner/Operators! The trailer belongs to a larger company and is being fixed, but the little O/OP is being ignored.
I called on Great West Heavy Towing to transport a large super vacuum truck from a remote location north of Kingman to Gilbert AZ. Before it could be moved they had to replace a rear tire. The unit showed up in Gilbert when they said it would and the entire experience was great.

They saved us in a pinch! Sam was highly professional, courteous, and accommodating to my family. He made sure to find a truck large enough to fit us all when we were broken down in the middle of nowhere. He even brought water for us! Sam's the best, and so was our experience with Great West.
Sam was the one who helped us out. Great guy. Very friendly and responsible. He showed up in only 25-30 minutes when he was expected to show up in 45-60. Amazing experience

Great West Towing IS THE GREATEST. Someone recommended their towing services to me, and I've been using them ever since. They even ordered/installed a bike rack for my Subaru and did a fantastic job- likely better than any major city would have done. These are superb people who you can trust. Had trouble with my 2002 Blazer slow starting. Thought it was my starter and was going to replace it myself. The staff at Greatwest Goodyear were nice and knowledgeable. They advised its not my starter but a leaky spider fuel injector assembly. Saved me time and money buy correctly finding the faulty part. I checked with other shops in town on the price but they were higher. Overall I'm satisfied.
